Claims (8)
- Dispositif (100) pour guider une bande (200), en particulier une bande de métal, comprenant :au moins un bloc de support (120) ;un rouleau (130), monté en rotation dans ledit au moins un bloc de support et sur lequel la bande (200) est guidée ;un moyen de mesure (140) pour déterminer la force de roulement qui agit sur le rouleau pendant le guidage de la bande ;ledit moyen de mesure (140) comprenant :caractérisé en ce queun système capteur (142) pour détecter la déformation du bloc de support (120) lors du guidage de la bande (200) ; etun système d'évaluation (144) pour calculer la force de roulement qui agit sur le rouleau (130), à partir de la déformation du bloc de support détectée par le système capteur (142) ;
le bloc de support (120), dont la déformation est mesurée, comporte une cavité creuse (122) ou un évidement pour recevoir le système capteur (142) et/ou le système d'évaluation (144). - Dispositif (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système capteur (142) est réalisé sous la forme d'un capteur à ultrasons, d'un capteur à courant de Foucault, d'un capteur de distance à fibres optiques, ou d'un palpeur de mesure.
- Dispositif (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de support (120), dont la déformation doit être mesurée, comporte un emplacement affaibli approprié (124), dont la propre déformation lors du guidage de la bande (200), représentative pour la déformation du bloc de support (120), est susceptible d'être détectée par le système capteur (142).
