Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a backpack with a rotatable lap belt according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the back area of the backpack carrier should be as far as possible from the rear wall of the backpack facing the backpack carrier in order to allow good ventilation of the back area.
  • Backpacks with ventilated back areas are for example from the DE 197 35 806 B4 known.
  • a net is stretched in front of the rear wall of the backpack in such a way that there is a gap between the back wall and the net.
  • For even better ventilation of the back area are on the back wall of the backpack facing away from the network at three points, namely once in the attachment of the strap and twice in the region of the lap belt, support cushions arranged such that in the area of the support pad additional spacing between the tensioned Net and the back of the backpack carrier arise.
  • the ventilation of the back area is significantly improved.
  • a rigid coupling of the backpack and lap belt has limitations on the mobility of the hip / pelvic area of the backpack wearer result, since the movement of the hip / pelvic area is transmitted from the lap belt on the rigid coupling to the backpack. More specifically, the hip / pelvic area of the backpack wearer moves up and down while walking, for example when walking, and when climbing up and down when climbing, for example. These movements of the hip / pelvic area cause pendulum movements of the backpack also in two directions. Since the backpack is fixed in the shoulder area by the carrier straps quasi on the backpack carrier, it counteracts these movements of the hip / pelvic area, which is why the natural movement during walking or climbing is hindered or impaired. The flexibility of the spine of the backpack wearer is significantly reduced.
  • the in the DE 92 11 744 U1 shown central height adjustment of the lap belt could be considered as a first approach to problem solving, as this central height adjustment allows a certain rotational movement between load and lap belt.
  • the rotational mobility is determined or limited by the elasticity of the material of the loops and the webbing. This limited rotational mobility can also be achieved by other central connections of lap belt and backpack back wall.
  • these mobilities are generally very low, since on the one hand the stability of the backpack and on the other hand the introduction of force into the lap belt require stable and less flexible materials in this area.
  • the backpack is rotatably mounted at the level of its geometric center.
  • the weight of the load is transmitted by swinging on the lap belt.
  • the points of power transmission to the lap belt lie in the outer region of the pelvis of the backpack wearer. There is therefore a large distance between the power transmission points, which corresponds approximately to the body width of the backpack wearer.
  • the force is transmitted directly to the hip / pelvic area of the backpack wearer, which moves the most when walking in open terrain the strongest and down.
  • the resulting pendulum motion of the rockers is transmitted via the pivot point of the rocker arms to a mounting plate at the level of the chest area.
  • a backpack is known in which a rotatable lap belt is attached by means of a loop on the back wall of the backpack.
  • the loop is located near the center axis of the backpack and thus when carrying the backpack near the lumbar spine of a backpack wearer.
  • the loop forms a passage through which the lap belt passes.
  • the object of the present invention is to design a backpack with a rotatable lap belt in such a way that a reduction in the rotational / pendulum movements of the backpack when carrying it is achieved, so that a comparatively comfortable and improved carrying of the backpack is possible and in addition and back ventilation of the back wall is made possible.
  • the essential advantage of the invention is that the wearing comfort of the present backpack is achieved by a decoupling of the hip / pelvic area of the backpack wearer induced movements, in particular up and down movements, the lap belt of the backpack.
  • the natural movement is therefore advantageously impeded or impaired neither when walking nor while climbing.
  • the flexibility of the spine of the backpack wearer is maintained.
  • the mobility of the lap belt is determined by the upper width and the lower width of a loop through which the lap belt extends, as well as the height of the lap belt with respect to the clear height of the loop. In this way, a desired mobility can be achieved by the design of the loop.
  • a further advantage is the good wrap around the hip / pelvic region of the backpack wearer by the lap belt, since it can be clinging to the body of the backpack wearer almost independently of the backpack, especially when it is packed. This ensures that the weight of the load in the lumbar region of the backpack carrier is introduced into the lap belt and is transmitted to the hip / pelvic area in the area of laterally arranged cushion elements. This has the consequence that the pressure load for the backpack carrier can be evenly distributed over a larger area.
  • the present invention provides a backpack with an improved carrying system which advantageously makes walking of a backpack wearer in open terrain or during exercise even more enjoyable. This is achieved by the special inventive construction of the connection of the backpack with the lap belt.
  • the insertion of the lap belt in the loop can be made by the backpack carrier or made on the production side.
  • connection between the lap belt and the rear wall of the backpack can be designed in different ways. So it is conceivable in the simplest case that the lap belt is inserted only in the loop.
  • the desired mobility of the lap belt is essentially determined by the shape of the loop. So it does not depend solely on the elasticity of the materials used.
  • the loop is designed in a trapezoidal shape (claim 11).
  • the upper edge of the loop may have a greater width than the lower edge of the loop.
  • Width refers to the extent of the loop in the direction of the lap belt.
  • the upper edge of the loop has a smaller width than the lower edge of the loop.
  • the loop may be formed triangular in accordance with claim 14.
  • the upper (claim 15) or lower (claim 16) width of the loop may be only a few millimeters in an extreme case. But it is also conceivable to make the upper and lower width of the loop about the same size (claim 17). In each of the described cases, it is ensured that the lap belt remains movable about a pivot within the width limits of the loop. This rotation is necessary to allow for the up and down movements of the lap belt caused by the movement of the hip / pelvic area of the backpack wearer.
  • the loop may have the form of a single component which is attached to the network structure (claim 2).
