Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von staub- und/oder faserförmigen Beimengungen aus Kleinteilen oder Kunststoffgranulat als Schüttgut, bei denen die Kleinteile oder das Granulat auf wenigstens eine durchlöcherte Schrägfläche (2) in einem geschlossenen länglichen Gehäuse (1) einer Reinigungsvorrichtung geleitet und durch Luftströme gereinigt werden. Das von den staub- und/oder faserförmigen Beimengungen gereinigte Schüttgut wird ausgetragen. Die Löcher (11) in der Schrägfläche (2) sind kleiner als die Granulate oder Kleinteile. Das Schüttgut wird über einen Vereinzeler (3) der Reinigungsvorrichtung zugeführt. Die einzelnen Kleinteile oder Granulate werden durch mechanische Einwirkung, durch einen eingeleiteten Luftstrom und/oder durch eine vorgegebene Fallhöhe zum Springen auf und entlang der Schrägfläche veranlasst. Der Luftstrom wird oberhalb der Schrägfläche (2) in die Reinigungsvorrichtung verteilt eingeleitet. Unterhalb der Schrägfläche (2) ist ein Absaugkanal (4) mit mindestens einem Absauganschluss (5) für eine Luftabsaugvorrichtung (6) vorgesehen. Am Ende der Schrägfläche (2) wird das gereinigte Granulat über einen Auslass (7) einen Sammelbehälter (8) zugeführt.
