  1. A furniture hinge, comprising a mounting plate (2) on which a side part (3) is arranged, and a hinge part (4) which is held pivotably on the side part (3) via a support lever (5) and a guide lever (6), whereby in order to dampen the movement of the hinge part (4) relative to the side part (3), a linear damper is provided which comprises a housing (18) and a piston rod (17) which are coupled with a rotary part (14) for damping purposes, which rotary part is driven rotatably about an axis (15) by the support lever (5) or the guide lever (6), characterized in that the rotary part (14) has a toothing at least in sections and that the rotary part (14) is coupled via a holding element (16) to the piston rod (17) or the housing (18), which holding element is spaced from the rotational axis (15), whereby a projection (11) is arranged integrally with the support lever (5) or the guide lever (6), which projection drives the rotary part (14) and whereby the damper is rotatably held on the side part (3) on the side averted from the rotary part (14).

  3. A furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the rotary part (14) has a pin (16) parallel to the rotational axis (15), which pin is coupled with an eye on the piston rod (17).
