Definitions
- the invention relates to a oven door and a cooking appliance with the oven door.
- a switchable glass door for household appliances in which a 'glass keyboard' is integrated on or in the glass door.
- the control panel is the transparent glass door itself.
- the glass keyboard may include an LCD display or a monitor.
- the control panel can be omitted.
- the evaluation electronics required for the operating unit are mounted in a separate, temperature-reduced, insulated area of the oven.
- a microwave oven in which manually operated, electrically controllable operating devices are attached to the door. Disclosed are behind a front surface of a door located keypads, which advantageously extend according to this device until the furnace chamber opening.
- WO 97/26486 is a baking oven door with built-in handle controls known.
- a door structure which carries a door handle in front of the windscreen.
- This door handle includes a switch and an LED lamp, which are protected by a cover plate from environmental influences.
- the waste heat of these electronic components is dissipated through a hole in the cover plate in the direction of the door.
- the oven door has at least one operating element receiving area for receiving at least one operating element.
- An operating element may be any component provided for operating the device include, for.
- a switching element eg, toggle, buttons, etc.
- a display element eg, an LCD display, light-emitting diodes, lamps, etc.
- the control element receiving area is at least partially thermally separated or disconnected from a region of the oven door, which is to be arranged directly opposite a cooking chamber of the cooking appliance or a corresponding opening. This firstly a direct heat transfer from the hot cooking space is avoided and / or secondly, a heat transfer from the hot door area, which is usually generated by hot air in a door interior, prevented.
- the thermal decoupling causes the operating element receiving area to be cooler than the cooking area directly opposite the area to be arranged.
- the operating element receiving area is arranged above the area to be arranged directly opposite the cooking space.
- the operating area recording is from the cooking area directly opposite to lying area by a partition, z.
- a partition As a sheet, a diaphragm, a rib, an air guide, etc., and in particular a heat-insulating layer separated.
- the thermal decoupling can advantageously or additionally be done so that at least one door ventilation opening for the removal of hot air from the cooking chamber directly opposite lying to area or door interior in the vicinity of the control element receiving area is present. As a result, reaching the operating element receiving area hot air is not held there, but derived from the door interior.
- the control element receiving area can additionally or separately be cooled, for. B. in that cooling air or ambient air is guided around it. This causes a further thermal decoupling.
- An even greater cooling and decoupling of the operating element receiving area can be achieved by ventilating the operating element receiving area itself, for B. by its own fan or by a guided through the control element receiving area air duct, which sucks, for example, air from the outside through the control element receiving area to a cooling fan in the furnace housing.
- an operating module has the advantage over distributed, individual operating elements that it requires less and simpler installation steps and is easier to replace.
- Opposite arranged behind the door front elements gives the advantage of possible lower installation height of the door itself, since the housing can protrude outward;
- switching elements toggle, toggle switch
- Opposite on the door applied control units there is the advantage of a more reliable attachment, for. As by clamping on the door, a less prominent construction and easier connection to other device components, eg. B. a power supply.
- control module may also have associated electrical and / or electronic circuitry as well as suitable communication means for communicating with other components , z.
- switching elements switches, toggles, buttons, sliders, etc.
- display elements LED displays, alphanumeric displays such as full matrix LCD panels, etc.
- the control module may also have associated electrical and / or electronic circuitry as well as suitable communication means for communicating with other components , z.
- suitable communication means for communicating with other components , z.
- the operating module has a part which can be inserted into the recess and a part which protrudes outwards from the latter, since the part which projects to the outside only experiences a lower heat transfer; this part can also be spaced from the door or its front.
- the insertable part of the operating module receives in particular electrical and / or electronic components, while the outwardly projecting part in particular comprises the operating elements.
- the recess itself heat insulation can be kept low favorable. This is especially true for doors that cover one side of the cooking appliance without the use of a control panel.
- the optimization of the thermal insulation is particularly favorable for doors with fully glazed surface, since glass provides a comparatively low thermal insulation.
