Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pump shaft according to the preamble of claim 1, as he z. B. off DE 33 11 980 A1 is known.
  • Shafts are usually made of concrete in the passable area.
  • Such shafts as z. B. also off AU 634 778 B2 are known, have the disadvantage that on the one hand from a certain size is no longer readily or at least only very expensive to transport and on the other today's wastewater compositions are no longer adequate.
  • Plastic shafts as z. B. off DE 296 01 223 U1 are known, for example, are not or only very limited use for the purposes mentioned above, because above all stability problems consist of the loads acting from above.
  • Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a pump shaft of the type mentioned, in which the disadvantages mentioned do not occur or at least largely avoided.
  • the pumping shaft has a curved or spherical surface at least in its upper region.
  • the statics with regard to higher load capacity is improved, and on the other hand, the area of the pump shaft which is available for acting on the earth pressure is increased at the same time so that the ground can exert a greater counterpressure on the shaft as the groundwater rises and thus the Buoyancy of the device is increased.
  • an anchoring or setting-up device is provided in the pump shaft according to the invention.
  • the pump can be coupled directly to the anchoring or installation device, wherein the pressure line is at least partially embedded in the anchoring or setting-up device and inserted in a lower region of the pump shaft via a pipe duct in the shaft wall in the collection chamber of the pump shaft.
  • the pump can be attached directly to the pressure line.
  • the pump shaft according to the invention of lightweight material, preferably made of plastic by rotational sintering or as a plastic blow-molded, and meets despite all the requirements in terms of resilience even when installed below busy terrain.
  • the anchoring or setting-up device is coupled simultaneously with a holding device for a pump lying in the shaft, so that a pump is carried by the anchoring or setting-up device. This makes it possible to keep the pump sump in the shaft accessible for cleaning purposes and requires no further holding devices in the shaft.
  • the pumping shaft 1 has a substantially curved, preferably spherical shape, in which a collection chamber 4 for collecting wastewater is located.
  • the waste water can be pumped out of the collection chamber 4 by means of a pump 5, which is suspended in a collection chamber via a suspension or support 7 (which may be a pipe connection).
  • a suspension or support 7 which may be a pipe connection.
  • the shaft 1 In the lower region, the shaft 1 on its outer side connected to the shaft 1 or coupled anchoring or AufstellISSISS, which can serve on the one hand to set up the shaft, on the other hand, to anchor the shaft 1 buoyant.
  • the shaft Due to the curved or spherical structure, the shaft is opposite known solutions, a comparatively large contact area with the surrounding soil 6 available, so that the forces transmitted from the ground to the shaft correspondingly higher and counteract a possible flooding of the shaft 1 due to high groundwater can, so that the shaft 1 remains buoyant, even at lower weight due to the use of a preferably rotationally sintered plastic material.
  • the required installation depth of a corresponding ball pit can be realized by placing commercially available manhole rings or pipes 9 made of plastic or similar lightweight, corrosion-resistant material.
  • the pump 5 can also be coupled directly to the anchoring or positioning device 2, which preferably consists of concrete or polyurethane (PU) foam.
  • the anchoring or positioning device 2 which preferably consists of concrete or polyurethane (PU) foam.
  • the pressure line 3 for the pump is embedded in the anchoring or setting-up device 2 and introduced at a lower area via a pipe duct 8 in the shaft wall into the collecting chamber 4 at a suitable location.
  • the pump 5 can then be fastened directly on the side of the collecting chamber 4 directly via the connecting piece 7 to the pressure line 3 mounted in the anchoring or setting device 2.
  • Further installations for suspending the pump 5 in the collection chamber 4 are therefore not required, so that the access to the pump sump and its cleaning is not hindered by further installations.
  • the shape of the shaft 1 deviates in the region of the passage 8 from the spherical shape, or the pump sump is designed so that a free-hanging underwater coupling is provided for the pump.
  • a part of the pressure line 3 is passed through the shaft 1 to provide there about fittings in the shaft.
  • the course is as a pressure line 3 'according to dashed lines characterized.
  • the shaft has two further passages 8 'and 8 "for the pressure line 3'.
  • the anchoring or setting-up device may contain recesses for transport forks of industrial trucks.
  • the shaft according to the invention can be transported even with smaller transport equipment, heavy clearing equipment is not required.
