Straßennetzgerät für Mannloch, umfassend mindestens einen Puffer (2), der schwenkbar gelenkig an der Seite (3) eines Tragrahmens (1) durch mindestens eine Gelenkverbindung (4) zwischen einer Verschlussposition des Tragrahmens (1) und einer ungefähr vertikal aufgerichteten Öffnungsposition dieses Rahmens montiert ist, und, für jeden Puffer (2) eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung, umfassend einen selbstblockierenden Arm (16), von dem eines der Enden schwenkend an der Seite (3) des Rahmens (1) um eine Schwenkachse (9) montiert ist, und das andere Ende mit dem Puffer (2) durch eine Achse (18) verbunden ist, die fest mit dem Puffer (2) verbunden und gleitend in einem länglichen Schlitz (19) des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) montiert ist, um die Versetzung dieses Arms in Drehung um seine Schwenkachse (9) beim Kippen des Puffers (2) zwischen seiner Öffnungsposition und Verschlussposition zu ermöglichen, und um automatisch den Puffer (2) in seiner aufgerichteten Öffnungsposition zu blockieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsachse (18) des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) mit dem Puffer (2) zwei benachbarte zylindrische Teile, jeweils mit kleinerem Durchmesser (22) und größerem Durchmesser (23), umfasst und axial mit Bezug auf den Puffer (2) unter der Einwirkung eines elastischen Organs (27) beweglich ist, das den Teil mit dem kleineren Durchmesser (22) der Verbindungsachse (18) in gleitendem Eingriff im länglichen Schlitz (19) des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) beim Kippen des Puffers (2) zwischen seinen zwei Positionen der Öffnung und des Verschlusses und der Teil mit dem größeren Durchmesser (23) der Verbindungsachse (18) in blockiertem Eingriff in einer runden Öffnung (19a) des Endes des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) in der Verlängerung des länglichen Schlitzes (19) dieses Arms, wenn der Puffer (2) in seine aufgerichtete Öffnungsposition geführt wird, spannt.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Blockierposition des Puffers (2) in seiner aufgerichteten Öffnungsposition der Teil mit dem größeren Durchmesser (23) der Verbindungsachse (18) von der runden Öffnung (19a) des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) durch Zugkraft, die manuell auf die Verbindungsachse (18) gegen die Rückstellkraft, die vom elastischen Organ (27) auf die Verbindungsachse (18) ausgeübt wird, freigesetzt werden kann, um den Teil mit dem kleineren Durchmesser (22) gegenüber dem länglichen Schlitz (19) des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) anzubringen und das Kippen des Puffers (2) in seine Verschlussposition zu ermöglichen.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 1' oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrischen Teile mit dem kleineren Durchmesser (22) und dem größeren Durchmesser (23) der Verbindungsachse (18) miteinander durch einen Absatz (29) verbunden sind, der auf einer entsprechenden Seite des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) vom elastischen Organ (27) in Auflage gehalten wird, wenn der zylindrische Teil mit dem kleineren Durchmesser (22) im länglichen Schlitz (19) des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) eingegriffen ist, und dadurch, dass die Verbindungsachse (18) einen Kragen (24) benachbart vom zylindrischen Teil mit dem größeren Durchmesser (23) gegenüber dem zylindrischen Teil mit dem kleineren Durchmesser (22) umfasst, und der durch das elastische Organ (27) auf der entsprechenden Endseite des selbstblockierenden Arms (16), der die runde Öffnung (19a) umfasst, in Auflage gehalten wird, wenn der Puffer (2) seine blockierte Öffnungsposition einnimmt.
  4. Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsachse (18) axial gleitend durch eine Kappe (14) des Puffers (2) getragen wird, und wovon ein Endteil, der von einer Seite der Kappe (14) hervorspringt, die zwei benachbarten zylindrischen Teile mit verschiedenen Durchmessern (22, 23) umfasst.
