Definitions

  • the invention relates to an elevator installation and a method for installing such an elevator installation.
  • transmission lifts achieve worse efficiencies than gearless drives and regularly have no safety brake for uncontrolled elevator movements, especially upwards.
  • the transmission requires oil and regular maintenance.
  • EP 1 511 683 A1 is an elevator system, in particular a traction sheave elevator with an elevator car, with a drive whose drive torque is transmitted via an n: 1 ratio on the car, a counterweight and a first guide roller on the car and a second guide roller on the counterweight known.
  • the elevator system comprises a drive, gearless or with gear, whose drive torque is transmitted via a n: 1 ratio via a suspension element. Furthermore, a counterweight is provided. A first pulley is provided on the car and a second pulley on the counterweight.
  • the ratio of the diameter of at least one of the deflection rollers to the thickness of the suspension element perpendicular to the axis of the traction sheave is 30: 1 or less.
  • the pulleys have smaller diameters than the traction sheave. If the suspension element has a round cross-section, then the ratio of the diameter of the deflection roller to the diameter of the suspension element is 30: 1 or smaller.
  • This elevator installation is usually installed in an elevator shaft. There is thus a miniaturization in the or the pulleys, so that the old breakthroughs can be used. Further miniaturization, for example in the traction sheave, is not necessary, so that the costs can be reduced.
  • a material for the deflection roller on the counterweight and / or car and / or the Ableitrolle offers a metallic material, eg. Steel, gray cast iron or ferrous cast iron materials to. These rolls can be combined with rolls of synthetic material.
  • the machine frame is designed to be movable or adjustable so that different elevator systems can be set up with a generic frame.
  • the adjustability takes place, for example, via a telescopic arrangement or via linearly displaceable units.
  • the machine frame can also be arranged below the shaft ceiling. In this case, no engine room is needed. However, a machine room-less elevator is not part of the invention.
  • a support means is, for example, a rope, a wire rope or a rope made of a synthetic material used.
  • This rope can be eight or more high-speed with a diameter of 8 mm or 6 mm.
  • this n: 1 elevator installation having an elevator shaft and a machine room, in the machine room on a variable machine frame a drive machine with a traction sheave and at least one Guide pulley installed.
  • a car and a counterweight are installed in the elevator shaft, wherein in each case a deflection roller is arranged on the counterweight and on the car and thus secured.
  • the traction sheave, the at least one deflection roller and the car and the counterweight with the pulleys are connected to provide the n: 1 suspension via at least one rope.
  • the at least one deflecting roller used that a ratio of a diameter of this deflecting roller to a diameter of the at least one cable is 30: 1 or smaller.
  • n is a whole, natural number greater than or equal to 1
  • a car consisting of the 1: 1 elevator system and a counterweight from an elevator shaft can continue to be used. It can only be provided that at least one deflection roller is arranged on the car and on the counterweight. The at least one deflection roller from the engine room and the deflection rollers on the car and on the counterweight are connected by providing at least one cable to provide the suspension n: 1. It is further provided that a diameter for the deflection roller on the counterweight and / or the car is selected such that a ratio of this diameter to a diameter of at least one rope 30: 1 or less, for example 25: 1, is.
  • the at least one cable is guided such that a first cable end is installed at an attachment point of the machine frame and thus fixed. Furthermore, this at least one rope is guided through a first breakthrough in the ceiling. Then wrapped around the at least one rope arranged on the counterweight pulley and is again guided by the first breakthrough of the ceiling upwards. Within the machine room, the rope wraps around the at least one deflection roller and the traction sheave. Thereafter, this rope is passed through a second opening in the ceiling and then wraps around the installed on the car deflecting roller and is then passed through the second opening in the ceiling again. A second end of the rope is installed at an attachment point on the machine frame and thus fixed. Accordingly, in each case a down-leading and leading up cable section of the rope is guided through a respective breakthrough.
  • Ratios D / d of the diameters of the pulleys installed on the car and the counterweight, respectively, to the diameter of the at least one rope are small, d. H. 30: 1 or less, for example 25: 1, 20: 1 or 15: 1.

  • a ratio D / d of the diameter of the traction sheave to the rope is usually chosen 40: 1.
  • the at least one rope may have at least 8 strands.
  • special support means with additional effort of attachment are not necessary. It is thus achieved, inter alia, a minimization of a flat rope bundling for minimum breakthroughs for the at least one cable in the ceiling, which separates the engine room from the elevator shaft.
  • n: 1 elevator system which thus has a small drive torque by providing a n: 1 suspension, several thin cables and thus thin support means can be used.

  • Another variant of the drive or the drive machine comprises an arrangement of the traction sheave with two deflection rollers formed as deflection rollers within the machine room, wherein, for example, at least one deflection roller can be displaced variably to the position of the counterweight and / or the car.
  • Rotary axes of the traction sheave, the at least one deflecting rollers within the machine room and the deflecting rollers installed on the counterweight and the car can all be oriented in the same direction.
  • This can mean for the deflection roller on the counterweight that its diameter is at most as large as a width of the counterweight, so that the deflection roller is rotated on the counterweight by 90 ° compared to conventional deflection rollers.
  • the axis of rotation of this guide roller can be oriented parallel to a longitudinal side and thus perpendicular to a broad side of the counterweight.
  • At least one deflection roller on the car and / or on the counterweight has a small diameter, which means in an embodiment that the diameter of this at least one deflection roller to a diameter of at least one rope, for example 25: 1.
  • a diameter of the at least one rope to be used is usually 8 mm.
  • a diameter of the deflection roller on the counterweight or the car can be selected in that a first cable section of the at least one cable is guided out of the machine room through the opening, which wraps around at least one deflection roller and an upwardly leading second cable section is guided again into the machine room through the same opening.

  • the deflection roller on the counterweight can be provided that this longitudinally rather than transversely, as arranged in a classical arrangement on the counterweight and thus fixed.
  • steel ropes and carrier means can be selected with any, for example, non-circular cross-section.
  • Such support means can thus also be designed as straps.
  • n: 1 elevator system As part of the conversion, only components that show signs of wear, such as the motor and thus the drive, a controller or the ropes, are usually replaced from the 1: 1 elevator system. Other reasons for the renovation include reduced maintenance costs, improved energy efficiency and increased safety. The counterweight and car can still be used on the new n: 1 lift system. From the 1: 1 elevator system thus a usually gearless n: 1 elevator system is provided.
  • the at least one rope is subjected to a lower bending stress due to a bending of the at least one rope, whereby a life of the at least one rope can be increased.
  • Up to 10 or 11 ropes can be used for the new lift system, whereby diameters of such ropes can be approx. 6 mm.
  • a variable, flexible adaptation to existing elevator shafts is achieved by using the variable machine frame and by providing the small pulleys on the counterweight and the car.
  • a distance of the axes or axes of rotation of the traction sheave and the at least one deflecting roller within the machine room can be selected variably.
  • the at least one pulley for the car can be centrally installed on the car or be.
  • a diameter of the traction sheave may be 240 mm, so that a diameter of the at least one rope to be used is 6 mm.
  • a diameter of the traction sheave may be 320 mm, with a diameter of the at least one rope being 8 mm.
  • a diameter of the traction sheave to the at least one rope is 40: 1.
