Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Handwerkzeugmaschine mit Hubantrieb für ein Werkzeug der im Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 1 genannten Art. Eine solche Handwerkzeugmaschine ist aus der
NL 7316810 A - Aus der
DE10348514 ist eine Handwerkzeugmaschine bekannt, die ein in einem Gehäuse angeordneten Hubantrieb mit einem Schlagwerk und mit einem Motor aufweist, der über ein Getriebe mit dem Schlagwerk in Antriebsverbindung steht. Das Schlagwerk weist einen Excenter und einen über einen als Pleuel ausgebildeten Hubkörper mit dem Excenter verbundenen Erregerkolben auf. Der Pleuel weist einen ersten Teil, welcher mit dem Excenter verbunden ist, und einen zweiten Teil auf, welcher mit dem Erregerkolben verbunden ist. Zwischen dem ersten Teil und dem zweiten Teil ist eine Schraubenfeder zur Dämpfung der im Betrieb entstehenden Vibrationen angeordnet. - Aus der
GB 73 16 810 - Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Dämpfung bei Handwerkzeugmaschinen mit Hubantrieb weiter zu verbessern.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgernäss durch die in Anspruch 1 genannten Massnahmen erreicht. Demnach ist der Hubkörper als einteiliger, zumindest bereichsweise federelastischer Körper ausgebildet. Der Hubkörper ist dabei als Pleuel ausgebildet, bei dem zwei Lageraugen über wenigstens einen bogenförmigen Federabschnitt miteinander verbunden sind. Ein derartiger Pleuel lässt sich kostengünstig, z. B. als Spritzgussteil oder als Stanzteil herstellen. Ferner weist der Hubkörper einen mit wenigstens einem ersten Lagerauge als ersten Gegenanschlag zusammenwirkenden ersten Anschlag zur Begrenzung eines entlang der Längserstreckung des Hubkörpers in Druckrichtung verlaufenden Federweges auf. Die federelastischen Bereiche sind dabei insbesondere als Federabschnitte ausgebildet, wodurch eine gute Dämpfung und gleichzeitig eine Kostenreduktion bei der Fertigung erzielt wird. Ferner wird die Dämpfung ohne sich gegeneinander bewegende Teile realisiert, so dass auch kein daraus resultierender Verschleiss auftritt. Durch die erfindungsgemässen Massnahmen wird es ausserdem ermöglicht, die Dämpfung vor allem im ersten Teil einer Bewegung des Hubkörpers in Druckrichtung vorzusehen, also bis der erste Gegenanschlag sich bei einer Bewegung in Druckrichtung an den ersten Anschlag anlegt. Die Federrate ist dabei so gestaltet, dass beim Auftreten von hohen Lasten diese etwas gedämpft werden. Die Dämpfung der Lastspitzen schont dabei auch das Getriebe.
- Vorteilhaft weist der Hubkörper dabei wenigstens in eine der Richtungen aus einer Zugrichtung und einer Druckrichtung des Hubkörpers eine Federwirkung auf, so dass die Dämpfung auf die Richtung beschränkt ist, in der die höheren Kräfte bzw. Stösse wirken.
- In einer konstruktiv vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung ist der erste Anschlag dabei an einem mit dem zweiten Lagerauge verbundenen Stabelement angeordnet.
- Weiter von Vorteil ist es, wenn der Hubkörper einen mit wenigstens einem bogenförmigen Federabschnitt als zweiten Gegenanschlag zusammenwirkenden zweiten Anschlag zur Begrenzung eines entlang der Längserstreckung des Hubkörpers in Zugrichtung verlaufenden Federweges aufweist. Hierdurch wird es ermöglicht, die Dämpfung vor allem im ersten Teil einer Bewegung des Hubkörpers in Zugrichtung vorzusehen, also bis der zweite Gegenanschlag sich bei einer Bewegung in Zugrichtung an den zweiten Anschlag anlegt. Die Federrate ist dabei so gestaltet, dass beim Auftreten von hohen Lasten diese etwas gedämpft werden. Die Dämpfung der Lastspitzen schont dabei auch das Getriebe.
