Claims (13)

  1. Brûleur, comprenant un corps de brûleur cylindrique (1) qui présente sur une de ses deux faces (2) un conduit d'alimentation (3) pour un mélange combustible-air brûlant qui est fermé sur son autre face (4) et dont la surface périphérique est au moins partiellement constituée comme surface de combustion (5), un élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6) en forme de manchon pour le mélange combustible-air étant disposé dans le corps du brûleur (1) qui se raccorde au conduit d'alimentation (3) qui s'étend jusque dans la zone de la face (4) fermée et qui définit le compartiment intérieur de manchon (7) et le compartiment extérieur de manchon (8) qui sont reliés pneumatiquement l'un à l'autre dans la zone de la face (4) fermée, le compartiment extérieur de manchon (8) étant constitué comme un interstice annulaire et s'étendant au moins entre la surface de combustion (5) et l'élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6), le compartiment extérieur de manchon (8) de type interstice annulaire étant constitué se réduisant au moins dans la zone de la surface de combustion (5) par rapport à sa surface de section de passage en direction du conduit d'alimentation (3),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6) est constitué libre d'ouverture de passage depuis la face (2) du côté du conduit d'alimentation jusqu'au secteur de la face (4) fermée.
  2. Brûleur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6) est constitué de forme conique au moins du côté du compartiment extérieur de manchon et au moins dans la zone de la surface de combustion (5).
  3. Brûleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6) est constitué de forme conique du côté du compartiment intérieur de manchon.
  4. Brûleur selon la revendication 2 et 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6) est formé totalement en tôle de forme conique.
  5. Brûleur selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'extrémité du côté alimentation de l'élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6) présente un diamètre extérieur qui correspond à un diamètre intérieur côté alimentation du corps de brûleur (1).
  6. Brûleur selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur l'élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6) est(sont) disposé(s) côté compartiment extérieur du manchon au moins un élément d'écartement (9), de préférence trois éléments et plus.
  7. Brûleur selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'écartement (9) est disposé en tant que composant en forme de bande pour le guidage de l'écoulement d'écoulement au moins dans la zone de la surface de combustion (5).
  8. Brûleur selon la revendication 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'écartement (9) est constitué adjacent à un côté intérieur du corps de brûleur (1).
  9. Brûleur selon la revendication 6 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'écartement (9) forme un appui axial de l'élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6) contre la face (4) fermée.
  10. Brûleur selon une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    lorsqu'on utilise plusieurs éléments d'écartement (9), des évidements (10) sont prévus entre ceux-ci à l'extrémité opposée à l'alimentation de l'élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6), reliant pneumatiquement le compartiment intérieur de manchon (7) au compartiment extérieur de manchon (8).
  11. Brûleur selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps de brûleur (1) est formé à partir d'une surface d'enveloppe cylindrique avec des trous de passage et en ce que celle-ci est entourée de la surface de combustion (5) formée de fils métalliques.
  12. Brûleur selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps de brûleur (1) extérieur est formé d'une première pièce tubulaire (11) cylindrique creuse formant l'alimentation (3), d'une deuxième pièce tubulaire (12) cylindrique creuse enveloppée par la surface de combustion (5) avec des ouvertures de passage pour le mélange combustible-air et d'une face (4) constituée en forme de couvercle.
  13. Brûleur selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la face (4) constituée fermée du corps de brûleur (1) présente une courbure (13) convexe orientée en direction de l'élément de guidage de l'écoulement (6).
