- Dispositif d'amortissement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le manchon (19, 25 ; 19, 25a, 25b) est réalisé en deux pièces au moins et comporte un boîtier de frein (19) et au moins une bague de frein (25 ; 25a, 25b) logée dans le boîtier de frein (19).

- Procédé d'amortissement de pivotement de deux pièces (13, 15) raccordées au moyen d'une charnière selon la revendication 14, l'enveloppe de l'axe (17) ainsi que la surface intérieure du manchon (19, 25 ; 19, 25a, 25b) de la charnière vu en coupe transversale étant au moins partiellement hélicoïdales, de manière à générer un effet de serrage et de friction en cas de rotation de l'axe (17)

en ce que l'accouplement mécanique (23a, 23b, 35a, 35b) est réalisé de manière à permettre une course libre délimitée entre l'axe (17) et la deuxième pièce (15). - Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube cylindrique (19) est utilisé comme manchon et en ce qu'au moins une bague de frein (25 ; 25a, 25b) est prévue entre l'axe (17) et le tube (19), laquelle présente en coupe transversale une surface extérieure en forme de cercle ou de cercle partiel et une surface intérieure au moins partiellement hélicoïdale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 17 ou la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce qu'une bague de frein en plusieurs pièces (25a, 25b) est utilisée.