- In einer konstruktiv vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung ist der zweite Anschlag an dem mit dem zweiten Lagerauge verbundenen Stabelement angeordnet.
- Von Vorteil ist es ferner, wenn der Hubkörper zumindest partiell aus einem Federstahl besteht, wodurch eine hohe Lebensdauer der elastisch beanspruchten Federbereiche des Hubkörpers und des Hubkörpers an sich erreicht wird.

- In
Figur 1 ist eine als drehender und schlagender Kombihammer ausgebildete Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 wiedergegeben, die ein Gehäuse 11 aufweist, in dem ein insgesamt mit 13 bezeichneter Hubantrieb für ein in einer Werkzeugaufnahme 14 anordnenbares Werkzeug 15 angeordnet ist. Neben dem Hubantrieb 13 weist die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 auch noch einen Drehantrieb für das Werkzeug 15 auf, der in den Figuren nicht näher dargestellt ist. Der Hubantrieb 13 umfasst ein auf das Werkzeug 15 einwirkendes Schlagwerk 20, ein Getriebe 19 und einen Motor 12. Das Schlagwerk 20 ist über eine in den Figuren nicht sichtbare Abtriebswelle mit dem Getriebe 19 gekoppelt, welches eine Rotationsbewegung des Motors 12 übersetzt und über die Abtriebswelle auf ein aus denFiguren 2 ,3a und 3b ersichtliches Excenterrad 17 überträgt, das in einer Drehrichtung 16 in Rotation versetzbar ist (sieheFiguren 3a und 3b ). - In
Figur 2 ist das Schlagwerk 20 des Hubantriebes 13 näher dargestellt. Das Schlagwerk 20 weist ein Führungsrohr 21 auf, in dem ein als Erregerkolben ausgebildetes Erregerelement 22 hin und her bewegbar geführt ist. Das Führungsrohr 21 kann zur Vereinfachung der Montage auch zwei- oder mehrteilig ausgebildet sein. Das Erregerelement 22 ist zur Erzeugung einer Hubbewegung im Betrieb der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 über einen schwenkbar an diesem gelagerten und als Pleuel 31 ausgebildeten Hubkörper 30 mit dem Excenterrad 17 verbunden. Der Pleuel 31 ist dabei über einen exzentrisch an dem Excenterrad 17 angeordneten Excenterzapfen 18 mit diesem verbunden, wodurch eine Rotationsbewegung des Excenterrades 17 in Drehrichtung 16 in eine oszillierende Hubbewegung des Erregerelements 22 transformiert wird. An seinem anderen Ende ist der Pleuel 31 dabei über einen Lagerstift 26 schwenkbar mit dem Erregerelement 22 verbunden. In dem Führungsrohr 21 sind ferner noch ein Döpper 24 und ein als Flugkolben ausgebildetes Schlagelement 23 axial versetzbar gelagert. Das Schlagelement 23 ist dabei über den Erregerkolben und die zwischen ihm und dem Erregerelement 22 liegende Luftfeder 25 ebenfalls in eine oszillierende Hubbewegung versetzbar. Das Schlagelement 23 schlägt dabei im Schlag-Betrieb der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 auf den Döpper 24, der seinerseits auf das Werkzeug 15 (ausFig. 1 ) schlägt. Alternativ schlägt das Schlagelement 23 direkt auf das Ende eines Werkzeuges. Die Luftfeder 25 bzw. Gasfeder (je nach dem eingesetzten Gas oder Gasgemisch) zwischen dem Erregerelement 22 und dem Schlagelement 23 kann dabei über Schaltmittel (in den Figuren nicht dargestellt) an- und abschaltbar ausgebildet sein. - Zur Vibrationsdämpfung ist der als Pleuel 31 ausgebildete Hubkörper 30 selbst federelastisch ausgebildet und besteht aus einem Federstahl oder aus Kunststoff. Die beiden Lageraugen 33, 34 sind über bogenförmige Federabschnitte 35 miteinander verbunden. Zur Begrenzung der Federwege bildet wenigstens das erste Lagerauge 33 einen Gegenanschlag für einen ersten Anschlag 36 aus, der an einem freien Ende eines sich entlang einer Längserstreckung L des Pleuels 31 erstreckenden und zentral im Pleuel 31 verlaufenden Stabelements 37 angeordnet ist. Das Stabelement 37 ist dabei mit dem zweiten Lagerauge 34 des Pleuels verbunden und läuft mittig zwischen den beiden bogenförmigen Federabschnitten 35. Die beiden Federabschnitte 35 bilden Gegenanschläge für zweite Anschläge 38 aus, die ungefähr mittig zu beiden Seiten des Stabelements 37 an diesem angeordnet sind. In
