Verschlussvorrichtung für einen Verpackungsbeutel und Verpackung mit einer Verschlussvorrichtung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verschlussvorrichtung für einen Verpackungsbeutel, der eine Entnahmeöffnung aufweist, in der die Verschlussvorrichtung unter Bildung eines Entnahmekanals anbringbar ist, mit einem inneren Klemmteil, das zumindest teilweise durch die Entnahmeöffnung in den Verpak- kungsbeutel einführbar ist, einem äußeren Klemmteil, das unter Einspannung eines die Entnahmeöffnung umgebenden Randbereichs des Verpackungsbeutels mit dem inneren Klemmteil verbindbar ist, und einem Deckelteil, das in eine den Entnahmekanal verschließende Verschlussposition und eine den Entnahmekanal freigebende Freigabeposition bringbar ist.
Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung eine Verpackung mit einem flexiblen Verpackungsbeutel zur Aufnahme einer Vielzahl von Feuchttüchern, wobei in einer Seitenoberfläche des Verpackungsbeutels eine Entnahmeöffnung ausgebildet ist, in der eine einen verschließbaren Entnahmekanal bildende Verschlussvorrichtung anbringbar ist.
Insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit kosmetischen Produkten, z.B. kosmetischen Feuchttüchern, die mit einer Flüssigkeit und/oder einem zu applizierenden Medium, z.B. einer Lotion, getränkt sind, ist es bekannt, als äußere Verpackung einen flexiblen Verpackungsbeutel zu verwenden, der aus einer Kunststoff-Folie gebildet ist. Die getränkten Tücher sind in dem Verpackungsbeutel luft- und flüssigkeitsdicht eingeschlossen. Nach dem Öffnen des Verpackungsbeutels durch den Benutzer besteht die Gefahr, dass die innerhalb des Verpak- kungsbeutels angeordneten getränkten Tücher im Laufe der Zeit austrocknen oder verunreinigen, z.B. einstauben, und dadurch unbrauchbar werden, was vermieden werden muss.
Es ist deshalb bekannt, in einer Seitenfläche des Verpak- kungsbeutels eine Entnahmeöffnung vorzusehen und nahe der Entnahmeöffnung an dem Verpackungsbeutel eine Klebelasche anzubringen, die in klebender und dadurch abdichtender Weise über die Entnahmeöffnung gelegt und bei Bedarf von die- ser abgenommen werden kann. Mit dieser Ausgestaltung ist jedoch der Nachteil verbunden, dass die Klebewirkung der Klebelasche im Laufe der Zeit nachlässt und dadurch eine Abdichtung der Entnahmeöffnung nicht mehr gegeben ist. Dieses Problem tritt insbesondere auf, wenn der Randbereich der Entnahmeöffnung nach Entnahme einiger Feuchttücher durch die Medien verschmutzt ist, mit denen die Feuchttücher getränkt sind, bzw. Staub oder Schmutz auf der Klebeschicht abgelagert wird. Diese Medien, z.B. eine Reinigungslotion, verringern die Klebewirkung der Klebelasche wesentlich, so dass der Verpackungsbeutel bereits nach kurzer Gebrauchsdauer undicht wird.
Um dieses Problem zu lösen, ist in der DE-U 9317973 eine Verschlussvorrichtung für einen Verpackungsbeutel vorge- schlagen worden, der in der Entnahmeöffnung des Verpak- kungsbeutels anbringbar ist und von einem Benutzer beliebig oft geschlossen oder geöffnet werden kann, ohne dass die Dichtwirkung herabgesetzt wird.
