Definitions
- the invention relates to a climbing system in construction with a climbing or guide shoe.
- the scaffolding unit does not necessarily have formwork, but, for example, a safety net projecting outwards from the building to be constructed, and / or platforms for access to the building to be constructed, including ceilings to be created therefrom.
- the latter elements are attached to the scaffold unit.
- Other profiles are attachable to individual parts of the structure, and a reversible drive is provided to raise either the scaffolding unit or the profiles intended for attachment to the structure.
- the DE 10 2005 045 527 The applicant describes a protection and access device having vertical profiles, which are guided by Kragong, which are attachable to existing building ceilings. On the cantilevers may be provided to guide the vertical profiles guide shoes.
- the US 4,530,648 describes a climbing system in which an emergency braking mechanism having locking arms acts on a rod within the lifting mechanism.
- the US 4,838,382 describes a climbing system for a safety net with a climbing console, a climbing profile and attached to the building guide shoes, which interact with the climbing profile. Furthermore, the guide shoes on a friction brake.
- the GB 2 366 828A relates to a self-climbing system with a climbing profile attached to the structure, with respect to which a climbing console by means of a hydraulic drive and gears can be raised. Furthermore, an automatic braking system is mentioned.
- the invention has for its object to provide a climbing system in construction, which is improved in terms of safety.
- the climbing system for which the climbing or guide shoe is provided has at least one climbing console and at least one climbing profile.
- the climbing profile is usually attached to a structure, so that the climbing console is supported for climbing on the climbing profile, and the climbing profile in the state that the climbing console is attached to the building, can be tightened.
- the climbing or guide shoe can be attached to a building or the climbing console.
- the shoe acts as a guide shoe.
- the shoe is attachable to the climbing console, he acts insofar as a climbing shoe, as it is provided with pawls or similar elements over which the climbing console is supported on the climbing profile.
- at least one directly and preferably frictionally acting on the climbing profile brake is provided on the climbing or guide shoe. This brake advantageously prevents slipping or crashing of the climbing profile, even with operating errors or failure of pawls or the like.
- the brake according to the invention intervenes and holds the climbing profile even in the event that other security mechanisms fail and / or there is an operating error.
- the reliability of the brake is increased by the fact that at least one brake is biased against the climbing profile.
- the brake is thus constantly engaged with the climbing profile under bias and thereby ensures the function described above.
- At least one brake has at least one replaceable brake element. This allows the brake element; that with the fulfillment of its function must be designed in a suitable manner, without this being required for other parts of the brake or the climbing or guide shoe.
- a hardness of 50 HRC to 60 HRC, preferably 55 HRC to 60 HRC and in particular about 58 HRC has proven particularly advantageous. With such a hardness results in a favorable braking effect, especially in the interaction with a climbing profile in a usual rolling quality, which is correspondingly softer than the brake or the brake element. Here occurs in an advantageous manner, when braking, the wear on the comparatively long climbing profile and not on the relatively short brake. It should also be noted that the climbing profile and / or the brake and / or the brake element may be formed of another material suitable for this purpose and does not necessarily have to be made of steel.
- Embodiment preferred that the flange of at least one guide element of the brake is engaged behind, and between at least one guide element and the climbing profile is a line contact. As a result, particularly good properties could be achieved during the test operation.
- the climbing shoe described above can be attached to the climbing console as the lower of two climbing shoes.
- relatively low forces are applied, so that the usually existing reserves of the (hydraulic) drives sufficient to overcome the braking forces.
- the braking force In the operating state in which the climbing profile is retightened, the braking force must also be overcome.
- the climbing profile is already lighter than the climbing console, so that in this case the reserves of the drives are sufficient to overcome the braking force.
- the described improvement of safety can be achieved by the constant intervention of the brake.
- the climbing profile is attachable to a building, and the climbing shoe on the climbing console. This results in the described braking function when tightening the climbing profile to prevent it from slipping or falling.
- the shoe can be attached to a building as a brake guide shoe. hereby can also be a constant braking of the climbing profile when lifting the same, so that here too safety is increased.
- the climbing console has a double profile, between the individual profiles of the climbing profile can be arranged.
- the entire climbing console can be brought particularly close to the building, and the forces resulting from the torques can be reduced in an advantageous manner.
- This allows a slimmer and lighter version of the profiles of the climbing console and leads to an advantageous weight reduction.
- the double profile also forms a kind of "frame" around the climbing profile, in which the upper climbing shoe can be integrated particularly space-saving and easily accessible.
