Abstract

L’invention concerne un embrayage à disques multiples pour véhicules motorisés, notamment pour motocyclettes, comprenant une roue (11) primaire couplée avec le volant d’un moteur à combustion interne et montée de manière à pouvoir tourner sur un arbre (10) d’entrée de boîte de vitesses, un panier (12) d'embrayage relié de manière rigide avec la roue primaire, un élément (13) d’entraînement disposé de manière concentrique par rapport à l’arbre d’entrée de boîte de vitesse et relié de manière rigide avec celui-ci, une plaque (14) de compression pouvant coulisser dans le sens axial avec l’élément d’entraînement, mais reliée de manière à ne pas pouvoir tourner, un pot (16) de compression relié de manière fixe avec la plaque de compression, un ressort (17) à membrane qui s’appuie par une zone de pourtour extérieure sur l’élément d’entraînement et par une zone de pourtour intérieure sur le pot de compression, un groupe de disques (18) d’embrayage de forme annulaire qui sont reliés en alternance au niveau du pourtour intérieur ou extérieur avec l'élément d'entraînement ou avec le panier de manière à ne pas pouvoir tourner, mais à pouvoir coulisser dans le sens axial, les disques étant montés entre la plaque de compression et l’élément d’entraînement, un palier (19) de débrayage disposé de manière coaxiale par rapport à l’arbre d’entrée de boîte de vitesses par le biais duquel une force de débrayage axiale peut être transmise à la plaque de compression, et un poussoir (20) en forme de champignon introduit dans la bague intérieure du palier de débrayage et reposant sur celui-ci avec une bride annulaire. Le poussoir (20) en forme de champignon est doté d’un prolongement (21) qui pénètre dans un orifice (22) de l’arbre (10) d’entrée de boîte de vitesse afin d’exercer un mouvement coaxial.