Figur 2 befindet sich die Handwerkzeugmaschine nicht in Betrieb. In diesem Zustand sind sowohl der erste Anschlag 36 und der zugeordnete Gegenanschlag am ersten Lagerauge 33 als wie auch die zweiten Anschläge 38 und die zugeordneten Gegenanschläge an den bogenförmigen Federabschnitten 35 zueinander beabstandet. - Der Abstand zwischen dem Anschlag 36 und dem Gegenanschlag am ersten Lagerauge 33 in der Ruhestellung definiert dabei den maximalen Federweg entlang der Längserstreckung L des Pleuels 31 bzw. des Hubkörpers 30 in einer Druckrichtung 52. In
Figur 3a ist die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 in Betrieb, wobei sich das Excenterrad 17 in Richtung des Pfeils 16 dreht. In der dargestellten Momentaufnahme schiebt der Excenterzapfen 18 den Pleuel 31 gerade in Druckrichtung 52, wobei das Pleuel 31 unter Dämpfung der Bewegung federelastisch verkürzt wurde, bis der erste Anschlag 36, wie dargestellt auf den Gegenanschlag am ersten Lagerauge 33 auflief. - Die Abstände zwischen den Anschlägen 38 und den Gegenanschlägen den bogenförmigen Federabschnitten 35 in der Ruhestellung definieren den maximalen Federweg entlang der Längserstreckung L des Pleuels 31 bzw. des Hubkörpers 30 in einer Zugrichtung 51. In
Figur 3b ist die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 in Betrieb, wobei sich das Excenterrad 17 in Richtung des Pfeils 16 dreht. In der dargestellten Momentaufnahme zieht der Excenterzapfen 18 den Pleuel 31 gerade in Zugrichtung 51, wobei das Pleuel 31 unter Dämpfung der Bewegung federelastisch gedehnt wurde, bis die zweiten Anschläge 38, wie dargestellt auf die Gegenanschläge an den bogenförmigen Federabschnitten 35 aufliefen. - In
Figur 4 ist eine erfindungsgemässe, als Säbelsäge ausgebildete Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 dargestellt. Diese weist einen Hubantrieb 13 mit einem erfindungsgemässen, als Pleuel ausgebildetem Hubkörper 30 auf, der dem bereits in denFiguren 1 bis 3b beschriebenen Pleuel entspricht, weshalb diesbezüglich vollumfänglich Bezug genommen wird auf die vorgehende Beschreibung zu denFiguren 1 bis 3b . Der Unterschied zu der vorhergehend beschriebenen Handwerkzeugmaschine liegt dabei darin, dass der Pleuel 31 der Säbelsäge mit seinem ersten Lagerauge 33 in Verbindung mit einem Hubelement 27 steht, welches eine Werkzeugaufnahme 14 für ein in der Figur nicht dargestelltes Sägeblatt ausbildet, und nicht mit einem Erregerelement eines Schlagwerks. - In
Figur 5 ist eine nicht erfindungsgemässe, als Säbelsäge ausgebildete Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 dargestellt. Diese weist einen Hubantrieb 13 mit einem als Hubstange 32 ausgebildeten Hubkörper 30 auf. Die Hubstange ist dabei fest mit dem, die Werkzeugaufnahme 14 für ein Sägeblatt tragenden Hubelement 27 verbunden. Die Hubstange 32 ist als flächiges Bauteil aus Federstahl ausgebildet und weist an ihrem dem Hubelement 27 abgewandten Endbereich ein Langloch 40 auf, das quer zur Längserstreckung L der Hubstange 32 verläuft. In das Langloch 40 greift der Excenterzapfen 18 des Excenterrades 17 ein, so dass die Hubstange 32 in eine hin- und hergehende Bewegung versetzbar