Description
- ie vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Gurtzeug zur Personensicherung, insbesondere Auffanggurt, mit zwei Schulterteilen und zwei Beinteilen, wobei die Schulterteile an einem Ende zu einem Kreuzteil miteinander verbunden sind und mit den jeweiligen anderen Enden mit den Beinteilen verbunden sind, wobei die Beinteile weiterhin mit dem Kreuzteil verbunden sind, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Aus der
EP 1 326 682 B1 ist ein Schutzausrüstungsgurt mit einem Lendenteil und zwei Beinteilen bekannt, wobei das Lendenteil aus einer Polsterung und Einfassbändern besteht, die die Polsterung einfassen und gleichzeitig die tragenden Elemente des Gurtes bilden. Weitere Gurtzeuge sind inEP 1 516 646 A1 undUS 2006/0032703 A1 offenbart. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Gurtzeug der o.g. Art derart hinsichtlich Herstellungskosten und Tragekomfort zu verbessern. Gleichzeitig soll das Gurtzeug den Körper eines Anwenders sicher umschließen und ein Herausfallen aus dem Gurtzeug unmöglich machen, so dass das Gurtzeug auch als Auffanggurt verwendet werden kann. - Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Gurtzeug der o.g. Art mit den in Anspruch 1 gekennzeichneten Merkmalen gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den weiteren Ansprüchen beschrieben.
- Bei einem Gurtzeug der o.g. Art ist es erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass Schulterteile, Beinteile und Kreuzteil jeweils mit wenigstens einem Einfassband derart eingefasst sind und die Einfassbänder von den Schulterteilen, Beinteilen und dem Kreuzteil derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass die Einfassbänder die tragenden Elemente des Gurtzeuges ausbilden.
- Dies hat den Vorteil, dass Schulterteil, Beinteil und Kreuzteil aus einem Gewebe gefertigt sein können, welches ohne Rücksicht auf Tragkraft bzw. Festigkeit für einen guten Tragekomfort und niedrige Herstellungskosten optimiert ist. Mit anderen Worten müssen Schulterteile, Beinteile und Kreuzteil nicht notwendigerweise als teure Gurtbänder ausgebildet sein, die sie keine tragende Funktion haben.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform mit besonders guten Eigenschaften hinsichtlich des Tragekomforts sind Schulterteile, Beinteile und/oder Kreuzteil wenigstens teilweise aus einem luftdurchlässigen Gewebe gefertigt, wobei die Einfassbänder das luftdurchlässige Gewebe einfassen.
- Beispielsweise sind Schulterteil, Beinteil und Kreuzteil zusammen einteilig aus einem eingefassten Gewebestück ausgebildet.
- Einen zusätzlichen Anschlagpunkt im Brustbereich eines Benutzers des Gurtzeugs erhält man dadurch, dass an jeden Schulterteil eine Brustgurtöse ausgebildet ist, wobei jede Brustgurtöse mit wenigstens einem Einfassband eingefasst ist, welches mit den Einfassbändern der Schulterteile derart verbunden ist, dass die Einfassbänder der Brustgurtösen tragende Elemente ausbilden.
- Zweckmäßigerweise sind die Brustgurtösen aus einem luftdurchlässigen Gewebe gefertigt, wobei die Einfassbänder das luftdurchlässige Gewebe einfassen.
- In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist am Kreuzteil ein Anschlagelement, insbesondere ein D-Ring oder eine Gurtbandschlaufe, angeordnet, welches über wenigstens zwei Gurtbänder mit dem Gurtzeug verbunden ist.
- Eine feste und kraftübertragende Verbindung zwischen dem Anschlagelement und den tragenden Elementen des Gurtzeugs ist dadurch hergestellt, dass sich jedes Gurtband mit den jeweiligen Enden bis in die Einfassung des Kreuzteils mit dem Einfassband erstreckt.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist zusätzlich ein Lendenteil vorgesehen, wobei das Lendenteil mit wenigstens einem Einfassband eingefasst ist, welches mit den Einfassbändern des Gurtzeugs derart verbunden ist, dass das Einfassband des Lendenteils ein tragendes Element ausbildet.
- Beispielsweise sind Schulterteile und Kreuzteil zusammen in Form einer Weste geschnitten.
- Weitere Befestigungspunkte, beispielsweise für Werkzeuge und/oder als Anschlagpunkt für ein Seil, erhält man dadurch, dass am Gurtzeug beabstandet von den Einfassbändern wenigstens ein Befestigungselement mit wenigstens einem Gurtband befestigt ist, wobei sich das Gurtband mit seinen Enden jeweils bis in die Einfassung mit dem Einfassband erstreckt.
- Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Diese zeigt in:

- Die in den
Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte, bevorzugte Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Gurtzeugs umfasst zwei Schulterteile 10 und zwei Beinteile 12. Die Schulterteile 10 sind an einem Ende zu einem Kreuzteil 14 miteinander und mit den jeweiligen anderen Enden mit jeweils einem Beinteil 12 verbunden. Die Beinteile 12 sind weiterhin mit dem Kreuzteil 14 verbunden. In der dargestellten Ausführungsform sind Schulterteile 10, Beinteile 12 und Kreuzteil 14 zusammen einteilig aus einem eingefassten Gewebestück ausgebildet. - Wie aus
Fig. 3 und 4 ersichtlich, sind Schulterteile 10, Beinteile 12 und Kreuzteil 14 jeweils aus einem Netzgewebe 16 gefertigt und mit einem Einfassband 18 eingefasst. Hierbei sind die Einfassbänder 18 von Schulterteilen 10, Beinteilen 12 und Kreuzteil 14 derart miteinander verbunden, dass die Einfassbänder 18 die tragenden Elemente des Gurtzeugs ausbilden. - Im Bereich des Kreuzteils 14 ist ein D-Ring 20 angeordnet, der über Gurtbänder 22 mit dem Gurtzeug verbunden ist. Hierbei erstrecken sich die Gurtbänder 22 mit ihren jeweiligen Enden bis in die Einfassung des Kreuzteils 14 mit dem Einfassband 18 (
Fig. 4 ). - Bei der in
Fig. 5 dargestellten, zweiten bevorzugten Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Gurtzeugs sind funktionsgleiche Teile mit gleichen Bezugsziffern wie inFig. 1 bis 4 bezeichnet, so dass zu deren Erläuterung auf die obige Beschreibung derFig. 1 bis 4 verwiesen wird. Bei dieser alternativen Ausführungsform sind Schulterteile 10 und Kreuzteil 14 zusammen als Weste geschnitten. Zusätzlich sind an den Schulterteilen 10 Brustgurtösen 24 ausgebildet, wobei jede Brustgurtöse 24 mit wenigstens einem Einfassband 18 eingefasst ist, welches mit den Einfassbändern 18 des jeweiligen Schulterteiles 10 derart verbunden ist, dass die Einfassbänder 18 der Brustgurtösen 24 tragende Elemente ausbilden. Die aus Schulterteilen 10 und Kreuzteil 14 bestehende Weste selbst ist aus einem luftdurchlässigen Gewebe gefertigt.
Claims (10)
- Gurtzeug zur Personensicherung, insbesondere Auffanggurt, mit zwei Schulterteilen (10) und zwei Beinteilen (12), wobei die Schulterteile (10) an einem Ende zu einem Kreuzteil (14) miteinander verbunden sind und mit den jeweiligen anderen Enden mit den Beinteilen (12) verbunden sind, wobei die Beinteile (12) weiterhin mit dem Kreuzteil (14) verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass Schulterteile (10), Beinteile (12) und Kreuzteil (14) jeweils mit wenigstens einem Einfassband (18) derart eingefasst sind und die Einfassbänder (18) von den Schulterteilen (10), Beinteilen (12) und dem Kreuzteil (14) derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass die Einfassbänder (18) die tragenden Elemente des Gurtzeuges ausbilden. - Gurtzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schulterteil (10), Beinteil (12) und/oder Kreuzteil (14) wenigstens teilweise aus einem luftdurchlässigen Gewebe gefertigt sind, wobei die Einfassbänder (18) das luftdurchlässige Gewebe einfassen.
- Gurtzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schulterteil (10), Beinteil (12) und Kreuzteil (14) zusammen einteilig aus einem eingefassten Gewebestück ausgebildet sind.
- Gurtzeug nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Schulterteilen (10) jeweils eine Brustgurtöse (24) ausgebildet ist, wobei jede Brustgurtöse (24) mit wenigstens einem Einfassband (18) eingefasst ist, welches mit den Einfassbändern (18) der Schulterteile (10) derart verbunden ist, dass die Einfassbänder (18) der Brustgurtösen (24) tragende Elemente ausbilden.
- Gurtzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brustgurtösen (24) aus einem luftdurchlässigen Gewebe gefertigt sind, wobei die Einfassbänder (18) das luftdurchlässige Gewebe einfassen.
- Gurtzeug nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Kreuzteil (14) ein Anschlagelement, insbesondere ein D-Ring (20) oder eine Gurtbandschlaufe, angeordnet ist, welches über wenigstens zwei Gurtbänder (22) mit dem Gurtzeug verbunden ist.
- Gurtzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich jedes Gurtband (22) mit den jeweiligen Enden bis in die Einfassung des Kreuzteils (14) mit dem Einfassband (18) erstreckt.
- Gurtzeug nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich ein Lendenteil vorgesehen ist, wobei das Lendenteil mit wenigstens einem Einfassband eingefasst ist, welches mit den Einfassbändern (18) des Gurtzeugs derart verbunden ist, dass das Einfassband des Lendenteils ein tragendes Element ausbildet.
- Gurtzeug nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schulterteile (10) und das Kreuzteil (14) in Form einer Weste geschnitten sind.
- Gurtzeug nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Gurtzeug beabstandet von den Einfassbändern (18) wenigstens ein Befestigungselement mit wenigstens einem Gurtband befestigt ist, wobei sich das Gurtband mit seinen Enden jeweils bis in die Einfassung mit dem Einfassband erstreckt.
