In order to obtain a regular circular shape of the lips 14 when opening the sleeves, the leaf springs 33 preferably have a top view similar to the leaf springs 15 of the first embodiment.

- the sleeves according to the invention can also be made without leaf springs by providing a flattened shaping during the production of the sleeves so that they are automatically returned to the rest position.
