Description

Vorrichtung zum Trocknen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Trocknen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks, umfassend eine um eine Achse drehbare Trommel zum Aufnehmen des Textilstücks und Bewegen des Textilstücks in einem die Trommel durchsetzenden Luftstrom.
Eine solche Vorrichtung geht jeweils aus der DE 101 03 987 A1 , EP 1 048 996 B1 , EP 1 098 028 B1 und der EP 1 108 812 B1 hervor. Jedes dieser Dokumente zeigt eine entsprechende Vorrichtung, ausgestaltet als Wäschetrockner zur Benutzung in einem üblichen Haushalt. In der Vorrichtung gemäß DE 101 03 987 A1 ist ein in die Trommel einsetzbares, nicht mit der Trommel rotierbares Trockengestell vorgesehen, auf welchem ein in der Vorrichtung zu trocknendes empfindliches Textilstück zum Trocknen abgelegt werden kann. Beim Betrieb der Vorrichtung bleibt dieses Textilstück auf dem Trockengestell unbeweglich liegen, und so unterbleibt eine mechanische Beanspruchung, die beim Bewegen des Textilstücks durch die laufende Trommel während des Trocknens unvermeidlich wäre. Dadurch ist es möglich, ein Textilstück aus feinem, insbesondere aus Wolle gefertigtem Gestrick oder Gewirk zu trocknen.
Die Verwendung eines Trockengestells kann allerdings nicht in jeder Hinsicht als überzeugende Lösung für das Trocknen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks angesehen werden. Zunächst ist ein erheblicher Aufwand zum Installieren des Trockengestells und zum Anordnen des Textilstücks auf dem Trockengestell erforderlich. Auch ist die Kontaktierung des Textilstücks mit dem trocknenden Luftstrom unter Umständen beeinträchtigt, was den Zeitaufwand für das Trocknen einerseits schlecht abschätzbar macht und andererseits erheblich verlängert.
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Aufgabe, eine technische Ausführung für einen Wäschetrockner bzw. die eingangs genannte Vorrichtung zu finden, welche die Trocknung eines empfindlichen Textilstücks sowohl vereinfacht als auch besser abschätzbar macht, und zusätzlich auch bescheunigt. Alle notwendigen Hilfsmittel sollen in dem Wäschetrockner bzw. der Vorrichtung enthalten und durch eine gewöhnliche Bedienperson bei Bedarf aktivierbar sein. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe angegeben wird eine Vorrichtung zum Trocknen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks, umfassend eine um eine Achse drehbare Trommel zum Aufnehmen des Textilstücks und Bewegen des Textilstücks in einem die Trommel durchsetzenden Luftstrom, wobei in der Trommel ein mit der Trommel rotierbares Netz zur Aufnahme des Textilstücks während des Trocknens verstaubar befestigt ist.
Die Erfindung und bevorzugte Weiterbildungen sind auch Gegenstand der vorliegenden Patentansprüche.
Erfindungsgemäß ist die eingangs umschriebene Vorrichtung um zumindest eine Komponente ergänzt, die von einem gewöhnlichen Benutzer bei Bedarf aktivierbar und deaktivierbar ist und die das zum zufrieden stellenden Trocknen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks bewirkt. Diese Komponente, nämlich das Netz, nimmt das Textilstück auf, so dass es zwar dem trocknenden Luftstrom ausgesetzt ist und sich darin im Wesentlichen synchron mit der Trommel bewegt, dabei aber nicht der verformenden Behandlung ausgesetzt ist, die sich beim Schütteln des frei in die Trommel eingelegten Textilstücks beim Rotieren der Trommel ergeben würde. Das Netz ist dabei derart in der Trommel befestigt, dass es bei Nichtgebrauch in der Trommel verstaut werden kann.
Vorzugsweise ist das Netz über ein elastisches Seil mit der Trommel verbunden und mittels Haken in der Trommel fixierbar. Weiterhin vorzugsweise weist die Trommel eine verschließbare Kammer zum wahlweisen Aufnehmen des Netzes auf, so dass das Netz in dieser Kammer verstaut werden kann, wenn es nicht benötigt wird. Weiter vorzugsweise befindet sich diese Kammer in einem Mitnehmer zum Mitnehmen des Textilstücks beim Rotieren der Trommel, oder in einer Rückwand der Trommel, und ist eine Öse oder dergleichen zum Fixieren des Netzes in der Trommel in zumindest einem anderen Mitnehmer vorgesehen.