ist, wenn der Motor (in der Figur nicht sichtbar) des Hubantriebs 13 eingeschaltet ist. - An einer ersten Längsseite 41 des Langlochs 40, die in Druckrichtung 52 liegt bzw. die dem Hubelement 27 zugewandt ist, ist ein erster Federarm 43 ausgebildet, der im dargestellten Ruhezustand des Hubantriebs 13 parallel zur Längsachse A des Langlochs 40 verläuft, und sich dabei über ca. 70 - 90 % der axialen Länge des Langlochs 40 erstreckt. Der Federweg des ersten Federarms 43 wird über einen ersten Anschlag 36 begrenzt, der aus einem anderen Material bestehen kann wie die Hubstange 32 und der an dieser festgelegt sein kann. Wird die Hubstange 32 über den Excenterzapfen 18 in Druckrichtung 52 beaufschlagt, dann wird die Übertragung der Bewegung vom Excenterzapfen 18 auf die Hubstange durch den in Druckrichtung 52 bis zum ersten Anschlag 36 einfedernden ersten Federarm 43 federelastisch gedämpft.
- An einer zweiten Längsseite 42 des Langlochs 40, die in Zugrichtung 51 liegt bzw. die dem Hubelement 27 abgewandt ist, ist ein zweiter Federarm 44 ausgebildet, der im dargestellten Ruhezustand des Hubantriebs 13 parallel zur Längsachse A des Langlochs 40 verläuft, und sich dabei über ca. 70 - 90 % der axialen Länge des Langlochs 40 erstreckt. Der Federweg des zweiten Federarms 44 wird über einen zweiten Anschlag 38 begrenzt, der aus einem anderen Material bestehen kann wie die Hubstange 32 und der an dieser festgelegt sein kann. Wird die Hubstange 32 über den Excenterzapfen 18 in Zugrichtung 51 beaufschlagt, dann wird die Übertragung der Bewegung vom Excenterzapfen 18 auf die Hubstange 32 durch den in Zugrichtung 51 bis zum zweiten Anschlag 38 einfedernden zweiten Federarm 44 federelastisch gedämpft.
Claims (6)
- Handwerkzeugmaschine mit einem über einen Motor (12) betreibbaren Hubantrieb (13) für ein Werkzeug, der einen Hubkörper (30) aufweist, welcher über einen Excenterzapfen (18) eines vom Motor (12) in Rotation versetzbaren Excenterrades (17) in eine Hubbewegung versetzbar ist, wobei die Hubbewegung des Hubkörpers (30) federelastisch gedämpft ist, wobei der Hubkörper (30) als einteiliger, zumindest bereichsweise federelastischer Körper ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Hubkörper (30) als Pleuel (31) ausgebildet ist, bei dem zwei Lageraugen (33, 34) über wenigstens einen bogenförmigen Federabschnitt (35) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Hubkörper (30) einen mit wenigstens einem ersten Lagerauge (33) als ersten Gegenanschlag zusammenwirkenden ersten Anschlag (36) zur Begrenzung eines entlang der Längserstreckung (L) des Hubkörpers (30) in Druckrichtung (52) verlaufenden Federweges aufweist. - Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubkörper (30) wenigstens in eine der Richtungen aus Zugrichtung (51) und Druckrichtung (52) eine Federwirkung aufweist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Anschlag (36) an einem mit dem zweiten Lagerauge (34) verbundenen Stabelement (37) angeordnet ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubkörper (30) einen mit wenigstens einem bogenförmigen Federabschnitt (35) als zweiten Gegenanschlag zusammenwirkenden zweiten Anschlag (38) zur Begrenzung eines entlang der Längserstreckung (L) des Hubkörpers (30) in Zugrichtung (51) verlaufenden Federweges aufweist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Anschlag (38) an dem mit dem zweiten Lagerauge (34) verbundenen Stabelement (37) angeordnet ist.
- Handwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubkörper (30) zumindest partiell aus einem Federstahl besteht.
