Claims (14)
- Furniture fitting, in particular furniture hinge (1), with an integrated braking and damping device (7), comprising a hinge arm (2) which can be fixed to a furniture part and a hinge cup (5) which can be fixed to another, movable furniture part and is movably connected to the hinge arm (2) via at least one articulated lever (3, 4), wherein a driver plate (8), which is displaceably mounted in the hinge cup (5) and can be indirectly or directly actuated by the articulated lever (4) is provided, characterised in that the driver plate makes at least one brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) rotatably mounted in the hinge cup (5) rotate, wherein the brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) has at least a first brake surface (32) which slides on at least one associated second brake surface (32) which is fixed or movable relative to the first brake surface (32).
- Furniture fitting according to claim 1, characterised in that the driver plate (8) is arranged in the region of the hinge cup (5) close to the base and is linearly displaceably guided there.
- Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the hinge cup (5) is closed by a base plate (6; 41), the inner face of which forms the fixed brake surface (32).
- Furniture fitting according to claim 3, characterised in that the at least one brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) is rotatably mounted on the base plate (6; 41).
- Furniture fitting according to either of claims 3 or 4, characterised in that the at least one brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) is arranged between the base plate (6; 41) and the driver plate (8).
- Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the driver plate (8) has at least one driver pin (13, 14), which engages in a driver opening (23; 28), of the brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38), arranged eccentrically with respect to the axis of rotation.
- Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the movable brake surface (32) is formed by a second brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) rotatably mounted in the hinge cup (5).
- Furniture fitting according to claim 7, characterised in that the brake plates (15, 16; 35, 38) are arranged lying one above the other.
- Furniture fitting according to claims 6 and 7, characterised in that the driver plate (8) has a second driver pin (13; 14) which engages in a driver opening (23; 28) of the second brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38), wherein the driver pins (13; 14) of the driver plate and the associated driver openings (23; 28) of the two brake plates are arranged around the axis of rotation of the brake plates in such a way that a movement of the driver plate makes the brake plates (15, 16; 35, 38) rotate in an oppositing direction.
- Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the driver plate (8) is only actuated by the articulated lever (4) in the region of a defined closing angle of the furniture hinge (1).
- Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the external diameter of the brake plate (15, 16; 35, 38) substantially corresponds to the internal diameter of the hinge cup (5).
- Furniture fitting according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the external diameter of the brake plate (35, 38) is substantially smaller than the internal diameter of the hinge cup (5), the brake plate (35, 38) being surrounded by a brake gear rim (37, 40) and being partially provided with external teeth (36, 39), which mesh with internal teeth of the brake gear rim (37, 40), so the brake gear rim (37, 40) is made to rotate together with the brake plate.
- Furniture fitting according to claim 12, characterised in that the surfaces of the at least one brake gear rim (37, 40) form additional movable brake surfaces (32).
- Furniture fitting according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a highly viscous, liquid medium is introduced between the brake surfaces (32).
