Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren sowie eine Anordnung (1) zum Reinigen von mit Lüftungskanälen (24a, 24b) versehenen Lüftungskörpern (19) aus Kunststoff vorgeschlagen. Zum Entfernen von durch statische Ladung in dem jeweiligen Lüftungskanal (24a, 24b) haftenden Partikeln wird ionisierte Luft zwangsweise durch den zu reinigenden Lüftungskanal (24a, 24b) hindurchgeleitet. Die Luft wird am Ende des jeweiligen Lüftungskanals (24a, 24b) vorzugsweise abgesaugt und die mitgeführten Partikel mittels eines Filters ausgeschieden. Das Verfahren sowie die Anordnung (1) eignen sich insbesondere zum Entfernen von Kunststoffpartikeln, welche während des Fertigungsprozesses des jeweiligen Lüftungskörpers (19), namentlich beim Reib- oder Hochfrequenzschweissvorgang, anfallen und durch statische Ladung in dem jeweiligen Lüftungskanal (24a, 24b) haften.

A method and an arrangement (1) for cleaning plastic ventilation bodies (19) provided with ventilation ducts (24a, 24b) are proposed. In order to remove particles adhering by static charge in the respective ventilation duct (24a, 24b), ionized air is forcibly passed through the ventilation duct (24a, 24b) to be cleaned. The air is preferably sucked off at the end of the respective ventilation duct (24a, 24b) and the entrained particles are eliminated by means of a filter. The method and the arrangement (1) are particularly suitable for removing plastic particles which accumulate during the manufacturing process of the respective ventilation body (19), especially in the friction or high-frequency welding process and adhere by static charge in the respective ventilation duct (24a, 24b).
