Zusätzlich wird mittels der Straffvorrichtung 8 erreicht, dass sich die Restbahn 6 durch die Spannung im Randbereich von dem Überführstreifen 5 wegdreht. Fig. 4 zeigt die schlaff in den Pulper 17 laufende Restbahn 6, die dabei Wellen schlägt.   2. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the part section (9) extends transversely with respect to the web running direction (L).
  3. Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the part section is from 1 time to 3 times the width of the transfer strip (5) in the transverse direction with respect to the web running direction (L).

  6. Apparatus according to Claim 5, characterized in that a severing element which operates without contact, in particular a high-pressure water-jet severing element or a laser-beam severing element, or a mechanical cutting element is provided as severing device.
  7. Apparatus according to Claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the edge strip (7) can be tensioned by means of an edge-strip tautening apparatus (18).