- ventilatable control element receiving area is disposed away from the exhaust outlet, for example on an opposite side of the cooking appliance, eg. B. so that the Whymodulfact Scheme above the cooking chamber and the exhaust outlet is arranged below the cooking chamber, or vice versa. It is also advantageous if at least some air inlet openings are arranged laterally on the door.
- the door may also be favorable if the door has a full-surface front side, in particular a solid glass front, in which the saving is made. Especially with a full glass front It is advantageous if the door handle is integrated laterally behind the solid glass front in the oven door.
- the object is also achieved by a cooking appliance having a door described above with at least one operating module described above suitable for use.
- the task is also solved by a cooking appliance with a previously described oven door. Particularly advantageous are the measures described, if the cooking appliance has no separate control panel.
- a baking oven door 1 of a baking oven is shown, in which a control module 2 is inserted.
- the oven door 1 covers the front of the oven completely, so that it does not have to have a separate control panel.
- the oven door 1 has on its outer side or front side a full-surface outer glass pane 4 held only by a narrow metal frame 3.
- the oven door 1 further comprises an inner glass pane 5, whereby a door interior is formed between the panes 4, 5. There may be more glass panes in parallel.
- a panel 6 is used, which serves as a screen and air flow line, among other things. Through a cutout 7 in the aperture 6, a viewing window is defined.
- ventilation slots 8 are introduced to supply fresh air in the lower part.
- the upper vent slots are not shown here.
- the oven door 1 is laterally openable and closable by the handle 9.
- Fig. 2 shows an oven 10 with one to Fig. 1 the cooking chamber 11 of the oven 10 is delimited by a muffle 12 open to the front, which is covered by an insulating layer 13. Between the insulating layer 13 and an outer oven panel 14 there is a flow space 15 through which air can flow, preferably substantially moved through a fan 16 in the form of a cross-flow fan. Included in the cooling air circuit is the oven door 1, in particular in that in this embodiment, the oven door 1 can be vented through lateral openings with fresh air, as indicated schematically by the arrows P1. The fresh air flowing into the ventilated door interior 17 in this way is heated up and flows upward through heat convection and possibly by means of suction through the fan 16, as indicated by the arrows P2.
- the operating module receiving region 20 is separated from the region 21 of the oven door 1 which is opposite the cooking chamber 11 by a strip 22 and is thereby thermally at least partially separated or uncoupled. As a result, the operating module receiving region 20 is comparatively cooler than the region 21 arranged opposite the cooking chamber 11.
- the operating module receiving area 20 is further kept cooler and thermally separated from the door area 21 or door interior 17 opposite the cooking space 11 by discharging the warm air through the door ventilation opening (s) 18, as indicated by the arrows P2, from the area on the operating module receiving area 20 ,
- the arrangement shown here also has the advantage that the air inlet openings, in particular laterally in the door 1 and above the oven door 1 are spatially separated from the Ofenauslassö Maschinenen 19 so that firstly the fresh air is sufficiently cool and secondly no from a Wrasenö réelle 24 from the oven 11 leaking fumes can get into the ventilation circuit, which otherwise could lead to a difficult to clean pollution of the door interior 17.
- the operating module 2 has an inserted into an open-top recess of the front glass front part 25 and an outwardly or forward projecting part 26, which also goes laterally downward beyond the recess. On the externally protruding part 26 controls not shown here are present.
- Fig. 3 shows the operating module 2 from the Fig. 1 and 2 more precisely from diagonally forward.
- the operating module 2 comprises in a common housing a display unit in the form of a pixel-controlled LCD display 27, on the side of each three touch-sensitive buttons 28 are mounted. Under the LCD display 27 are located as another switch two rotary knob 29. The toggle 29 are laterally below the area 25 to be inserted in the recess on the outwardly projecting part 26.
- Fig. 4 shows the operating module 2 on the Fig. 1 to 3 from diagonally behind.
