Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour replier un bord (2) d'une pièce en tôle (1), en particulier d'une porte, d'un hayon, ou d'un élément analogue d'une carrosserie de véhicule automobile, dans lequel le bord (2) replié est appliqué sur la partie adjacente de la pièce en tôle (1) au moyen d'un rouleau de pliage (4), qui est guidé le long de ce bord (2), le rouleau de pliage (4) utilisé étant un rouleau dont la surface latérale (5) présente un contour conique et l'axe de rotation étant incliné par rapport au plan de la pièce en tôle (1), le rouleau de pliage (4) étant, de plus, incliné par rapport à la direction de déplacement quant à son axe de rotation (4), caractérisé en ce que des zones marginales essentiellement cylindriques se raccordent à la section conique du rouleau de pliage (4), le rouleau de pliage (4) étant mis hors d'équerre par rapport à son sens de déplacement, par l'intermédiaire de moyens de guidage et de réglage, de sorte que ledit rouleau de pliage (4), lors de son déplacement, attaque tout d'abord le bord le plus élevé (2), avec le côté avant de sa zone extérieure cylindrique présentant le plus grand diamètre, ledit bord (2) glissant alors plus avant sur la zone médiane conique (5c), et le pliage dudit bord (2) se poursuivant jusqu'à ce que celui-ci soit enfin pressé contre la pièce en tôle (1) plane, avec la zone cylindrique (5b) présentant le plus petit diamètre.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone conique (5c) de la surface latérale présente un contour en forme de gorge creuse.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le contour en forme de gorge creuse correspond à une demie parabole.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau contourné (6) est entraîné.
  5. Dispositif pour replier un bord (2) d'une pièce en tôle (1), en particulier d'une porte, d'un hayon, ou d'un élément analogue d'une carrosserie de véhicule automobile, avec un rouleau de pliage (4), ledit rouleau de pliage (4) consistant en un rouleau, dont la surface latérale (5) présente un contour conique, l'axe de rotation pouvant être incliné par rapport au plan de la pièce en tôle (1), de sorte que le bord (2) puisse être appliqué contre la partie y adjacente de la pièce en tôle (1), par guidage du rouleau de pliage (4) le long du bord replié, caractérisé en ce que des zones marginales essentiellement cylindriques (5a, 5b) se raccordent à la section conique (5c) du rouleau de pliage (4)), le rouleau de pliage (4) pouvant être incliné par rapport à son sens de déplacement le long de la pliure, par l'intermédiaire de moyens de guidage et de réglage, de sorte que le rouleau de pliage (4), lors de son déplacement, attaque tout d'abord le bord le plus élevé (2) avec le côté, en avant dans le sens de marche, de sa zone extérieure cylindrique de diamètre supérieur, et déclenche ainsi le processus de pliage, le bord (2) continuant de glisser sur la zone médiane conique (5c), le pliage du bord (2) étant poursuivi jusqu'à ce que celui-ci soit enfin pressé contre la pièce en tôle (1) plane, avec la zone cylindrique (5b) de diamètre inférieur.
