Claims (13)
- Mikromechanisches Teil, das aus einer Platte (1) aus einem Material, das keinen Bereich einer plastischen Verformung besitzt, gebildet ist und wenigstens eine Öffnung umfasst, die dazu vorgesehen ist, dass eine Welle (3, 5) eingetrieben wird, wobei die Öffnung eine Öffnung mit einer Form (2, 4, 6) ist, die Versteifungs- und Positionierungszonen (8) und Zonen (10) zur elastischen Verformung, die das Festklemmen der Welle (3, 5) gewährleisten, umfasst, wobei jede Zone (10) mit elastischer Verformung durch einen Abschnitt (12) der Platte (1) gebildet ist, der auf beiden Seiten eine Aussparung (13, 15) besitzt, die mit der Öffnung verbunden ist, und die Form einer Zunge hat, deren Ende (14) tangential in die Öffnung (14) mündet, wobei sich die Versteifungs- und Positionierungszonen (8) und die Zungen in Dickenrichtung der Platte (1) erstrecken und dazu ausgelegt sind, abwechselnd um die Welle angeordnet zu werden, wobei jede Zunge von benachbarten Versteifungszonen (8) durch eine Aussparung (13, 15) getrennt ist, wobei die Versteifungs- und Positionierungszonen (8) im Wesentlichen regelmäßig um die Öffnung (2, 4, 6) verteilt sind.
- Mikromechanisches Teil nach Anspruch 1, wobei jede Versteifungs- und Positionierungszone (8) wenigstens eine Anlagefläche (16) aufweist, die dazu vorgesehen ist, mit der Welle (3, 5) in Kontakt zu gelangen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlageflächen (16) im Wesentlichen regelmäßig um die Öffnung (2, 4, 6) verteilt sind, um die Zentrierung der Welle (3, 5) in der Öffnung (2, 4, 6) sicherzustellen.
- Mikromechanisches Teil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Versteifungs- und Positionierungszone (8) eine Anlagefläche (16) bildet, die durch die zwei Aussparungen (13, 15) begrenzt ist, die die Versteifungs- und Positionierungszone (8) umgeben.
- Mikromechanisches Teil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Zunge (12) als Ganzes eine Kurve mit gegebenem Profil beschreibt und dass die zwei benachbarten Aussparungen (13, 15) durch zwei längliche Schlitze mit im Allgemeinen demselben Profil wie die Kurve der Zunge (12) gebildet sind.
- Mikromechanisches Teil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zerbrechende Material aus Glas, Quarz und Silicium gewählt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Unbeweglichmachen eines mikromechanischen Teils, das eine Öffnung besitzt, durch Treiben auf einen Unterstützungsblock (11), der einen Positionierungszapfen (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mikromechanische Teil gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche verwirklicht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mikromechanische Teil wenigstens einen Schweißpunkt oder einen Klebepunkt aufweist, der das mikromechanische Teil an der Welle fixiert.
- Vorrichtung zum Befestigen durch Eintreiben eines rotatorisch beweglichen Teils ununterbrochen oder abwechselnd an einer Welle (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mikromechanische Teil gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 verwirklicht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mikromechanische Teil ein Teil eines Uhrwerks bildet, das aus einem Hemmungsrad, einem Stern, einem gezahnten Rad, einer Spiralrolle, einem Hebel und einem Anker gewählt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle und die Öffnung außerdem Umrisse haben, die zu einer Drehverhinderungswirkung führen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umriss der Welle und der Öffnung lang gestreckt oder dreieckig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktzonen zwischen der Welle und der Öffnung mit Rauigkeiten oder Riffelungen versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mikromechanische Teil wenigstens einen Schweißpunkt oder einen Klebepunkt umfasst, der das mikromechanische Teil an der Welle fixiert.