  5. Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsachse (18) axial gleitend in einer Hülse (20) montiert ist, die fest mit der Kappe (14) des Puffers (2) verbunden ist, und wovon ein Endteil (20a), der auf der gleichen Seite wie die zwei benachbarten zylindrischen Teile (22, 23) angeordnet ist, ausgelegt ist, um den zylindrischen Teil mit dem kleineren Durchmesser (22) der Verbindungsachse (18) aufzunehmen, wenn ihr Teil mit dem größeren Durchmesser (23) in der runden Öffnung (19a) des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) mit dem Verbindungsabsatz (29) zwischen diesen zwei zylindrischen Teilen (22, 23) im Anschlag auf dem freien Ende des Endteils (20a) der Hülse (20) unter Einwirkung des elastischen Organs (27) eingegriffen ist
  6. Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der selbstblockierende Arm (16) in Drehung um seine Schwenkachse (9) zwischen dem Absatz (29) und dem freien Ende des hervorspringenden Endteils (20a) der Hülse (20) verschiebt.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (20) an die Kappe (14) durch eine Schraubenmutter (21) befestigt ist, die die auf einem außen gewindegeschnittenen Teil des vorspringenden Endteils (20a) der Hülse (20) eingegriffen ist und ein Kopf (20b), der mit dem gegenüber liegenden Ende der Hülse (20) fest verbunden ist, in Auflage auf dem entsprechenden Zweig (14a) der Kappe (14) ist.
  8. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Organ (27) eine Schraubendruckfeder ist, die koaxial um einen vorspringenden Endteil der Verbindungsachse (18) der Kappe (14) gegenüber dem Endteil dieser Achse montiert ist, umfassend die zwei benachbarten zylindrischen Teile mit verschiedenen Durchmessern (22, 23), und die zwischen der Hülse (20) und einer Schraubenmutter (30) vorgespannt ist, die an das freie Ende des entsprechenden Endteils der Verbindungsachse (18) befestigt ist.
  9. Gerät nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (20) an die Kappe (14) durch zwei Schraubenmuttern (46, 47) befestigt ist, die fest mit einem außen gewindegeschnittenen Teil der Hülse (20) verbunden sind und den Zweig (14a) der gegenüber liegenden Kappe (14) umschließen, wobei der andere Zweig (14a) dem selbstblockierenden Arm (16) benachbart ist.
  10. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Organ (27) eine Schraubendruckfeder ist, die koaxial um einen Endteil der Verbindungsachse (18), vorspringend von der Kappe (14), gegenüber dem Endteil dieser Achse montiert ist, die die zwei benachbarten zylindrischen Teile mit verschiedenen Durchmessern (22, 23) umfasst, und die zwischen einer (47) Schraubenmuttern zur Befestigung der Hülse (20) an den Zweig (14a) der Kappe (14) und einer Schraubenmutter (30) vorgespannt ist, die an das freie Ende des entsprechenden Endteils der Verbindungsachse (18) befestigt ist.
  11. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Handgriff (26) umfasst, der fest mit dem Ende der Verbindungsachse (18) verbunden ist und ermöglicht, eine Zugkraft auf diese Achse auszuüben, um den Teil mit dem größeren Durchmesser (23) der runden Öffnung (19a) des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) freizusetzen.
  12. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsachse (18) parallel zur Schwenkachse (9) des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) an der Seite (3) des Rahmens (1) ist und die Schwenkachse (9) dieses Arms unter der Gelenkverbindung (4) des Puffers (2) am Rahmen (1) angebracht ist.
  13. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens einen Hubzylinder (7) zur Unterstützung der Öffnung des Puffers (2) umfasst und schwenkend einerseits an die Seite (3) des Rahmens (1) auf die gleiche Schwenkachse (9) des selbstblockierenden Arms (16) und andererseits an den Puffer (1) auf einer Achse, die koaxial zur Verbindungsachse (18) ist, montiert.
  14. Gerät nach Anspruch 13, in Kombination mit Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubzylinder zur Unterstützung (7) schwenkend um die Hülse (20) zwischen den zwei Zweigen (14a) der Kappe (14) montiert ist.
  15. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel (40, 42, 43, 44, 45) umfasst, die fest mit dem Puffer (2) verbunden und ausgelegt sind, um den selbstblockierenden Arm (16) seitlich zu halten, wenn der Teil mit dem größeren Durchmesser (23) der Verbindungsachse (18) von der runden Öffnung (19a) des Arms (16) freigesetzt ist.
  16. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein starres Etikett zur Assistenz (50) umfasst, das fest mit der Hülse (20) senkrecht zu dieser verbunden ist.
