The articles to be washed in the washing machines are washed by being placed into a drum rotating around its own axis. While the articles to be washed are chemically cleaned by means of detergent, the articles are turned upside down by moving with the rotation of the drum and physically cleaned by being carried up to a height equal to the diameter of the drum by means of the baffles and then being dropped down. Moreover, the articles to be washed are enabled to be rubbed against each other. However, delicate articles to be washed, such as woolens, underwear, can be deformed by mechanical washing. In the state of the art, it is known to wash the delicate articles to be washed by placing the same into a separate container. The user places the delicate articles to be washed into a container separate from the washing machine and places the container into the drum. When not in use, the container can be stored outside the washing machine, thus posing the risk of losing the same. When the container is fixed into the drum when not in use, the volume of the drum is reduced and the amount of laundry that can be placed into the drum decreases. These situations cause user dissatisfaction.
In the state of the art International Patent Application No. WO2010029061, a washing machine is disclosed, that comprises a container that is attached to the baffles of the drum, thus creating a drum with a smaller diameter and enabling the delicate laundry to be washed without being deformed.

In this embodiment, the washing bag (5) is stowed as a roll in the baffle (4) by means of the rolling mechanism (7). Moreover, the rolling mechanism (7) continuously tries to stow the washing bag (5) into the baffle (4), thus the washing bag (5) tightly surrounds the laundry therein during the washing process. Furthermore, even when a small amount of laundry is placed into the washing bag (5), the washing bag (5) is enabled to be kept stretched as the empty spaces inside the washing bag (5) are stowed into the baffle (4) by means of the rolling mechanism (7). As the rolling mechanism (7) continuously keeps the washing bag (5) tight, the washing bag (5) is prevented from hitting the inner surface of the drum (3) and the other laundry in particular during the spin-drying step, and thus the delicate laundry is prevented from being damaged. Moreover, when the rolling mechanism (7) malfunctions, the lid (8) is used to access the interior of the gap (6).
In a version of this embodiment, the washing machine (1) comprises a rod (10) that is disposed at the lower edge of the washing bag (5) and that prevents the washing bag (5) from completely entering into the baffle (4) by means of the rolling mechanism (7) by bearing against the opening (9). The rod (10) has a width larger than the width of the opening (9), and when the rolling mechanism (7) ties to roll the washing bag (5) into the baffle (4), the rod (10) gets caught on the opening (9) and prevents the washing bag (5) from completely entering into the baffle (4).
In another embodiment of the present invention, the washing bag (5) is produced from an elastic material. By means of this embodiment, a larger amount of laundry can be placed into the washing bag (5). In another embodiment of the present invention, the washing machine (1) comprises a fastening means (11) that is disposed at the lower edge of the washing bag (5) and that provides the fastening of the lower edge of the washing bag (5) to another baffle (4). In this embodiment, the fastening means (11) at the lower edge of the washing bag (5) are fixed to the opposite baffle (4). Thus, the washing bag (5) and the delicate laundry therein are prevented from swinging and enabled to make only a rotational movement togethe with the drum (3). Moreover, with the washing bag (5) being fixed from the two opposite edges thereof, the rubbing effect between the washing bag (5) and the other laundry to be washed in the drum (3) is decreased. For example, as the rolling mechanism (7) cannot keep the washing bag (5) in the desired tightness when a large amount of laundry is placed into the washing bag (5), the washing bag (5) is fastened to the opposite baffle (4) by means of the fastening means (11) and the washing bag (5) is prevented from swinging.
In the washing machine (1) of the present invention, the laundry, that may be damaged with the tumbling effect during the rotation of the drum (3), is placed into the washing bag (5), thus the washing bag (5) is enabled to move as connected to the baffle (4) and the said laundry can be washed by decreasing the mechanical washing effect. Thus, the delicate laundry is washed without being worn out, in other words without moving inside the drum (3), only by rotating together with the drum (3).