Die Verschlussvorrichtung besteht aus einem inneren Klemmteil in Form einer Ringplatte, die eine Mittelöffnung mit einem axial hervorstehenden zylindrischen Stutzen aufweist. Die Ringplatte wird von dem Benutzer durch die Entnahmeöffnung in den Verpackungsbeutel eingeführt und so positioniert, dass der zylindrische Stutzen die Entnahmeöffnung durchgreift und auf der Außenseite des Verpackungsbeutels aus dieser hervorsteht. Auf den hervorstehenden Stutzen kann ein äußerer Klemmring von der Außenseite des Verpak- kungsbeutels so aufgesetzt werden, dass der die Entnahmeöffnung umgebende Randbereich des Verpackungsbeutels zwischen der inneren Ringplatte und dem äußeren Klemmring in abgedichteter Weise fest eingeklemmt ist. Ein Deckel ist über ein Filmscharnier mit dem Klemmring verbunden und kann so auf den Klemmring aufgesetzt werden, dass die Entnahmeöffnung des Verpackungsbeutels dicht verschlossen ist. Durch Öffnen des Deckels hat ein Benutzer Zugriff auf die im Inneren des Verpackungsbeutels befindlichen Feuchttücher.
Wenn die Feuchttücher des Verpackungsbeutels alle verbraucht sind, kann die Verschlussvorrichtung von dem Ver- packungsbeutel gelöst und bei einem anderen Verpackungsbeutel wiederverwendet werden. Zu diesem Zweck löst der Benutzer die Verbindung zwischen der inneren Ringplatte und dem äußeren Klemmring und kann dann den Klemmring zusammen mit dem angeformten Deckel abnehmen. Dabei besteht jedoch die Gefahr, dass die innere Ringplatte in den Verpackungsbeutel hineinfällt und dort durch Reste der Lotion oder Flüssigkeit, mit der die Feuchttücher getränkt waren, verschmutzt wird. Um dies zu vermeiden, muss der Benutzer versuchen, gleichzeitig die innere Ringplatte festzuhalten und den äu- ßeren Klemmring abzunehmen. Dies ist relativ schwierig und umständlich und beeinträchtigt den Gebrauchskomfort der Verschlussvorrichtung wesentlich. Desweiteren besteht die Gefahr, dass die Ringplatte und/oder der Klemmring verlorengeht, wenn der Benutzer die VerschlussVorrichtung von einem leeren Verschlussbeutel abgenommen hat und zwischenlagert. Der Verlust eines dieser beiden Teile führt dazu, dass die gesamte Verschlussvorrichtung nicht mehr zu gebrauchen ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verschluss- Vorrichtung der genannten Art zu schaffen, die sich in einfacher Weise handhaben und schnell und bequem an dem Verpackungsbeutel anbringen und von diesem abnehmen lässt. Darüber hinaus soll eine leicht zu handhabende Verpackung mit einer entsprechenden Verschlussvorrichtung geschaffen werden.
Dieser Aufgabe wird hinsichtlich der VerschlussVorrichtung durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass das innere Klemmteil, das äußere Klemmteil und das Deckelteil über Stege miteinander verbunden und als einstückiges Kunststoff-Spritzgußteil ausgebildet sind. Diese einteilige Ausgestaltung der gesamten Verschlussvorrichtung bringt den Vorteil mit sich, dass keines der Teile verloren gehen kann und auch beim Anbringen oder Abnehmen der Verschlussvorrichtung ist sichergestellt, dass insbesondere das innere Klemmteil nicht in den Verpackungsbeutel hineinfallen kann, da es fest mit dem äußeren Klemmteil verbunden ist.
In einer möglichen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die gesamte Verschlussvorrichtung, d.h. das innere Klemmteil, das äußere Klemmteil, das Deckelteil und die Stege aus einem einheitlichen Kunststoff-Material bestehen. Alternativ dazu kann jedoch auch vorgesehen sein, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung aus zumindest zwei unterschiedlichen Kunststoff-Materialien besteht. In einer möglichen Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, dass das innere Klemmteil, das äußere Klemmteil und das Deckelteil aus einem ersten Kunststoff-Material und die Stege, die insbesondere aufgrund der Öffnungs- und Schließbewegungen des Deckels relativ leicht verformbar und flexibel ausgestaltet sein müssen, aus einem dazu unterschiedlichen zweiten Kunststoffmaterial bestehen. Zusätzlich oder alternativ dazu kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Entnahmekanal der Verschlussvorrichtung zumindest bereichsweise aus einem besonders gleitfähigen Kunststoffmaterial besteht, um das Herausziehen der Feuchttücher zu er- leichtern.