Vorzugsweise weist die Trommel drei oder vier Mitnehmer auf.
Das Netz ist vorzugsweise ausgeführt mit einem Durchmesser deutlich unterhalb des Durchmessers der Trommel, und es sind mehrere Haken zur Fixierung des Netzes in der Trommel am Netz vorgesehen. Weiterhin vorzugsweise hat das Netz einen Verschluss, insbesondere einen Klettverschluss oder einen Reißverschluss, um das empfindlichen Textilstück sicher in ihm einschließen zu können.
Die Vorrichtung ist vorzugsweise ausgebildet als Wäschetrockner, insbesondere zum Einsatz in einem gewöhnlichen Haushalt.
Generell erschließt die Erfindung eine besonders einfache und günstige Trocknung eines empfindlichen für einen gewöhnlichen Haushalt. Das für den Zweck erforderliche Mittel ist ein integraler Bestandteil der Vorrichtung und kann, wenn seine Verwendung nicht erforderlich ist, in der Vorrichtung unverlierbar und ohne Beeinträchtigung jeder weiteren Funktion dieser Vorrichtung verstaut werden.
Bei der Anwendung dieser Vorrichtung zum Trocknen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks kann mit einer gegenüber einem herkömmlichen Trocknungsprozess reduzierten Heizleistung gearbeitet werden, um das Textil nicht übermäßig stark zu erhitzen, wobei es wiederum Schaden nehmen könnte. Auf die Dauer des Trocknens hat diese Maßnahme dabei keinen ungünstigen Einfluss, da aufgrund der Bewegung des Netzes zusammen mit der Trommel ein gleichmäßiges Beaufschlagen des Textilstücks mit dem Luftstrom gewährleistet ist.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung gehen aus der Zeichnung hervor. Darin zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Vorrichtung zum Trocknen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks;
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht eines Mitnehmers;
Fig. 3 ein Netz zum Einschließen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks.
Jede Figur ist als Skizze zu verstehen und enthält nur die für die nachfolgende Beschreibung bedeutenden Elemente der jeweils dargestellten Vorrichtung. Keinesfalls ist eine Darstellung als maßstabsgetreue Wiedergabe aufzufassen.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Schnittansicht einer Vorrichtung zum Trocknen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks 1 , welches in ein Netz 2 eingeschlossen ist. Die Vorrichtung umfasst eine um eine Achse 3 drehbare Trommel 4 mit einen zylindrischen und die Achse 3 umgebenden Mantel 5 sowie einer etwa senkrecht zur Achse 3 ausgerichteten Rückwand 6. Nicht gezeigt ist eine an den Mantel 5 anschließende und von dort zur Achse 3 weisende, kreisringförmige Vorderwand der Trommel 4, wie sie in einem herkömmlichen Wäschetrockner vorgesehen ist. Auch weitere Komponenten eines solchen Wäschetrockners, zu welchem die dargestellte Vorrichtung gehört, sind der Übersicht halber nicht gezeichnet; für einschlägige Information wird auf die zitierten Dokumente des Standes der Technik verwiesen. In der Rückwand 6 befinden sich Löcher 7, von denen vorliegend lediglich eine kleinere Anzahl erkennbar ist. Durch diese Löcher 7 tritt ein Luftstrom 8, symbolisiert durch Pfeile, in die Trommel 4 ein und beaufschlagt Waschgut, welches sich darin befindet und normalerweise durch das Rotieren der Trommel 4 um die Achse 3 zur Unterstützung der Trocknung geschüttelt wird. Um dieses Schütteln zu bewirken, sind im Inneren der Trommel 4 und an deren Mantel 5 drei Mitnehmer 9 angebracht. In dem unten links dargestellten Mitnehmer 9 befindet sich eine Kammer 10, welche mit einem Deckel 1 1 verschlossen ist. In dieser Kammer 10 ist das Netz 2 verstaut, wenn es nicht benötigt wird. Zum Öffnen des Deckels 11 ist dieser mit einem Griffloch 13 versehen; der Deckel 1 1 rastet durch herkömmliche und der Übersicht halber nicht dargestellte Rastmittel in den Mitnehmer 9 ein. Auch in der Rückwand 6 der Trommel 4 ist eine Kammer 10 als Alternative zum Verstauen des Netzes 2 vorgesehen.
