Claims (19)

  1. Verbindung von zwei Enden von Hohlprofilen (10, 11), die auf Basis eines Kunststoffmaterials hergestellt sind, durch Aneinanderfügen mit Hilfe eines Verbinders (2), umfassend die zwei Enden und den Verbinder, der einen Körper (20) mit einem Mittelteil (21) und zwei Flügeln (22, 23) aus Kunststoffmaterial umfasst, die jeweils in den Enden der Hohlprofile in Eingriff sind und die Verankerungsmittel (28, 29, 30, 31) aufweisen, die imstande sind, die hohlen Enden rund um den Verbinder durch Herstellen einer Reibung mit der Innenseite der Enden der Hohlprofile zu fixieren, wobei die Verankerungsmittel (28, 29, 30, 31) des Verbinders aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt sind und wenigstens eines der Verankerungsmittel (30, 31) weich ist, um sich zu verformen, wenn darauf ein Druck ausgeübt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des erwogenen Verbinders gemäß seiner kleinsten Ausdehnung und auf Höhe des weichen Verankerungsmittels (30, 31) in Bezug auf die zwei Innenmaße der Profilenden überdimensioniert ist.
  2. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsmittel (28, 29, 30, 31) und der Körper (20) des Verbinders aus dem gleichen Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt sind.
  3. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsmittel starre Zapfen (28, 29) umfassen, die auf jeder Seite der zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten von jedem der Flügel (22, 23) vorspringen und die eine punktuelle Beanspruchung auf die Innenseite der Profilenden ausüben.
  4. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbinder auf Höhe jedes Flügels wenigstens ein weiches Verankerungsmittel (30, 31) umfasst.
  5. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das weiche Verankerungsmittel (30, 31) mit einer Verlängerung (24a) eines Flügels fest verbunden ist, wobei die Verlängerung gemäß ihrer zwei kleinsten Ausdehnungen ein kleineres Maß aufweist als der verbundene Flügel, und wobei das Verankerungsmittel in Bezug auf die Verlängerung vorspringt.
  6. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Flügel (22, 23) zwei gegenüberliegende Längsseiten (24, 25) und zwei gegenüberliegende Breitseiten (26, 27) aufweist, die sich gemäß der größten Ausdehnung des Flügels erstrecken und jeweils die zwei Längsseiten miteinander verbinden, wobei wenigstens ein weiches Verankerungsmittel (30, 31) von jedem Flügel auf wenigstens einer seiner Seiten in Bezug auf eine Ebene vorspringt, die eine der Breitseiten (26, 27) eines Flügels enthält.
  7. Verbindung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das weiche Verankerungsmittel (30, 31) in Form einer Lippe darstellt und einen Ansatz (32), der mit der Verlängerung (24a) fest verbunden ist, eine Ausdehnung (33), die sich von der Verlängerung vorspringend erstreckt und in Richtung Mittelteil (21) des Verbinders geneigt ist, sowie ein freies Ende (34) umfasst, das mit den Innenwänden der Profilenden in Kontakt ist.
  8. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die größte Höhe h 1 des Querschnitts des Verbinders gemäß der kleinen Ausdehnung des Querschnitts auf Höhe von wenigstens einem weichen Verankerungsmittel (30, 31) festgelegt wird und größer ist als die Innenhöhe h 2 eines Profilendes.
  9. Verbindung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maßabweichung der Höhe Δh zwischen h 1 und h 2 0,5 mm nicht übersteigt.
  10. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite ℓ1, die der größten Breite des Querschnitts des Verbinders entspricht, gemäß der kleinen Ausdehnung des Querschnitts auf Höhe von wenigstens einem weichen Verankerungsmittel festgelegt wird und größer ist als die Innenbreite der Enden der Hohlprofile.
  11. Verbindung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maßabweichung der Breite Δℓ zwischen den zwei Breiten ℓ1 und ℓ2 auf Höhe von wenigstens einer Seite einer Wand eines Profilendes höchstens 0,5 mm beträgt.
  12. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das weiche Verankerungsmittel (30, 31) eine Dicke e und eine Länge L etwa im Verhältnis von e/L<1/3 und vorzugsweise e/L<1/4 aufweist.
  13. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein weiches Verankerungsmittel ein freies Ende (34) aufweist, das in die dem Mittelteil (21) des Verbinders entgegengesetzte Richtung abgeschrägt ist.
  14. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil (21) des Verbinders seitliche Vorsprünge aufweist, die als Anschläge (21 a, 21b) für die zwei Profilenden dienen, die jeweils um die zwei Flügel aufgesetzt sind.
  15. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil (21) Dichtungsmittel (4) umfasst, die den Bereich der Anfügung der Profilenden gegen den Mittelteil abdecken.
  16. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsmittel (28, 29, 30, 31) des Verbinders auf Basis von Polyamid, Polypropylen oder SAN, vorzugsweise beladen mit Verstärkungsfasern, hergestellt sind.
  17. Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbinder abgewinkelt oder geradlinig ist.
  18. Rahmen, umfassend wenigstens eine Verbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
  19. Isolierverglasung, umfassend einen Rahmen nach Anspruch 18, der die Zwischenlage der Verglasung bildet.