Die Herstellung der Verschlussvorrichtung erfolgt mittels eines an sich bekannten Ein- oder Mehrkomponenten-Spritz- gußverfahrens .
Bei Einsatz eines Mehrkomponenten-Spritzgußverfahrens ist neben der Verarbeitung unterschiedlicher Kunststoff-Materialien auch die unterschiedliche farbliche Ausgestaltung des inneren Klemmteils und/oder des äußeren Klemmteils und/oder des Deckelteils möglich.
In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das innere Klemmteil einen ringförmigen Plattenabschnitt mit einer ersten Mittelöffnung und einem am Plat- tenabschnitt angeformten, von diesem hervorstehenden Stutzen aufweist. Das innere Klemmteil kann so durch die Entnahmeöffnung in den Verpackungsbeutel eingeführt werden, dass der Plattenabschnitt auf der inneren Seite des die Entnahmeöffnung umgebenden Randbereichs des Verpackungsbeu- tels anliegt und der Stutzen die Entnahmeöffnung des Verpackungsbeutels durchgreift und nach außen hervorsteht.
Das Einführen des inneren Klemmteils durch die Entnahmeöffnung in den Verpackungsbeutel lässt sich erleichtern, wenn an dem inneren Klemmteil und insbesondere an dessen Plattenabschnitt ein nach außen hervorstehender Einführvorsprung ausgebildet ist, der vorzugsweise als sich konisch verjüngende Nase ausgeformt ist..
Es hat sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn die Entnahmeöffnung des Verpackungsbeutels und insbesondere das innere Kleπunteil im wesentlichen oval ausgebildet und der Einführ- vorsprung an einer Schmalseite des inneren Klemmteils ange¬ ordnet bzw. angeformt ist.
In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass auch das äußere Klemmteil einen ringförmigen Plattenabschnitt mit einer zweiten Mittelöffnung und einen am Plattenabschnitt angeformten, umlaufenden Kragen aufweist, der von dem Plattenabschnitt hervorsteht. Um das äußere Klemmteil mit dem inneren Klemmteil zu verbinden, kann das innere Klemmteil mit seinen Stutzen unter enger Passung in die zweite Mittelöffnung des äußeren Klemmteils eingeführt werden. Die erste und die zweite Mittelöffnung fluchten dabei miteinander und bilden den Entnahmekanal.
In einer möglichen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das äußere Klemmteil und das innere Klemmteil allein über Reibung in ihrer miteinander in Eingriff stehenden Stellung gehalten sind. Um zu vermeiden, dass sich das äußere Klemmteil und das innere Klemmteil bei Ge- brauch der Verschlussvorrichtung voneinander lösen, sollten sie miteinander verrastet sein, weshalb in Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen ist, dass zwischen dem inneren Klemmteil und dem äußeren Klemmteil eine Rastvorrichtung gebildet ist. In einer möglichen Ausgestaltung kann vorge- sehen sein, dass die Rastvorrichtung am inneren Klemmteil ausgebildete Rastvorsprünge umfasst, die von einem Abschnitt des äußeren Klemmteils und insbesondere von dessen Kragen hintergriffen sind. Vorzugsweise sind die Rastvorsprünge auf der Außenseite des Stutzens des inneren Klemm- teils mit Abstand zum Plattenabschnitt ausgebildet, wobei sie vorzugsweise an den Längskanten des ovalen Stutzens angeordnet sind. Über die Länge der Rastvorsprünge lässt sich die Haltekraft festlegen, mit denen das äußere Klemmteil und das innere Klemmteil im Rasteingriff gehalten sind. Es hat sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, die Rastvorsprünge nicht vollständig um den Stutzen des inneren Klemmteils umlaufen oder über die gesamte Länge der Längskanten des ovalen Stutzens erstrecken zu lassen, sondern die Rastvorsprünge nur in einem Teilbereich der Längskanten des Stutzens vorzusehen. In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung ist jeweils im mittleren Bereich jeder Längskante des Stutzens ein Rastvor- Sprung ausgebildet.