- the construction of the climbing or guide shoe according to the invention is overall in the nature of a housing with a top 30 and two side walls or cheeks, which are formed by the brakes 18 described below, one of which is covered by the climbing profile 14.
- two tabs 32 are provided with respective openings 34 in the case shown, by means of which the climbing shoe, as described in more detail below, is connected to a drive.
- the brakes 18 each have a guide element 36 which engages behind a flange 16 of the climbing profile.
- the guide elements 36 are designed to be somewhat doubly wave-shaped, so that there is a line contact with the climbing profile in the region of the inwardly directed wave troughs. These troughs are located in the case shown in the region of the upper and lower end of the guide member 36th
- strip-shaped brake elements 20 which are each mounted interchangeably on the brakes 18 in the case shown.
- disc spring packages 38 are provided to bias the brakes 18 against the climbing profile 14.
- the brakes 18 are biased toward each other in one direction, so that the climbing profile 14 is "sandwiched" between them.
- the mobility of the brakes 18 in the horizontal direction advantageously allows compensation of the dimensional tolerances that can occur on the climbing profile and also ensure that the climbing shoe is always approximately in the middle in Engagement area of the pawls described below remains.
- the bias is provided by means of the disc spring assemblies 38 both in the lower and in the upper region of the brakes 18.
- Fig. 2 Inside the climbing shoe is in Fig. 2 to recognize one of two pawls 40, by means of which the climbing shoe is supported on the climbing profile when the climbing console is to be raised.
- the climbing profile 14 is designed in the case shown as an I-profile, and on the other side of the central web 26 is the continuation of the flange 16, which is also provided with openings 44.
- a further pawl is provided on the climbing shoe.
- there is another brake in this area which is approximately mirror image of the in Fig. 1 designed to be detected brake 18.
- the power transmission between the provided on the climbing console drive and the climbing profile is also done via this latch.
- a drive 42 is provided in the form of a hydraulic cylinder.
- the in Fig. 2 shown lower guide shoe 10 are raised.
- the pawl 40 engages with an upper edge with the climbing profile 14 by protruding into an opening 44 formed therein. It should be mentioned that Of course, this procedure can also be done via protruding cams or the like.
- the pawl 44 was brought by means of a switching lever 46 in the position shown.
- connection between the switching lever 46 and the pawl 40 is resiliently formed to allow the lower climbing shoe 10 to move downwardly with respect to the climbing profile 14. This is done when the hydraulic cylinder 42 is fully retracted, and the climbing profile is held on the upper climbing shoe to bring the climbing shoe 10 by extending the hydraulic cylinder 42 to a position from which the climbing profile 14 can be raised further.
- Fig. 2 It can be seen that a crash of the climbing profile 14 is prevented by the pawl 40 down. However, this does not apply to operating errors or other unusual events, so that in this case the brake according to the invention, which acts in a direction perpendicular to the plane on the provided with the openings flange of the climbing profile, prevents a crash.
- the conversion of the pawl mechanism is carried out by pivoting the Umstellhebels 46 down over a dead center.
- the pawl 44 is below with its lower edge with the climbing profile 14 into engagement, so that the climbing shoe 10 can be supported on the climbing profile 14, which is mounted in this operating condition on the building.
- In the corresponding support is carried out by extending the hydraulic cylinder 42 lifting the climbing console. By subsequent tightening of the climbing shoe 10 upwards this is brought into a higher position, starting from which a further climbing step of the console can be done.
- a horizontal profile 52 is provided, on which, for example, a carriage can be slidably mounted in the horizontal direction to bring it to formwork elements provided in a position for concreting walls.
- the support of the vertical profile 52 is effected by a diagonal support 54.
- Fig. 3 In the upper area, an upper climbing shoe 28 attached to the console 12 can be seen. This is connected via the drive of a hydraulic cylinder 42 with the lower climbing shoe 10.
- the climbing profile 14 is received between the profiles 48, 50 of the vertical profile of the climbing console 12 and surrounded by this as it were.
- the entire arrangement can be brought particularly close to the building in order to minimize the forces and moments occurring.
- the individual profiles 48, 50 of the vertical profile of the climbing console 12 are designed in the case shown as I-profiles, the middle webs each extending in a direction which is substantially parallel to the extension of the horizontal beam 52. This design applies in the example shown in the same way for the climbing profile.
- a complementary guide shoe can be provided for guiding the climbing profile.

Description
US 4,962,828 bekannt.
- Fig. 1
- eine perspektivische Ansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Kletter- oder Führungsschuhs;
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- In
