Vorrichtung zum Einhängen eines Deckels oder einer Abdeckung (2) in einen viereckigen Rahmen (3), insbesondere in einen Schacht, die das Schwenken des Deckels (2) relativ zum Rahmen (3) zwischen einer abgesenkten Verschlussstellung, in der der Deckel (2) die von den Seiten (4) des Rahmens (3) gesäumte Öffnung abdichtet, indem er mindestens teilweise an einem Falz (5) des Rahmens (3) anliegt, und einer angehobenen Zugangsstellung zur Öffnung des Rahmens (3) erlaubt, wobei die Vorrichtung zwei seitliche Schwingarmpaare (6, 7) umfasst, die den Deckel (2) mit dem Rahmen (3) verbinden, wobei die zwei Schwingarme (6, 7) eines selben Paars jeweils in zwei Ebenen parallel zur entsprechenden Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) angeordnet sind und zwei ihrer Enden an der Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) um zwei transversale Achsen (8, 11) mit dieser Seite verbunden angelenkt sind und ihre zwei anderen entgegengesetzten Enden mit dem Deckel (2) unter diesem um zwei Achsen (10, 12) parallel zu den Gelenkachsen (8, 11) der Schwingarme (6, 7) am Rahmen (3) verbunden angelenkt sind und sich in der Nähe des Randes (2c) des Deckels (2) senkrecht zur Gelenkseite (4) der Schwingarme (6, 7) am Rahmen (3) befinden, wobei sie in einer Richtung senkrecht zum Rand (2c) des Deckels (2) voneinander derart beabstandet sind, dass die Schwingarme (6, 7) jedes Paars ein verformbares Viereck bilden, das es erlaubt, wenn eine Hubkraft auf den Deckel (2) ausgeübt wird, der seine abgesenkte Verschlussstellung gegenüber seinem Gelenkrand der Schwingarme (6,7) einnimmt, eine Kraft auf den Deckel (2) auszuüben, der das Verlassen des Deckels (2) aus dem Rahmen (3) und das Schwenken des Deckels (2) um sich selbst in seine angehobene und gekippte Stellung bewirkt, in der er von den Schwingarmen (6, 7) gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Deckel (2) in abgesenkter Verschlussstellung dickenmäßig in die Seiten (4) des Rahmens (3) einpasst und dass die Vorrichtung weiterhin mit jeder Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) verbunden in diesem ein Organ (13) umfasst, das es erlaubt, auf den Deckel (2) eine Schubkraft etwa senkrecht zur ebenen Fläche (2b) des Deckels (2) auszuüben, sobald die Hubkraft auf den Deckel (2) ab seiner abgesenkten Verschlussstellung derart angelegt wird, dass der Deckel (2) durch die kombinierten Kräfte der Schwingarme (6, 7) und der Schuborgane (13) parallel zu den Seiten (4) des Rahmens (3) in eine vorbestimmte Höhe (h) gelöst wird, bevor die Schwingarme (6, 7) das Schwenken des Deckels (2) in seine angehobene und gekippte Stellung veranlassen können.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Organ (13) die Schubkraft an einer Stelle des Deckels (2) ausübt, die sich in der Nähe der zwei Gelenkachsen (10, 12) am Deckel (2) der zwei Schwingarme (6, 7) eines selben Paars befindet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Schwingarmpaar einerseits einen kürzeren Schwingarm (6) umfasst, dessen an der Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) angelenktes Ende sich in einer relativ kurzen Entfernung vom entsprechenden Ende dieser Seite befindet und verbundenes entgegengesetztes, am Deckel (2) angelenktes Ende sich in der Nähe des entsprechenden Rands des Deckels befindet, und andererseits einen längeren Schwingarm (7), dessen an der Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) angelenktes Ende sich in einer größeren Entfernung vom Ende dieser Seite befindet als das angelenkte Ende des kürzeren Schwingarms (6) und entgegengesetztes, am Deckel (2) angelenktes Ende sich in einer Entfernung vom Rand des Deckels (2) befindet, die größer ist als die Entfernung des Gelenkendes des kürzeren Schwingarms (6).