In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das innere Klemmteil und das äußere Klemmteil über einen als Gelenk wirkenden flexiblen ersten Steg miteinander verbunden sind. Der Steg ist vorzugsweise als dünnes, druckschlaffes Verbindungsband ausgestaltet, das mit seinem einen Ende am inneren Klemmteil und mit seinem anderen Ende am äußeren Klemmteil angeformt ist. Dabei kann vorzugsweise vorgesehen sein, dass der erste Steg an seinem einen Ende auf der Außenseite des Stutzens des inneren Klemmteils mit Abstand zum Plattenabschnitt angeschlossen ist. Dies ermöglicht es, dass der Anschlusspunkt des ersten Steges außerhalb des Verpackungsbeutels liegt, wenn das innere Klemmteil in den Verpackungsbeutel eingeführt ist. Somit kann auf eine spezielle Durchbrechung oder Aussparung des Verpackungsbeutels für den ersten Steg verzichtet werden.
Es hat sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn der erste Steg auf der dem Einführvorsprung abgewandten Ende des Stutzens an diesem angeschlossen ist, wodurch das Einführen des inneren Klemmteils in die Entnahmeöffnung des Verpackungsbeutels erleichtert ist.
Mit seinem anderen Ende ist der erste Steg am äußeren Rand des Plattenabschnitts des äußeren Klemmteils angeschlossen. Dabei kann vorgesehen sein, dass das äußere Klemmteil im wesentlichen oval ausgebildet und der erste Steg an einer Schmalseite des Plattenabschnitts angeschlossen ist.
Wenn das innere Klemmteil mit dem äußeren Klemmteil verrastet ist, liegen die jeweiligen Plattenabschnitte unter Einspannung des die Entnahmeöffnung umgebenden Randbereichs des Verpackungsbeutels aufeinander. In dieser Stellung ist der erste Steg ebenfalls zwischen den beiden Plattenabschnitten angeordnet. Um zu vermeiden, dass die Plattenabschnitte durch den ersten Steg auf Abstand gehalten sind und dadurch die Klemmwirkung herabgesetzt ist, kann der erste Steg in einer Ausnehmung oder Aussparung zumindest eines der Plattenteile aufgenommen sein. In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass in dem Plattenabschnitt des äußeren Klemmteils auf der dem inneren Klemmteil im verrasteten Zustand zugewandten Oberfläche eine Ausnehmung ausgebildet ist, in der der erste Steg aufnehmbar ist.
In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das äußere Klemmteil und das Deckelteil über einen als Gelenk wirkenden flexiblen zweiten Steg miteinander verbunden sind. Der zweite Steg ist vorzugsweise ebenfalls als dünnes, druckschlaffes Band ausgebildet. Da das Deckelteil bei Gebrauch der Verschlussvorrichtung relativ häufig be- wegt wird, unterliegt der zweite Steg einer größeren Belastung und insbesondere Biegebelastung als der erste Steg. Aus diesem Grunde ist der zweite Steg vorzugsweise wesentlich breiter als der erste Steg, weshalb er vorzugsweise an einer Längsseite des Plattenabschnitts des äußeren Klemm- teils insbesondere außenseitig angeschlossen ist.
Das Deckelteil umfasst vorzugsweise eine Deckelplatte und einen in den Entnahmekanal einführbaren HaItevorSprung. Der HaItevorSprung kann in der Verschlussposition des Deckel- teils in dem Entnahmekanal verrastet oder alleine über Reibung in diesem gehalten sein. Vorzugsweise ist der HaIte- vorsprung als umlaufende, geschlossene Wand ausgebildet, die aus der Deckelplatte hervorsteht.
