A portion of the seal 30 protrudes from the housing 31 so that in the engaged position of the clutch, the seal 30 is clamped between the bottom of the housing 31 and the lower mobile 1 by the action of the spring 16 without the lower and upper mobile 1, 2 touch.
  • the seal 30 has an inside diameter that is smaller than the minimum inside diameter of the housing 31 so that the seal 30 is inserted and held in the housing 31 by being radially stretched therein.