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Schuborgan (13) eine gemäß einer Richtung senkrecht zur Längsrichtung der Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) geführte Gleitstange (15) in einem Körper (14) umfasst, der mit dieser Seite verbunden ist, wobei die Stange (15) einen Endkopf (17) hat, auf dem sich der Deckel (2) in seiner abgesenkten Verschlussstellung derart abstützt, dass die Stange (15) in den Körper (14) gegen die Rückholkraft eines elastischen Elements (16) wie beispielsweise einer Kompressions-Sprungfeder hineingedrückt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Hilfsmittel (18) zum Öffnen oder zum Schließen des Deckels (2) umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfsmittel zwei seitliche Gaszylinder (18) umfassen, wobei jeder zwischen dem Rahmen (3) und dem Deckel (2) verbunden angelenkt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Schwingarme (6, 7) eines selben Paars mit dem Deckel (2) über einen starren Arm (9), der mit dem Deckel (2) senkrecht am Rand (2c) des Deckels (2) und parallel zur ebenen Fläche (2b) des Deckels verbunden ist, verbunden angelenkt sind und dass jedes Organ (13) die Schubkraft auf den entsprechenden starren Arm (9) des Deckels (2) ausübt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von jedem Hilfszylinder (18) eines seiner Enden mit dem Arm (9) des Deckels (2) in einer Entfernung verbunden angelenkt ist, die vom Rand (2c) des Deckels (2) weiter entfernt ist als die des Gelenkendes des längeren Schwingarm (7) an diesem Rand.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Hilfszylinder (18) mit seinem Ende in Richtung des Endes des Rahmens verbunden angelenkt ist, das dem in der Nähe desjenigen entgegengesetzt ist, in dessen Nähe das Ende des kürzeren Schwingarms (6) angelenkt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Hilfszylinder (18) mit seiner Stange (19) mit der Seite (4) des Rahmen (3) angelenkt verbunden ist und sein Zylinder (21) mit dem Deckel (2) angelenkt verbunden ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längere Schwingarm (7) jedes Schwingarmpaars (6, 7) an der entsprechenden Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) in einer Höhe unter der Höhe des Gelenkendes des dieser Seite zugeordneten kürzeren Schwingarms (6) angelenkt ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwingarme (6, 7) und die Hilfszylinder (18) mit parallelen Seiten (4) des Rahmens (3) über zwei lösbar mit diesen beiden Seiten verbundenen Platten (24) verbunden angelenkt sind, dass zwei Stäbe (26) mit ihren Enden quer zwischen den zwei Platten (24) in der Nähe der Enden derselben fixierbar sind und dass die zwei Platten (24) von ihren zwei jeweiligen Seiten (4) des Rahmens (3) derart lösbar sind, dass diese Rahmengruppe, die von dem Deckel (2), den Schwingarmen (6, 7), den Hilfszylindern (18), den Platten (24) und den zwei Verbindungsstäben (26) zur gegenseitigen Verbindung der Platten (24) aus diesem Rahmen entfernbar ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entfernungsverhältnis zwischen den Gelenkachsen des längsten Schwingarms (7) und dem kürzesten Schwingarm (6) zirka 2,6 ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entfernung zwischen den Gelenkachsen des größeren Schwingarms (7) zirka 350 mm beträgt und die zwischen den Gelenkachsen des kürzeren Schwingarms (6) zirka 135 mm beträgt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entfernung, die die Gelenkachse des kürzeren Schwingarms (6) vom entsprechenden Rand des Deckels (2) trennt, zirka 20 mm beträgt, wobei die Entfernung, die die zwei Gelenkachsen der zwei Schwingarme (6, 7) eines selben Paars am Deckel (2) voneinander trennt, zirka 80 mm beträgt und dass die Entfernung, die die Gelenkachse des großen Schwingarms (7) vom Stützfalz (5) des Deckels (2) trennt, zirka 70 mm beträgt, wogegen die Entfernung, die die Gelenkachse des kleinen Schwingarms (6) von diesem Falz trennt, zirka 36 mm beträgt.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (3) der Bauart entspricht, bei der seine Seiten (4) einen bestimmten Freiwinkel aufweisen, zum Beispiel von zirka 9° Winkelgraden, so dass die geneigten Innenflächen (4a) der zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten (4) des Rahmens (3) zueinander parallel sind und sich die geneigten Innenflächen (4a) der zwei anderen gegenüberliegenden Seiten (4) des Rahmens (3) voneinander entfernen.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (2) von den Schwingarmen (6, 7) in seiner angehobenen und gekippten Stellung in einem Winkel von zirka 110° relativ zum Rahmen (3) gehalten wird.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen Haltegriff (23) umfasst, der mit der ebenen Fläche (2b) des Deckels (2) gegenüber seinem Gelenkrand (2c) mit den Schwingarmen (6, 7) verbunden ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder kleine Schwingarm (6) an seinem an der Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) angelenkten Ende mit einem Klotz (30) ausgestattet ist, der imstande ist, beim Schwenken des Deckels (2) in seine geöffnete Stellung ein elastisch verformbares Organ (35) gemäß einer Richtung parallel zur Längsrichtung der Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) derart zu komprimieren, dass das Schwenken des Deckels (2) gedämpft wird.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Organ (35) eine Kompressions-Sprungfeder mit einer Achse parallel zur Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) ist und koaxial um eine Stange (33) zwischen einem Kopf derselben und einem mit der Seite (4) des Rahmens (3) verbundenen Körper (34) montiert ist, wobei die Stange (33) in dem Körper (34) gleiten kann, wenn der Kopf (33a) der Stange (33) mit einem Abschnitt in Kontakt kommt, der derart einen Nocken (31) des Klotzes (30) des kleinen Schwingarms (6) bildet, dass die Feder (35) komprimiert wird.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Deckel (2) mit seinem Rand (2c) auf den zwei entsprechenden Kanten der zwei kleinen Schwingarme (6) abstützt, um den Deckel (2) in seiner angehobenen und gekippten Stellung zu blockieren.