In einer möglichen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Deckelteil im wesentlichen oval ausge- bildet und der zweite Steg an einer Längsseite der Deckelplatte angeschlossen ist.
Das äußere Klemmteil und das Deckelteil können zur Erzie- lung besonderer ästhetischer Wirkungen mit speziellen designerischen Elementen versehen oder als Ganzes in entsprechender Form ausgestaltet sein, um auf den Anwendungsbereich der in den Verpackungsbeutel enthaltenen Feuchttücher hinzuweisen. Beispielhaft sei hier erwähnt, dass der Deckel die Form von Kinderspielzeug, beispielsweise einer Puppe, eines Teddybären etc. aufweisen kann, um dadurch auf Kinder- oder Baby-Pflegetücher hinzuweisen.
Desweiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Verpackung mit ei- nem flexiblen Verpackungsbeutel zur Aufnahme einer Vielzahl von Feuchttüchern, wobei in einer Seitenoberfläche des Verpackungsbeutels eine Entnahmeöffnung ausgebildet ist, in der eine einen verschließbaren Entnahmekanal bildende Verschlussvorrichtung anbringbar ist. Die Verschlussvorrich- tung weist die vorgenannten Merkmale auf, worauf zwecks Vermeidung von Wiederholungen verwiesen wird.
Vorzugsweise enthält der Verpackungsbeutel kosmetische Tücher und insbesondere Reinigungstücher, Sonnenschutztücher, Deodoranttücher oder Antitranspiranttücher, die beispielsweise mit einer leicht flüchtigen, wasser- und/oder alkoholhaltigen Flüssigkeit und/oder mit einem anderen zu applizierenden Medium, beispielsweise einer Lotion getränkt sein können.
Weitere Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung sind aus der folgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung ersichtlich. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Verpackung 1 in Form eines flexiblen Verpackungsbeutels 2, der aus einer Kunststoff-Schlauchfolie besteht und durch endseitig ausgebildete Siegelnähte 3 in üblicher Weise verschlossen ist. In einer Seitenoberfläche 2a des Verpackungsbeutels 2 ist eine Entnahmeöffnung 4 (siehe Figur 8) ausgebildet, in der eine Verschlussvorrichtung 10 in abgedichteter Weise angebracht ist. Die Verschlussvorrichtung 10 ist in den Fi- guren 2 bis 7 im Detail dargestellt und wird im Folgenden näher erläutert .
Die Verschlussvorrichtung 10 besitzt ein inneres Klemmteil 12, das einen ovalen, ringförmigen Plattenabschnitt 18 mit einer ersten Mittelöffnung 20 aufweist. Am inneren, die erste Mittelöffnung 20 umgebenden Rand des ringförmigen Plattenabschnitts 18 ist ein Stutzen 21 angeformt, der sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zum ringförmigen Plattenabschnitt 18 erstreckt und von diesem hervorsteht, wie es insbesondere in Figur 5 ersichtlich ist. Der Stutzen 21 besitzt ebenfalls eine ovale Form und trägt auf seinen beiden Längsseiten jeweils einen Rastvorsprung 26. Jeder Rastvorsprung 26 ist auf der Außenseite des Stutzens 21 mit Abstand zum Plattenabschnitt 18 ausgebildet und angeformt. Wie die Figuren 4 und 5 zeigen, erstrecken sich die Rastvorsprünge 26 jeweils im mittleren Bereich der Längskanten des ovalen Stutzens 21 über einen Teilabschnitt der Längskanten.
Der ringförmige Plattenabschnitt 18 besitzt an einer
Schmalseite einen angeformten, nach außen hervorstehenden Einführvorsprung 19, der eine konische, sich nach außen verjüngende Form besitzt.