  • the loop can also be formed by a tab or a wall part which is attached to the network structure, in which case a portion of the same forms the back of the loop (claim (3).
  • the loop may be advantageous not to realize the boundaries or edges of the loop as straight connections (claim 18) but also curved or curved (claim 19).
  • the loop may be secured with an upper portion to a mesh structure of the backpack and a lower portion to the rear wall of the backpack according to claim (4).
  • the back of the backpack wearer facing side of the loop can be formed for good ventilation through a network (claim 5).
  • the rigid frame parts can also be replaced by string-like elements which are fastened to said corner points of the rear wall and taut in front of the rear wall (claim 9).
  • the rigid frame parts should be fine be padded to prevent incision on the back of the backpack wearer (claim 8).
  • the lap belt may further be preferred for the lap belt to be fixed in position by further measures, but without restricting the desired mobility.
  • a punctual, but rotatable connection between lap belt and loop is conceivable (claim 20), this connection being accomplished both on the side facing the backpack carrier side of the loop (claim 21) and on the rear wall of the backpack side (claim 22) can.
  • a selective connection elements are a locally narrow limited releasable (claim 23) or insoluble (claim 26) connection into consideration.
  • a releasable connection can preferably be achieved by a push button-like element or a hook part (claim 24).
  • An insoluble compound may be in the form of a suture or suture (claim 27).
  • a detachable connection in the form of a hook and loop fastener (claim 25) has proven effective in which the entanglements of the two sides of the hook and loop fastener effect a damping effect in terms of possibly occurring rotational movements caused by rapid, possibly uncontrolled movements.
  • the backpack according to the invention it is possible to combine the simple and effective construction of the support of the lap belt with good ventilation of the back area of the backpack wearer.
  • the above-mentioned trapezoid, rectangle or triangle can be at least partially designed as a network.
  • the arrangement and configuration of these upholstered elements now advantageously only determines the anatomy of the backpack wearer and no compromises have to be made with regard to the mains voltage.
  • the good ventilation of the back region of the backpack wearer is further improved, for example, by the above-mentioned trapezoidal or triangular mesh in the loop.
  • FIG. 1 which shows an example of a backpack 1, which is equipped with the present lap belt 3, the rear wall of the backpack 1 is denoted by 2.
  • the rear wall 2 On the rear wall 2 is expediently a network structure 5, which is held with the help of the frame parts 6 to 9 shown by broken lines, said frame parts 6 to 9, the rear wall 2 of the backpack 1 in the vertical longitudinal direction and preferably also in the transverse direction thereto concave tension, so that there is a distance between the frame structure stretched over the frame parts 6 to 9 network structure 5 and the rear wall 2, which allows loading and ventilation of the rear wall 2 and the network structure 5.
  • cushioning devices 11, 12 and 13 are provided on the side facing the back of the backpack wearer side of the network structure, which abut while wearing the backpack 1 on the back of the backpack wearer. Since these cushioning devices 11, 12, 13 have a predetermined thickness, it is achieved that when carrying the backpack 1 in the areas of the network structure 5 adjoining the cushioning devices there is a further distance between the network structure 5 and the back of the backpack carrier, so that the network structure 5 in this Areas is additionally ventilated. As a result, the total ventilation of the back area is significantly improved. In the from the FIG.
  • a third cushioning device 13 is arranged at the upper end region of the network structure 5, for example sewn, which expediently extends in the transverse direction of the backpack 1 over the entire width of the network structure 5.
  • a backpack of this kind goes out of the DE 197 35 806 B4 out.
  • FIG. 1 is at the bottom of the backpack 1 viewed in the transverse direction centrally a transversely extending in the direction of the lap belt 3 or passage forming loop 4 is provided, through which the lap belt 3 extends.
  • the wall part 16 and the loop 4 has approximately the shape of a trapezoid whose upper edge has a width B1, which is seen in the transverse direction is greater than the width B2 of its lower edge.
  • the lower width B2 may be only a few millimeters, so that a wall part 16 or a loop 4 results, which corresponds approximately to a triangle with a tip region facing downwards.
  • the previously described loop 4 is at least partially arranged or fastened, in particular sewn, to the network structure 5.
  • the wall part 16 or the loop 4 starting from the location of his or her attachment to the network structure 5, preferably extends downwards beyond the lower edge of the network structure 5.
  • the lower side of the wall part 16 or the loop 4 is attached to the lower side of the back wall 2, preferably sewn.
  • the side edge regions of the wall part 16 and the loop 4 on the side facing away from the backpack carrier can have padding 18, which can also extend over the network structure 5 in the area of the network structure 5 these padding 18 replace the cushioning devices 11 and 12 of the Backpack 1 of the FIG. 1 ,
  • the lap belt 3 can have padding 19 laterally next to the loop 4, which allow a relatively soft support on the hip / pelvic region of a backpack wearer.
  • additional strap 20 may be attached, which allow a distortion of the lap belt 3 against the sides of the backpack 1 in order to adjust the coupling between the backpack 1 and lap belt individually.
  • FIG. 6 it is also conceivable to transmit the force only linearly characterized in that the region of the loop 4 facing away from the rear wall 2 or the lug 16 is formed by rigid, preferably made of metal frame parts 25 connected trapezoidally or triangularly; which are fastened to the net structure 5 such that the lap belt 3 is held between the frame parts 25 and the net structure 5.
