Abstract

Eine ergonomische und gleichzeitig leichte Bügelunterlage zur Verwendung auf einem Tisch, weist ein eine Bügelfläche bereitstellendes Oberteil (2) auf. Die Bügelunterlage ist mit einem das Oberteil (2) stabilisierenden Gestell (1) versehen, wobei das Gestell das Oberteil derart stabilisiert, dass die Bügelfläche auch bei Belastung mit einem Bügeleisen, weitgehend eben ist. Bei einer besonderen Ausführung sind das Gestell und das Oberteil einstückig hergestellt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bügelunterlage zur Verwendung auf einem Tisch.
  • Aus US 4,360,984 ist eine zusammenrollbare Bügelunterlage bekannt, die auf nahezu jeder im Haushalt vorhandenen ebenen Fläche, wie beispielsweise auf einem Küchentisch verwendet werden kann. Eine ähnliche Bügelunterlage ist beispielsweise auch aus US 4,034,062 bekannt. Neben dem Vorteil der leichten Transportierbarkeit und leichten Verstaubarkeit haben Bügelunterlagen dieser Art den Nachteil, dass der Benutzer in Rücken belastender Weise vornüber gebeugt bügeln muss, weil üblicherweise im Haushalt vorhandene Tische eine zu geringe Höhe für ein ergonomisches Bügeln aufweisen.
  • Aus US 4,602,446 ist ein tragbares Bügelbrett bekannt, dass eine Bügelplatte aufweist, die aus mehreren miteinander klappbar verbundenen Segmenten besteht. Das erste und das letzte Segment der Bügelplatte sind mit ausklappbaren Standbeinen zum Aufstellen auf einen Tisch oder einen Tresen versehen. Das tragbare Bügelbrett hat den Nachteil, dass es konstruktiv bedingt aufwendig herstellbar ist und insbesondere, dass das Bügelbrett ein sehr hohes Eigengewicht aufweist.
  • Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine auf einem normalem Möbeltisch einsetzbare Bügelunterlage anzugeben, die einerseits ein ergonomisches Bügeln ermöglicht, die jedoch andererseits derart konzipiert ist, dass sie leichtgewichtig und einfach herstellbar ist.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch eine Bügelunterlage gelöst, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Bügelunterlage ein eine Bügelfläche bereitstellendes Oberteil aufweist, das mit einem das Oberteil stabilisierenden Gestell versehen ist.
  • Die Erfindung hat den Vorteil, dass ein - für sich alleine gesehen - in sich unstabiles und/oder in sich nicht steifes und/oder zerbrechliches Oberteil verwendet werden kann, das demgemäß besonders leicht und/oder dünn ausgebildet und einfach herstellbar sein kann. Das Verstauen und das Hervorholen einer solchen erfindungsgemäßen Bügelunterlage ist auf Grund des geringen Gewichtes besonders einfach und angenehm. Trotzdem hat der Benutzer den Vorteil, dass die Bügelfläche auch bei Belastung eben und insbesondere rückenschonend erhöht ist.
  • Insbesondere kann in vorteilhafter Weise vorgesehen sein, dass das Gestell das Oberteil derart stabilisiert, dass die Bügelfläche auch beim Bügeln und bei Belastung mit einem Bügeleisen weitgehend eben ist bzw. bleibt. Vorzugsweise ist das Gestell derart ausgebildet, dass es das Oberteil in seiner Längserstreckung und/oder in seiner Quererstreckung stabilisiert.
  • Bei einer besonders robusten und einfach herstellbaren Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass das Oberteil und das Gestell gemeinsam einstückig ausgebildet sind. Beispielsweise können das Oberteil und das Gestell als einstückiges Kunststoffteil ausgebildet sein. Diese Ausführungsform ist besonders robust gegen Feuchtigkeit, insbesondere den Dampf eines Dampfbügeleisens, und sehr korrosionsunempfindlich. Darüber hinaus kann in vorteilhafter Weise vorgesehen sein, dass der Kunststoff ein hitzebeständiger Kunststoff ist, so dass auf die Verwendung hitzeisolierender Auflagen verzichtet werden kann. Es ist auch möglich, dass das Oberteil und das Gestell gemeinsam als Spritzgießteil und/oder als Tiefziehteil hergestellt sind. Bei einer ganz besonders leichten Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, dass das Oberteil und das Gestell gemeinsam als Schaumteil hergestellt sind.
  • Eine Ausführungsform, die ein besonders leichtes Bügeln erlaubt, ist mit einer dampfundurchlässigen Auflage versehen, wodurch zwischen dem Bügeleisenboden und der Auflage ein Dampfpolster entsteht, das das Bügeleisen leichter gleiten lässt. Dieser Effekt ist besonders groß, wenn das Oberteil als Kunststoffteil oder als Schaumteil ausgebildet ist.
  • Um eine besonders gute Stabilität, insbesondere des Oberteils zu erreichen, ist bei einer Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Bügelunterlage das Gestell fachwerkartig aufgebaut. Bei einer anderen, ebenfalls besonders leichten Ausführungsform sind das Oberteil und das Gestell gemeinsam als Blasformteil und/oder als Extrusionsblasformteil hergestellt.
  • Eine besonders hohe Stabilität kann auch dadurch erreicht werden, dass in erfindungsgemäßer Weise das Gestell zumindest ein - vorzugsweise mehrere - bogenbrückenartige Segmente aufweist. Diese Ausführungsform ist trotz hoher Stabilität dennoch besonders leicht und ermöglicht es, mit wenig Herstellungsmaterial auszukommen.
  • Selbstverständlich kann das Gestell auch aus einer Kombination von Fachwerksegmenten und brückenartigen Segmenten aufgebaut sein.
  • In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand schematisch dargestellt und wird anhand der Figuren nachfolgend beschrieben, wobei gleich wirkende Elemente mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen sind. Dabei zeigt:

  • Die Figur zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Bügelunterlage, die auf einer beliebigen ebenen Fläche, wie beispielsweise einem Küchentisch, aufgestellt werden kann. Die Bügelunterlage weist ein Gestell 1 auf, dass ein über dem Gestell angeordnetes Oberteil 2 derart stabilisiert, dass die Bügelfläche 3, die das Oberteil 2 bereitstellt, auch bei Belastung mit einem Bügeleisen weitgehend eben ist. Das Oberteil 2 und das Gestell 1 sind als gemeinsames, einstückiges Schaumteil ausgebildet. Das Gestell 1 weist mehrere bogenbrückenartige Segmente 4 und mehrere fachwerkartige Versteifungsrippen 5 auf. Außerdem ist die Bügelunterlage mit einer Dampf undurchlässigen Auflage 6 versehen.
  • Die Erfindung wurde in Bezug auf eine besondere Ausführungsform beschrieben. Es ist jedoch selbstverständlich, dass Änderungen und Abwandlungen durchgeführt werden können, ohne dabei den Schutzbereich der nachstehenden Ansprüche zu verlassen.

Claims (12)

  1. Bügelunterlage zur Verwendung auf einem Tisch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügelunterlage ein eine Bügelfläche bereitstellendes Oberteil aufweist, das mit einem das Oberteil stabilisierenden Gestell versehen ist.
  2. Bügelunterlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell das Oberteil derart stabilisiert, dass die Bügelfläche auch bei Belastung mit einem Bügeleisen, weitgehend eben ist.
  3. Bügelunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil und das Gestell gemeinsam einstückig ausgebildet sind.
  4. Bügelunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil und das Gestell als einstückiges Kunststoffteil ausgebildet sind.
  5. Bügelunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil und das Gestell gemeinsam als Spritzgießteil hergestellt sind.
  6. Bügelunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil und das Gestell gemeinsam als Tiefziehteil hergestellt sind.
  7. Bügelunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil und das Gestell gemeinsam als Schaumteil hergestellt sind.
  8. Bügelunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil und das Gestell gemeinsam als Blasformteil und/oder als Extrusionsblasformteil hergestellt sind.
  9. Bügelunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügelunterlage mit einer dampfundurchlässigen Auflage versehen ist.
  10. Bügelunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell fachwerkartig aufgebaut ist.
  11. Bügelunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell das Oberteil in seiner Längserstreckung und/oder in seiner Quererstreckung stabilisiert.
  12. Bügelunterlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestell zumindest ein, vorzugsweise mehrere, bogenbrückeartige Segmente aufweist.