Auf der dem Einführvorsprung 19 entgegengesetzten Schmalseite ist das innere Klemmteil 12 über einen ersten Steg 17 einstückig mit einem äußeren Klemmteil 11 verbunden. Das äußere Klemmteil 11 besitzt ebenfalls einen ringförmigen Plattenabschnitt 14, der eine zweite Mittelöffnung 15 defi- niert. An der inneren, die zweite Mittelöffnung 15 umgebenden Kante des ringförmigen Plattenabschnitts 14 ist ein umlaufender Kragen 16 angeformt, der von dem ringförmigen Plattenabschnitt 14 hervorsteht. Das innere Klemmteil 12 kann relativ zu dem äußeren Klemmteil 11 um den ersten Steg 17 so verschwenkt werden, dass der Stutzen 21 des inneren Klemmteils 12 unter enger Passung in die zweite Mittelöffnung 15 des äußeren Klemmteils 11 eingeführt wird, bis die RastvorSprünge 26 den Kragen 16 des äußeren Klemmteils 11 passiert haben und diesen übergreifen, wie es in Figur 7 dargestellt ist. In diesem Zustand liegen der ringförmige Plattenabschnitt 18 des inneren Klemmteils 12 und der ring- förmige Plattenabschnitt 14 des äußeren Klemmteils 11 unter Vorspannung gegebenenfalls unter Zwischenschaltung der Wandung des Verpackungsbeutels aufeinander, wodurch die Verschlussvorrichtung 10 in abgedichteter Weise an dem Verpak- kungsbeutel 2 angebracht ist, was später im Detail erläu- tert wird.
Der erste Steg 17, der das innere Klemmteil 12 mit dem äußeren Klemmteil 11 verbindet, ist als flexibles, druckschlaffes Band ausgebildet, das an seinem einen Ende 17a (siehe Figur 5) an der Außenseite des Stutzens 21 mit Abstand zu dem ringförmigen Plattenabschnitt 18 angeformt ist. Das andere Ende des ersten Stegs 17 ist an der äußeren Kante des ringförmigen Plattenabschnitts 14 des inneren Klemmteils 11 an dessen Schmalseite angeformt. Dabei ist in derjenigen Oberfläche des ringförmigen Plattenabschnitts 14 des äußeren Klemmteils 11, die in dem mit dem inneren Klemmteil 12 verrasteten Zustand dem ringförmigen Plattenabschnitt 18 des inneren Klemmteils 12 zugewandt ist, eine Ausnehmung 25 (siehe Figur 4) ausgebildet, in der der erste Steg 17 zumindest annähernd vollständig aufgenommen ist, wenn die beiden Klemmteile 11 und 12 miteinander verrastet sind. Auf diese Weise können die ringförmigen Plattenabschnitte 14 und 15 im verrasteten Zustand der Klemmteile 11 und 12 vollflächig aufeinanderliegen.
An einer Längsseite des ovalen ringförmigen Plattenabschnitts 14 des äußeren Klemmteils 11 ist ein zweiter Steg 22 angeformt, der ebenfalls als dünnes, flexibles Band ausgebildet ist und an seinem dem äußeren Klemmteil 11 abge- wandten Ende mit einem Deckelteil 13 verbunden ist. Das
Deckelteil 13 besitzt eine Deckelplatte 23, auf der ein als umlaufende Wand ausgebildeter Haltevorsprung 24 angeformt ist. Die Außenabmessungen des HaItevorSprungs 24 sind so bemessen, dass dieser unter enger Passung oder unter geringfügiger elastischer Verformung in die erste Mittelöff¬ nung 20 des inneren Klemmteils 12 eingeführt werden kann und dort durch Reibung sicher gehalten ist. Die Deckelplatte 23 ist ebenfalls oval ausgebildet und steht über den gesamten Umfang über den HaItevorSprung 24 außenseitig hervor, so dass sie auf der Oberseite des Stutzens 21 des inneren Klemmteils 12 in abdeckender Weise aufliegt, wenn der HaItevorsprung 24 in die erste Mittelöffnung 20 des inneren Klemmteils 12 eingeführt ist.
