Die Rückbewegung lässt sich sehr präzise durch Sensoren und eine entsprechende elektronische Software steuern, was preiswert und raumsparend ist. Durch die motorische Rückstellung der Falle über die in Gegenrichtung wirksamen Zuziehhilfe werden störende Öffnungsgeräusche vermieden. Die Kräfte an den Dichtungen und Federn werden in der Rückstellphase der Zuziehhilfe nur langsam entspannt. Claims (20)
bestehend aus einem Schloss (12) an dem einen Teil (18) des Fahrzeugs und einem Schließteil (10) an dem anderen (38),
wobei das Schloss (12) eine drehgelagerte Falle (15) und eine schwenkgelagerte Klinke (20) umfasst,
die Falle (15) eine Aufnahme (13) für einen Schließteil (10) und sowohl eine Vorrast (16) als auch eine Hauptrast (17) zum Eingriff der Klinke (20) besitzt,
die Klinke (20) in Richtung auf die Falle (15) zu federbelastet (29) ist,
bei offener Klappe (18) oder Tür sich die Falle (15) in einer Offenlage (15.1) befindet und beim Schließen der Klappe (18) oder Tür zunächst in eine Vorrastlage (15.2) übergeht, wo die Klinke (20) in die Vorrast (16) der Falle (15) eingreift,
und mit einer motorischen Zuziehhilfe (40), welche - in einer Zuziehphase (45) - die Falle (15) aus der Vorrastlage (15.2) motorisch weiterbewegt und die Falle (15) in eine Hauptrastlage (15.3) überführt, wo sich die Klinke (20) an der Hauptrast (17) der Falle (15) abstützt, und mit einem auf die Klinke (20) wirkenden Betätiger zum Öffnen der Klappe (18) oder Tür,
wobei beim Auslösen des Betätigers die Klinke (20) aus der Hauptrast (17) herausgehoben wird und die Falle (15) freigibt
und die freigegebene Falle (15) aus ihrer Hauptrastlage (15.3) in ihre Offenlage (15.1) bei geöffneter Klappe (18) oder Tür gelangt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass - ausgehend von der Hauptrastlage (15.3) der Falle (15) bei geschlossener Klappe (18) oder Tür - die Zuziehhilfe (40) vor der Freigabe oder während der Freigabe der Falle (15) durch die Klinke (20) erneut wirksam wird und - in einer Rückstellphase (46) - die Falle (15) in Gegenrichtung zur vorausgehenden Zuziehphase (45) allmählich in Richtung ihrer Offenlage (15.1) zurückbewegt.Closure with a moving part of a vehicle, such as a flap (18) or door and with a stationary part of the vehicle, namely a body (38),