- the part 25 to be inserted in the recess here shows electrical connections 30.
- Fig. 5 shows the operating module 2 of Fig. 1 to 4 laterally in section along the line II Fig. 3 , It can be seen the protruding portion 26, as indicated by the arrow pointing to the right, and the insertable into a recess portion 25, as indicated by the arrow pointing to the left.
- the protruding part 26 comprises the operating elements such as the toggle 29, the LCD display 27 mounted behind a plastic protective pane 31 and the touch-sensitive buttons (not shown), all of which are accommodated in a common housing 33.
- the insertable into the recess portion 25 includes electronics 32 for evaluating the signals of the controls 29; There is also a controlled by the electronics 32 speaker 34, for example, to generate clicks when turning the knob 29th
- Fig. 6 shows a further operating module 35 with a display unit 27 and touch-sensitive buttons 28, but which now has separate toggle 35.
- the lower edge of this operating module 35 is a protruding part 26 and projects laterally downwards beyond the part 25 to be inserted, so that here too display 27 and buttons 28 are arranged in front of the front of a door.
- Fig. 7 shows a further embodiment of an oven 37, in which now the control module 2 is actively cooled in the door 38.
- the existing in the top of the door 1 ventilation opening 23 from Control module receiving portion 20 is separated by the inner glass 5, this is now sealed by a sealing element 39.
- a ventilation opening 40 for the operating module receiving area 20 as well as an associated vent opening.
- cooling air is directed through the vent opening 40 on the inserted into the recess part 25 of the control module 2, z. B. sucked by the fan 16, and then continued through the vent in the flow chamber 15.
- This embodiment cools compared to the in Fig. 2
- the operating module 2 is more effective, but is also more complex in terms of manufacturing technology.
- Fig. 8 shows a sketch in plan view from the front a oven door 41 with five selected example forms of the arrangement of recesses 42 to 46, which are marked by the dash-dotted lines A1 to A5.
- the areas A1 to A5 can be present in a specific embodiment individually, repeatedly or in combination, namely at any suitable locations of a oven door. The following is the location of thermal demarcating partitions, z. B. strips, ribs, Isoliertouchn etc. in the door interior each shown dotted, while the outer boundary of the control module on the outside of the door 41 is shown in dashed lines.
- the recess 42 is inserted openly into the front windshield 4, so that the module can be inserted, for example, from above. It can also survive upwards.
- the associated dotted thermal boundary in the door interior encloses the recess except for the upper section and thus defines a.
- the externally protruding part of the operating module protrudes here on the left and right as well as down over the thermal boundary or the Whymodulfact Scheme Scheme out, if desired, also upwards. If a better thermal shielding is desired, the operating module receiving area can be chosen so large that the protruding part of the operating module, for example in the lateral direction (to the left, right, up and / or down), protrudes beyond the recess, but not beyond the control module receiving area.
- Area A3 shows a structure analogous to area A1, but now on the left side of the door 41.
- Area A5 differs from areas A1 to A4 in that the recess 46 is completely enclosed by the outer disk 47; the protruding part of the operating module protrudes laterally in all directions beyond the operating module receiving area.
- Area A6 corresponds in structure to the areas A1 and A4, but is arranged on the underside of the door 41.
- the invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Although use in hot / cold doors is particularly advantageous, however, the invention can be applied to all cooking appliances equipped with a door.
- the door may be equipped with other walls, such as metal, plastic, etc. These walls also do not have to be transparent. For transparent panes, materials other than glass may be used.
- the ventilation does not need to have the shape shown in the embodiments; for example, the air can be routed around the cooking chamber the other way round, ventilation openings can be positioned differently, and so on. It can also be completely dispensed with aeration; then the door can do without a hollow interior.
- a plurality of modules can be introduced into a recess, and it can be alternatively or additionally used a plurality of recesses, each with a control module.

WO 97/26486 - Aus

- In
