Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif d'assistance de déroulement (12) pour un enrouleur automatique comprenant un dispositif d'épissure de fil (14), le dispositif d'assistance de déroulement (12) comprenant un membre de réglage (40) pour réguler un ballon généré lorsqu'un fil est déroulé d'une bobine fournissant un fil (21) et un moyen de levage et d'abaissement pour lever et abaisser le moyen de réglage (40) comprenant un moteur pas à pas (41) et une section de contrôle de moteur pas à pas (51) pour contrôler le levage et l'abaissement du moyen de réglage (40),
    caractérise en ce
    qu'un moyen de comptage pour compter le nombre d'impulsions transmises au moteur pas à pas (41) est prévu, et
    la section de contrôle de moteur pas à pas (51) adaptée pour contrôler le levage et l'abaissement du moyen de réglage (40) selon le nombre d'impulsions transmises au moteur pas à pas (41).
  2. Dispositif d'assistance de déroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de levage et d'abaissement (40) comprend un membre de courroie (42) adapté pour transmettre l'entraînement du moteur pas à pas (41).
  3. Dispositif d'assistance de déroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le membre de courroie (42) est une courroie dentée.
  4. Dispositif d'assistance de déroulement selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le membre de réglage (40) est attaché au membre de courroie (42) via une plaque de support de membre de réglage (47) et qu'un capteur de détection de portion de poursuite (46) adapté pour détecter une portion de poursuite de la bobine fournissant un fil (21) est attachée à la plaque de support de membre de réglage (47).
  5. Dispositif d'assistance de déroulement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par un arbre de guidage (45) pour déplacer la plaque de support de membre de réglage (47) dans un sens vertical, et une roue d'entraînement (43) fixé à un arbre de sortie du moteur pas à pas (41), et une roue entraînée (44) supportée de manière rotative à proximité de l'extrémité inférieure de l'arbre de guidage (45), avec le membre de courroie (42) enroulé autour de la roue d'entraînement (43) et la roue entraînée (44).
  6. Méthode pour opérer un dispositif d'assistance de déroulement (12) pour un enrouleur automatique comprenant un dispositif d'épissure de fil (14) pour effectuer une opération d'épissure de fil, le dispositif d'assistance de déroulement (12) comprenant un membre de réglage (40) pour réguler un ballon généré lorsqu'un fil est déroulé d'une bobine fournissant un fil (21) et un moyen de levage et d'abaissement pour lever et abaisser le moyen de réglage (40) comprenant un moteur pas à pas (41) et une section de contrôle de moteur pas à pas (51) pour contrôler le levage et l'abaissement du moyen de réglage (40),
    caractérise en ce que
    la section de contrôle de moteur pas à pas (51) contrôle le membre de réglage (40) de sorte que lorsqu'un fil déroulé de la bobine fournissant un fil (21) est cassé ou coupé, le membre de réglage (40) est retrait et de sorte que lorsque l'opération d'épissure de fil par le dispositif d'épissure de fil (14) est terminée, le membre de réglage (40) est retourné à une position originale sur la base d'un résultat de comptage d'un moyen de comptage pour compter le nombre d'impulsions transmises au moteur pas à pas (41).