Zum Trocknen des empfindlichen Textilstücks 1 wird das Netz 2 aus der Kammer 10 entnommen und das Textilstück 1 in das Netz 2 eingeschlossen, wie im rechten Teil der Figur 1 gezeigt. Das Netz 2 ist an einem elastischen Seil 14 unverlierbar in der Kammer 10 befestigt, und dieses Seil 14 dient auch zum Fixieren des Netzes mit dem Textilstück 1 in der Trommel 4. Über weitere Seile 15 mit daran befestigten Haken 16 (nur ein Seil und ein Haken sind gezeigt) wird das Netz an Ösen 17 in den anderen Mitnehmern 9 fixiert und somit fest genug gehalten, um beim Rotieren der Trommel 4 während des Trocknens weitgehend synchron mit der Trommel 4 zu rotieren, ohne an die Mitnehmer 9 zu stoßen und das Textilstück 1 dadurch einem Walken oder Kneten zu unterziehen. So bleibt die zarte textile Struktur des Textilstücks 1 weitestgehend unbeansprucht, wobei durch die Bewegung des Textilstücks 1 im Luftstrom 8 aber ein effektives Trocknen erreicht wird. Fig. 2 zeigt eine Ansicht des Mitnehmers 9 mit herausgenommenem, noch zusammengerolltem Netz 2. gut erkennbar ist, wie das Seil 14 durch eine Ausnehmung 18 zwischen dem Mitnehmer 9 und dem Deckel 1 1 aus der Kammer 10 geführt ist.
Fig. 3 zeigt Anordnung und Befestigung des Netzes 2 in der Trommel 4. Das Netz 2 ist gefüllt mit einem (hier nicht erkennbaren) Textilstück 1 , und sein Verschluss 19, ob ein Klettverschluss oder Reißverschluss, ist verschlossen. Über das Seil 14 ist das Netz 2 mit dem Mitnehmer 9 links unten verbunden und somit dort gehaltert. An den beiden anderen Mitnehmern 9 ist das Netz gehaltert durch weitere Seile 15 und Haken 16, die in entsprechende Ösen 17 (vgl. Figur 1 ) eingreifen. So wird beim Trocknen das Textilstück 1 in Luftstrom 8 bewegt, ohne von den Mitnehmern 9 gewalkt zu werden; es resultiert ein schonendes und effektives Trocknen.
Die vorliegend vorgestellte Vorrichtung zum Trocknen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks und der diese Vorrichtung aufweisende Wäschetrockner erschließen eine einfach zu bewerkstelligende, schonende und effektive Trocknung für empfindliche Textilstücke und für einen weiten Kreis von Anwendern. Alle zum Trocknen solcher Textilien benötigten Hilfsmittel sind der Vorrichtung enthalten.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1 . Vorrichtung zum Trocknen eines empfindlichen Textilstücks (1 ), umfassend eine um eine Achse (3) drehbare Trommel (4) zum Aufnehmen des Textilstücks (1 ) und Bewegen des Textilstücks (1 ) in einem die Trommel (4) durchsetzenden Luftstrom (8), gekennzeichnet durch ein in der Trommel (4) verstaubar befestigtes und mit der Trommel rotierbares Netz (2) zur Aufnahme des Textilstücks (1 ) während des Trocknens.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , bei der das Netz (2) über ein Seil (12) mit der Trommel (4) verbunden und ansonsten mittels zumindest eines Hakens (15) in der Trommel (4) fixierbar ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Trommel (4) eine verschließbare Kammer (10) zum wahlweisen Aufnehmen des Netzes (2) aufweist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Kammer (10) sich in einem Mitnehmer (9) der Trommel (4) befindet.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Kammer (10) sich in einer Rückwand (6) der Trommel (4) befindet.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, bei der die Trommel (4) zumindest eine Öse (17) zum Fixieren des Netzes (2) mittels eines Hakens (15) aufweist.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, bei der die Trommel (4) drei oder vier Mitnehmer (9) aufweist.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, bei der das Netz (2) einen Durchmesser aufweist, welcher deutlich unterhalb eines Durchmessers der Trommel (4) liegt.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, bei der das Netz (2) einen Verschluss (19) zum Einschließen des Textilstücks (1 ) aufweist.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, welche als Wäschetrockner ausgebildet ist.
