The structure and operation of the brake and damping device is similar to the first embodiment.

Wesentlicher Unterschied zur ersten Ausgestaltung ist der Aufbau der Bremsteller 35, 38 und die zusätzliche Verwendung von Bremszahnkränzen 37, 40, die den jeweils zugeordneten Bremsteller 35, 38 umgeben.
Der Durchmesser der Bremsteller 35, 38 ist geringer als der Innendurchmesser des Scharniertopfes 5. Neben den weiter oben beschriebenen Mitnahmeöffnungen 23, 28 und Freistellungen 24, 29 weisen die Bremsteller 35, 38 zentrische Lagerzapfen auf, mit denen Sie in einer Lagerbohrung 42 der Bodenplatte 41 drehbar gelagert sind.
Ferner weisen die Bremsteller 35, 38 an ihrem Außenumfang teilweise eine Verzahnung 36, 39 auf, die mit einer jeweiligen Innenverzahnung der zugeordneten Bremszahnkränze 37, 40 zusammenwirkt.
Der Mitnehmerzapfen 14 der Mitnehmerplatte 8 greift in die Mitnahmeöffnung 23 des oberen Bremstellers 35 und schiebnt zunächst die Außenverzahnung 36 des oberen Bremstellers 35 in Eingriff mit der Innenverzahnung des oberen Bremszahnkranzes 37. Der gegenüberliegende Mitnehmerzapfen 13 greift durch die Freistellung 24 hindurch in die Mitnehmeöffnung 28 des unteren Bremstellers 38 und schiebt die Außenverzahnung 39 des unteren Bremstellers 38 in Eingriff mit der Innenverzahnung des unteren Bremszahnkranzes 40. In dieser Bewegungsphase werden die Bremsteller 35, 38 von der Mitnehmerplatte 8 ein kurzes Stück linear verschoben, bis die Verzahnungen 36, 39 der Bremsteller 35, 38 in Eingriff mit den zugeorndeen Bremszahnkränzen 37, 40 sind.
Sind die Verzahnungen in Eingriff miteinander, so ist die lineare Verschiebung der Bremsteller 35, 38 abgeschlossen und die Bremteller 35, 38 sowie die zugeordneten Bremszahnkränze 37, 40 werden gegeneinander verdreht.
Die Bremsteller 35, 38 sind mit ihren Lagerzapfen 43, 44 in der als Langloch ausgestalteten Lagerbohrung 42 der Bodenplatte geführt. Dadurch kann ein Freilauf zwischen den verzahnten Bremstellern 35, 38 erreicht werden. Die Brems- oder Dämpfwirkung kann vorzugsweise dadurch verstärkt werden, dass sich diese Bremsteile in einem Silikonöl ähnlichem hochviskosen Medium befinden.

The driving pin 14 of the drive plate 8 engages in the driving opening 23 of the upper brake disc 35 and first pushes the outer teeth 36 of the upper brake disc 35 into engagement with the internal teeth of the upper brake toothed rim 37. The opposite driving pin 13 engages through the release 24 into the driving opening 28 of the lower brake actuator 38 and pushes the outer teeth 39 of the lower brake actuator 38 into engagement with the internal teeth of the lower brake ring gear 40. In this phase of movement, the brake plates 35, 38 of the driver plate 8 a short distance moved linearly until the teeth 36, 39 of the brake plate 35th , 38 are engaged with the associated brake sprockets 37, 40.
If the teeth mesh with each other, then the linear displacement of the brake plates 35, 38 is completed and the brake plates 35, 38 and the associated brake sprockets 37, 40 are rotated against each other.
The brake plates 35, 38 are guided with their bearing journals 43, 44 in the bearing hole 42 of the base plate designed as a slot. As a result, a freewheel between the toothed brake plates 35, 38 can be achieved. The braking or damping effect can preferably be enhanced by the fact that these brake parts are in a silicone oil similar high-viscosity medium.

Durch das rückwärtige Anschlagen der Lagerzapfen 43, 44 in der Langloch-Lagerbohrung 42 werden die Bremsteller 43, 44 dann in die Ausgangstellung gedreht.When opening the furniture hinge, the teeth come out of engagement with each other. Claims (14)

  1. Furniture fitting, in particular furniture hinge (1), with an integrated braking and damping device (7), comprising a hinge arm (2) which can be fixed to a furniture part and a hinge cup (5) which can be fixed to another, movable furniture part and is movably connected to the hinge arm (2) via at least one articulated lever (3, 4), wherein a driver plate (8), which is displaceably mounted in the hinge cup (5) and can be indirectly or directly actuated by the articulated lever (4) is provided, characterised in that the driver plate makes at least one brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) rotatably mounted in the hinge cup (5) rotate, wherein the brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) has at least a first brake surface (32) which slides on at least one associated second brake surface (32) which is fixed or movable relative to the first brake surface (32).
  2. Furniture fitting according to claim 1, characterised in that the driver plate (8) is arranged in the region of the hinge cup (5) close to the base and is linearly displaceably guided there.
  3. Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the hinge cup (5) is closed by a base plate (6; 41), the inner face of which forms the fixed brake surface (32).
  4. Furniture fitting according to claim 3, characterised in that the at least one brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) is rotatably mounted on the base plate (6; 41).
  5. Furniture fitting according to either of claims 3 or 4, characterised in that the at least one brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) is arranged between the base plate (6; 41) and the driver plate (8).
  6. Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the driver plate (8) has at least one driver pin (13, 14), which engages in a driver opening (23; 28), of the brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38), arranged eccentrically with respect to the axis of rotation.
  7. Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the movable brake surface (32) is formed by a second brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) rotatably mounted in the hinge cup (5).
  8. Furniture fitting according to claim 7, characterised in that the brake plates (15, 16; 35, 38) are arranged lying one above the other.
  9. Furniture fitting according to claims 6 and 7, characterised in that the driver plate (8) has a second driver pin (13; 14) which engages in a driver opening (23; 28) of the second brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38), wherein the driver pins (13; 14) of the driver plate and the associated driver openings (23; 28) of the two brake plates are arranged around the axis of rotation of the brake plates in such a way that a movement of the driver plate makes the brake plates (15, 16; 35, 38) rotate in an oppositing direction.
  10. Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the driver plate (8) is only actuated by the articulated lever (4) in the region of a defined closing angle of the furniture hinge (1).
  11. Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the external diameter of the brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) substantially corresponds to the internal diameter of the hinge cup (5).
  12. Furniture fitting according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the external diameter of the brake plate (35, 38) is substantially smaller than the internal diameter of the hinge cup (5), the brake plate (35, 38) being surrounded by a brake gear rim (37, 40) and being partially provided with external teeth (36, 39), which mesh with internal teeth of the brake gear rim (37, 40), so the brake gear rim (37, 40) is made to rotate together with the brake plate.
  13. Furniture fitting according to claim 12, characterised in that the surfaces of the at least one brake gear rim (37, 40) form additional movable brake surfaces (32).
  14. Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a highly viscous, liquid medium is introduced between the brake surfaces (32).
