Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Scharnier mit einem Scharnierarm, der mit einem Scharniertopf gelenkig verbunden ist, und mit einem Lineardämpfer mit einem linear verschieblichen Kolben, der die Relativbewegung zwischen dem Scharnierarm und dem Scharniertopf dämpft.
Es ist bekannt, Scharniere mit einem Dämpfer zu versehen, die die Schliessbewegung der Türe dämpfen. Gedämpft wird dabei der letzte Bereich des Schliesswegs, knapp bevor sich die Türe in der endgültig geschlossenen Stellung befindet.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es. ein Scharnier der eingangs erwähnten Art zu verbessern.
Die erfindungsgemässe Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass der Lineardämpfer am oder im Scharniertopf angeordnet ist.
Vorteilhaft ist vorgesehen, dass der Scharniertopf in Montagelage in an sich bekannter Weise in einer Bohrung in einem Türflügel eingesetzt ist und dass die Bewegungsrichtung des Kolbens parallel zur Achse der Bohrung ausgerichtet ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung sieht vor, dass der Scharnierarm über einen inneren und einen äusseren Gelenkhebel mit dem Scharniertopf verbunden ist und dass der Lineardämpfer durch den äusseren Gelenkhebel betätigt wird.
Vorteilhaft ist vorgesehen, dass der Kolben des Lineardämpfers gelenkig mit einem am Scharniertopf angelenkten Hebel verbunden ist und dass der äussere Gelenkhebel oder der Scharnierarm beim Dämpfungsvorgang auf diesen Hebel drückt.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen eingehend beschrieben.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines Scharnieres teilweise im Schnitt, wobei sich der Türflüge) in einem Winkel zur Schliessebene befindet, d. h. der Türflügel ist leicht geöffnet, die Fig. 2 zeigt den Ausschnitt A der Fig. 1, die Fig. 3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines Scharnieres teilweise im Schnitt, wobei der
Türflügel in der geschlossenen Stellung gezeigt ist, und die Fig. 4 zeigt den Ausschnitt B der Fig. 3.

Das erfindungsgemässe Scharnier weist in herkömmlicher Weise einen Scharniertopf 1 auf, der einen ersten Anschlagteil bildet, und einen Scharnierarm 2, der einen zweiten Anschlagteil bildet. Der Scharniertopf 1 und der Scharnierarm 2 sind über einen äusseren Gelenkhebel 3 und einen inneren Gelenkhebel 4, die auf Gelenkachsen 5 und 6 lagern, miteinander verbunden.
Der Scharnierarm 2 ist mittels eines Zwischenstückes auf einer Grundplatte 20 gelagert.
Während der Scharniertopf 1 in eine Bohrung 7 in einem Türflügel 8 eines Möbels einsetzbar ist, wird der Scharnierarm 2 zusammen mit dem Zwischenstück in die Grundplatte 20. die an einer Möbelseitenwand 11 befestigt, vorzugsweise mit dieser verschraubt ist, eingehängt.
Zwischen dem Scharnierarm 2 und dem Zwischenstück sind die üblichen Verstellmittel für die Fugen- und Tiefenverstellung des Scharnieres vorgesehen.
Die bis hierher beschriebenen Teile des Scharnieres entsprechen dem Stand der Technik.
Ein Scharnier dieser Art ist in der internationalen Anmeldung W097/22773 der Anmelderin beschrieben.
Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist am Scharniertopf 1 aussen ein Lineardämpfer 10 angeordnet.

desÜber einen Grossteil der Schliessbewegung des Türflügels 8 ist das Scharnier frei schwenkbar. Der Lineardämpfer 10 tritt nicht in Aktion.
Wird das Scharnier geschlossen, dann drückt, wie aus der Fig. 3 ersichtlich, der äussere Gelenkhebel 3 den bügelförmigen Hebel 14 in der Richtung zum Boden des Scharniertopfes 1, wodurch der Lineardämpfer 10 in Funktion tritt. Es kommt dabei zu einem sanften Schliessen des Türflügels 8, auch wenn dieser seitens des Benutzers mit zu viel Schwung geschlossen wurde.

Der Lineardämpfer 10 ist vorzugsweise als Fluiddämpfer ausgeführt. Als Dämpfungsmedium kann sowohl eine Flüssigkeit, vorzugsweise ein Öl, als auch ein Gas, beispielsweise Luft, eingesetzt werden.
Beim Dämpfen wird der Kolben 12 des Lineardämpfers 10 parallel zur Achse der Bohrung 7, d. h. in der Einsteckrichtung des Scharniertopfes 1 bewegt. Um den Durchfluss des Dämpfungsmediums von der einen Seite des Kolbens 12 zur anderen zu ermöglichen, ist der Kolben 12 mit Durchlasskanülen 15 versehen.
Wenn die Türe 8 geöffnet wird, wird der Kolben 12 von der Feder 9 wieder in die Ausgangsstellung gedrückt.

An embodiment of the invention provides that the hinge arm is connected to the hinge cup via an inner and an outer articulated lever and that the linear damper is actuated by the outer articulated lever.
It is advantageously provided that the piston of the linear damper is connected in an articulated manner to a lever articulated on the hinge cup and that the outer articulated lever or the hinge arm presses on this lever during the damping process.

The hinge can be freely pivoted over a large part of the closing movement of the door leaf 8. The linear damper 10 does not come into action.
If the hinge is closed, then, as can be seen from FIG. 3, the outer articulated lever 3 presses the bow-shaped lever 14 in the direction towards the bottom of the hinge cup 1, as a result of which the linear damper 10 comes into operation. The door leaf 8 closes gently, even if the user has closed it with too much swing.

The linear damper 10 is preferably designed as a fluid damper. Both a liquid, preferably an oil, and a gas, for example air, can be used as the damping medium.
