Claims (10)

  1. Anordnung eines Abgasschlauchs (2), die mit einem aufgeweiteten Ende (3) versehen ist, um das eine Schlauchschelle (4) montiert ist, und mit einer Schutzvorrichtung (5) für den Schlauch (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzvorrichtung (5) ein Gehäuse umfasst, das mit zwei Teilen (15, 16) versehen ist, die um eine Drehachse (17) gelenkig gelagert sind, und dass die beiden gelenkig gelagerten Teile (15, 16) dazu in der Lage sind, durch Schwenken gegeneinander geklappt zu werden, um den gesamten Schlauch (2), das aufgeweitete Ende (3) und die Schelle (4) zu umschließen.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauch (2) ein hohlzylindrisches Teil ist und dass das Gehäuse ein Teil ist, das einen hohlzylindrischen Körper (19) zum Umschließen des Schlauchs (2) und einen vergrößerten geschlossenen Kopf (20), zum Umschließen des aufgeweiteten Endes (3) und der Schelle (4) aufweist.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (17) am aufgeweiteten Ende (3) anliegend angeordnet ist und dass die beiden ursprünglich auf beiden Seiten des Schlauchs (2) angeordneten Teile (15, 16) auf diesen umgeklappt werden, um das mit der Schlauchschelle (4) versehene aufgeweitete Ende (3) und den Schlauch (2) zu umspannen.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aufgeweitete Ende (3) hohl ist und dass das Gehäuse einen Zentrierstift (18) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, in das Ende (3) einzudringen, um die Schutzvorrichtung (5) in Bezug auf den Schlauch (2) vorzupositionieren.
  5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zentrierstift (18) länglich ist und einen Flansch (22) besitzt, dessen Ebene senkrecht zu einer Längsachse des Stifts (18) ist, und dass der Flansch (22) für die beiden gelenkig gelagerten Teile (15, 16), die gegeneinander geklappt sind, als Auflageelement dient.
  6. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden gelenkig gelagerten Teile (15, 16) jeweils über Befestigungsmittel (28, 29) verfügen, die dazu geeignet sind, die Teile (15, 16) fest miteinander zu verbinden, wenn sie den Schlauch (2), das aufgeweitete Ende (3) und die Schelle (4) umschließen.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Befestigungsmitteln um Clips (28, 29) aus Kunststoff handelt.
  8. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vergrößerte hohle Kopf (20) in Bezug auf die Schlauchschelle (4) so bemessen ist, dass ein Spiel zwischen dem Kopf (20) und der Schelle (4) bestehen bleibt.
  9. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlauch (2) einen Endflansch (40) aufweist und dass die beiden gelenkig gelagerten Teile (15, 16) am Flansch (40) anliegen, wenn sie den Schlauch (2), das aufgeweitete Ende (3) und die Schelle (4) umschließen, um ein Verschieben der Schutzvorrichtung (5) entlang des Schlauchs (2) zu verhindern.
  10. Schutzvorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Gehäuse umfasst, das mit zwei gelenkig gelagerten Teilen (15, 16) um eine Drehachse (17) versehen ist und dass sie einen Zentrierstift (18) umfasst, mit dem die Drehachse (17) fest verbunden ist.
