Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de tri d'objets à l'aide d'un dispositif de tri, dans lequel
    on munit chaque objet d'un code d'un point de distribution, on met les points de distribution en un ordre de distribution, le dispositif de tri a plusieurs dispositifs de sortie, dont tous ou certains sont caractérisés comme étant des points d'extrémité de tri,
    chaque objet passe au moins deux fois dans le dispositif de tri et, à chaque passage,
    - on détermine l'adresse de distribution mise sur l'objet et
    - on fait sortir l'objet dans l'un des dispositifs de sortie en fonction du point de distribution déterminé,
    dans lequel, après chaque passage, à l'exception du dernier, on vide les uns après les autres les dispositifs de sortie et on envoie les objets à nouveau au dispositif de tri et dans le dernier passage, on fait sortir chaque objet dans l'un des points d'extrémité de tri,
    on affecte, à chaque point d'extrémité de tri, au moins un groupe d'un ou de plusieurs points de distribution se succédant directement dans l'ordre de distribution,
    à chaque passage, on fait sortir les objets dans des dispositifs de sortie suivant les groupes de points de distribution, de manière à faire sortir, dans le même dispositif de sortie, tous les objets qui sont codés par un point de distribution du même groupe de points de distribution,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le dernier passage, on fait sortir, dans des points d'extrémité de tri, les objets triés suivant des groupes de points de distribution, de manière à faire sortir chaque objet dans le point d'extrémité de tri qui est affecté à son point de distribution et on trie les objets, dans chaque point d'extrémité de tri, suivant les points de distribution conformément à l'ordre de distribution.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    on fait passer les objets dans le dispositif de tri suivant le procédé Radix.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le dernier passage, on accumule intermédiairement tous les objets qui sont codés par un point de distribution d'un groupe de points de distribution,
    avant de les faire sortir dans le point d'extrémité de tri du groupe de points de distribution.
  4. Procédé suivant la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de tri comprend
    - au moins un récipient d'accumulation à poste fixe et
    - une couronne de poches, qui entoure le récipient d'accumulation et qui a des poches,
    et
    au dernier passage, les objets qui sont codés par un point de distribution d'un groupe de points de distribution,
    - sont transportés dans des poches de la couronne de poches et
    - sont accumulés intermédiairement par le fait qu'ils passent des poches respectives au au moins un récipient d'accumulation à poste fixe.
  5. Procédé suivant la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le point d'extrémité de tri du groupe de points de distribution comprend également des récipients cibles tournants et
    au dernier passage, dans le point d'extrémité de tri du groupe de points de distribution,
    on fait sortir tous les objets qui sont codés par un point de distribution du groupe de points de distribution,
    en les faisant passer dans le récipient cible tournant.
  6. Dispositif de tri d'objets à l'aide d'un dispositif de tri, dans lequel
    chaque objet est muni d'un codage d'un point de distribution,
    le dispositif a
    - une mémoire de données,
    - un dispositif de détermination et
    - plusieurs dispositifs de sortie,
    tous ou certains des dispositifs de sortie sont caractérisés comme étant des points d'extrémité de tri,
    un ordre de distribution du point de distribution est mémorisé dans la mémoire de données,
    le dispositif de détermination est conformé pour déterminer le codage de point de distribution,
    le dispositif de tri est conformé pour
    - transporter, dans le dispositif de tri, les objets en au moins deux passages et
    - les faire sortir dans l'un des dispositifs de sortie en fonction du point de distribution déterminé,
    dans lequel, après chaque passage, à l'exception du dernier, les dispositifs de sortie sont vidés les uns après les autres et les objets sont retournés au dispositif de tri et le dispositif de tri est conformé pour faire sortir, dans le dernier passage, chaque objet dans l'un des points d'extrémité de tri,
    il est mémorisé, dans la mémoire de données, au moins une affectation d'un point d'extrémité de tri à un groupe d'un ou de plusieurs points de distribution,
    le groupe de points de distribution étant constitué d'un ou de plusieurs points de distribution, qui se succèdent directement dans l'ordre de distribution,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de tri est conformé pour faire sortir, à chaque passage, tous les objets, qui sont codés par un point de distribution du groupe de points de distribution, dans l'installation de tri dans le point d'extrémité de tri du groupe de points de distribution affecté dans la mémoire de données, et pour les trier au dernier passage,
    de manière à ce qu'ils soient triés dans le point d'extrémité de tri suivant les points de distribution conformément à l'ordre de distribution.
  7. Dispositif suivant la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de tri est conformé
    pour trier les objets suivant le procédé Radix.
  8. Dispositif suivant la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de tri comprend
    - au moins un récipient d'accumulation à poste fixe et
    - une couronne de poches, qui entoure le récipient d'accumulation et qui a des poches,
    et
    est conformé pour, au dernier passage, transporter les objets qui sont codés par un point de distribution d'un groupe de points de distribution,
    - dans des poches de la couronne de poches et
    - les accumuler intermédiairement, en faisant passer les objets des poches respectives au au moins un récipient d'accumulation à poste fixe.
  9. Dispositif suivant la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le point d'extrémité de tri du groupe de points de distribution comprend également un récipient cible tournant et
    le dispositif de tri est conformé
    pour faire sortir, au dernier passage, tous les objets, qui sont codés par un point de distribution du groupe de points de distribution,
    dans le point d'extrémité de tri du groupe de points de distribution,
    en faisant passer les objets dans le récipient cible tournant.