Im Folgenden wird anhand der Figuren 8 bis 10 die Anbringung der Verschlussvorrichtung 10 an dem Verpackungsbeutel 2 erläutert.
Wie Figur 8 zeigt, wird zunächst das innere Klemmteil 12 in die Entnahmeöffnung 4 des Verpackungsbeutels 2 eingeführt (Pfeil A) , was durch den konischen Einführvorsprung 19 er- leichtert ist. Im eingeführten Zustand des inneren Klemm- teils 12 liegt dieses auf der Unterseite des die Entnahmeöffnung 4 umgebenden Randbereichs 2b des Verpackungsbeutels 2 an dessen Wandung an und der Stutzen 21 des inneren Klemmteils 12, dessen Außenabmessungen im wesentlichen den Innenabmessungen der Entnahmeöffnung 4 entsprechen, durchgreift die Entnahmeöffnung 4 und steht außenseitig hervor, wie es in Figur 9 dargestellt ist.
Anschließend wir das äußere Klemmteil 11 relativ zu dem in- neren Klemmteil 12 so geschwenkt (Pfeil S) , dass es mit der zweiten Mittelöffnung 15 unter enger Passung auf den Stutzen 21 des inneren Klemmteils 12 aufgesetzt wird, bis die RastvorSprünge 26 den Kragen 16 des äußeren Klemmteils 11 übergreifen. In diesem Zustand ist der Randbereich 2b des Verpackungsbeutels 2 zwischen den beiden Klemmteilen 11 und 12 in abgedichteter Weise eingespannt. Dieser Zustand ist in Figur 10 dargestellt. Dabei befinden sich die erste Mit- telöffnung 20 des inneren Klemmteils 12 und die zweite Mittelöffnung 15 des äußeren Klemmteils 11 in fluchtender Anordnung und bilden einen Entnahmekanal E, durch den ein Benutzer ein innerhalb des Verpackungsbeutels 12 befindliches Feuchttuch T entnahmen kann.
Um den Entnahmekanal E zu verschließen, schwenkt der Benutzer das Deckelteil 13 um den zweiten Steg 22 relativ zu den beiden fest miteinander verrasteten Klemmteilen 11 und 12, bis der Haltevorsprung 24 klemmend in den Entnahmekanal E eingeführt und die Deckelplatte 23 oberseitig auf den Entnahmekanal E aufgesetzt ist. Dieser Zustand ist in den Figuren 6 und 7 dargestellt. Zur Entnahme eines Feuchttuches T kann der Benutzer das Deckelteil 13 von dem Entnahmekanal E abnehmen und erhält somit Zugriff auf die Feuchttücher T.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Verschlussvorrichtung (10) für einen Verpackungsbeutel
(2), der eine Entnahmeöffnung (4) aufweist, in der die Verschlussvorrichtung (10) unter Bildung eines Entnah- mekanals (E) anbringbar ist, mit einem inneren Klemmteil (12), das zumindest teilweise durch die Entnahmeöffnung (4) in den Verpackungsbeutel (2) einführbar ist, einem äußeren Klemmteil (11), das unter Einspannung ei- nes die Entnahmeöffnung (4) umgebenden Randbereichs des Verpackungsbeutels (2) mit dem inneren Klemmteil (12) verbindbar ist, und einem Deckelteil, das in eine den Entnahmekanal (E) verschließende Verschlussposition und eine den Entnah- mekanal (E) freigebende Freigabeposition bringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Klemmteil (12), das äußere Klemmteil (11) und das Deckelteil (13) über Stege (17, 22) miteinander verbunden und als einstückiges Kunststoff- Spritzgußteil ausgebildet sind.
2. VerschlussVorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem einheitlichen Kunststoff- Material besteht.
3. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus zumindest zwei unterschiedlichen Kunststoff-Materialien besteht.
4. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Klemmteil (12), das äußere Klemmteil (11) und das Deckelteil (13) aus einem ersten Kunststoff-Material und die Stege (17, 22) aus einem dazu unterschiedlichen zweiten Kunststoffmaterial be- stehen.
5. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Klemmteil (12) einen ringförmigen Plattenabschnitt (18) mit einer er- sten Mittelöffnung (20) und einen am Plattenabschnitt (18) angeformten, von diesem hervorstehenden Stutzen (21) aufweist.
6. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass am Plattenabschnitt (12) ein nach außen hervorstehender Einführvorsprung (19) ausgebildet ist.
7. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Klemmteil (12) im wesentli- chen oval ausgebildet und der Einführvorsprung (19) an einer Schmalseite des inneren Klemmteils (12) angeordnet ist.
8. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Klemmteil (11) einen ringförmigen Plattenabschnitt (14) mit einer zweiten Mittelöffnung (15) und einen am Plattenabschnitt (14) angeformten, umlaufenden Kragen (16) aufweist.
9. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Klemmteil (12) mit seinem Stutzen (21) unter enger Passung in die zweite Mittel- Öffnung (15) des äußeren Klemmteils (11) einführbar ist.
10. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem inneren
Klemmteil (17) und dem äußeren Klemmteil (11) eine Rastvorrichtung vorgesehen ist.
11. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass die Rastvorrichtung am inneren Klemmteil

12. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastvorsprünge (26) auf der Außenseite des Stutzens (21) des inneren Klemmteils (12) mit Abstand zum Plattenabschnitt (18) ausgebildet sind.
13. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastvorsprünge (26) an den Längskanten des ovalen Stutzens (21) angeordnet sind.
14. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass die Rastvorsprünge (26) sich über einen
Teilbereich der Längskanten erstrecken.
15. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Klemmteil (12) und das äußere Klemmteil (11) über einen als Gelenk wirkenden flexiblen ersten Steg (17) miteinander verbunden sind.
16. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass der erste Steg (17) an seinem einen Ende
(17a) auf der Außenseite des Stutzens (21) des inneren Klemmteils (12) mit Abstand zum Plattenabschnitt (18) angeschlossen ist.
17. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Steg (17) auf der dem Einführvorsprung (19) abgewandten Ende des Stutzens (21) angeschlossen ist.
18. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Klemmteil (11) im wesentlichen oval ausgebildet und der erste Steg (17) an einer Schmalseite des Plattenabschnitts (14) angeschlossen ist.
19. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Plattenabschnitt (14) des äußeren Klemmteils (11) auf der dem inneren Klemmteil (12) im geschlossenen Zustand zugewandten Oberfläche eine Ausnehmung (25) ausgebildet ist, in der der erste Steg (17) aufnehmbar ist.
20. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äußere Klemmteil (12) und das Deckelteil (13) über einen als Gelenk wirkenden flexiblen zweiten Steg (22) miteinander verbun- den sind.
21. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Steg (22) an einer Längsseite des Plattenabschnitts (14) des äußeren Klemmteils (11) angeschlossen ist.
22. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Deckelteil (13) eine Deckelplatte (23) und einen in den Entnahmekanal (K) einführbaren Haltevorsprung (24) aufweist.
23. Verschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Deckelteil (13) im wesentlichen oval ausgebildet und der zweite Steg (22) an einer Längsseite der Deckelplatte (23) angeschlossen ist.
24. Verpackung (1) mit einem flexiblen Verpackungsbeutel
(2) zur Aufnahme einer Vielzahl von Feuchttüchern, wobei in einer Seitenoberfläche (2a) des Verpackungsbeutels (2) eine Entnahmeöffnung (4) ausgebildet ist, in der eine einen verschließbaren Entnahmekanal (K) bildende Verschlussvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23 anbringbar ist.
25. Verpackung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungsbeutel kosmetische Tücher und insbesondere Reinigungstücher, Sonnenschutztücher, Deodoranttücher oder Antitranspiranttücher enthält.
