Definitions
- the invention relates to an elastic foot pad for insertion or installation in shoes in the form of a curved, resilient sheet material support plate which is provided in the heel area with an elastic-flexible insulating body over which rests the support plate of the shoe sole.
- Elastic foot pads or footrests generally have the purpose of resiliently supporting the footbone skeleton or at least parts thereof in order in this way to relieve the foot and in particular to prevent changes in the skeleton. Moreover, this can be made more pleasant overall walking.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to improve a foot pad of the type mentioned so that the walking comfort is significantly increased even when it occurs, so the touchdown of the foot on the ground.
- the support plate is provided with a recess arranged substantially centrally in the heel area, which is open to the rear edge of the support plate, and that the insulating body of a heel facing foot pad and a shoe sole facing the damping member consists.
- the advantage achieved by the invention consists first in that the recess arranged in the heel area causes increased elasticity in the sense of improved spring properties, whereby a damping effect is achieved when occurring.
- This is additionally reinforced by the elastic-flexible insulating body also arranged in the heel area.
- the opening gap at the rear edge of the support plate can be made very narrow, but also relatively wide.
- This embodiment is particularly advantageous in persons with a heel spur, in particular the "lower heel spur", ie an ossification in the neck region of the small foot muscles on the underside of the heel bone, as a result, a significant relief is achieved.
- the recess is expediently formed substantially circular.
- the recess may be provided with a cutout extending to the rear edge of the support plate, thereby forming two spring tongues spaced apart by a gap.
- the two edges of the free-cutting are rounded.
- the recess is wedge-shaped widening towards the rear edge of the support plate out.
- the foot pad can hereby be flat or convex or concave towards the center. But the foot pad can also center a recess exhibit.
- the damping part is designed tapering towards the rear end of the support plate in a wedge shape. This results in a lever effect, which leads to an increase in the relief of the heel bone.
- damping member is provided at its front end with a bead-shaped, transversely extending and facing away from the support plate side projection.
- the foot pad and / or the damping member may be glued to the support plate.
- the foot pad and the damping part randseitg are connected to each other and form a receiving pocket for the support plate between them.
- a separate receiving pocket is provided for each of the two spring tongues of the support plate.
- the damping part prevents slippage of the support plate in the shoe, in particular if it is designed to be adhesive.
- a further improvement of the elasticity of the foot pad in the heel area is achieved by providing a hollow chamber, preferably filled with air, in the foot pad or in the damping part.
- the air ducts can either be incorporated directly into the material of the foot pad or the damping part or be formed of thin tubes, the material has a relation to the damping part higher hardness.
- the illustrated in the drawing foot pad is used for insertion or installation in shoes and consists essentially of a support plate 1, which is formed of curved, resilient sheet.
- the shape of the support plate 1 can be individually adapted to the shape of the foot, which is not discussed here in detail.
- elastic-flexible support body can be arranged in the front region of the support plate, ie in the region of the toes.
- the support plate 1 is provided in the heel area with an elastic-flexible insulating body 2, via which the support plate 1 of the shoe sole 3 rests.
- the support plate 1 with a substantially centrally in Provided heel area arranged recess 4, which is open to the rear edge of the support plate 1 through a cutout 7.
- two spaced apart by a gap spring tongues 1.1, 1.2 are formed at the rear end of the support plate 1, which have particular flexibility.
- the insulating body 2 from one of the heel facing foot pad 5 and one of the shoe sole 3 facing the damping part 6 is formed.
- the recess 4 is, as can be seen in particular FIG. 2 can be seen, formed substantially circular. Likewise, the two edges of the cutout 7 are rounded, so that in the heel area just exposed to a particularly high load no sharp edges or corners are present, which could affect the comfort uncomfortable.
- the recess 4 can widen in a wedge shape to the rear edge of the support plate 1 even in the drawing not shown in detail.
- the foot pad 5 is either flat as in Fig. 5 educated or can be - like out FIG. 1 to see - slightly bulge towards the middle, or - as in Fig. 6 - be lowered in the middle. Likewise, as in Fig. 9 to see, centrally a recess 11 may be present.
- the damping member 6 is formed tapered to the rear end of the support plate 1 towards wedge-shaped. This wedge shape leads by their leverage to a gain in the relief of the heel bone.
- the foot pad 5 and / or the damping member 6 may be glued in not shown in the drawing manner with the support plate 1.
- both edges are connected to each other and form a receiving pocket for the support plate 1 between them. Then both can be easily removed from the support plate 1 and replaced by new parts accordingly.
- each of the two spring tongues 1.1, 1.2 of the support plate 1 each have their own receiving pocket.
- Fig. 4 and 7 may be provided in the foot pad 5 or especially in the damping part 6 preferably filled with air hollow chamber 8, which brings a further improvement of the elastic properties with it.
- the hollow chamber 8 can - as in Fig. 7 to see - be arranged in the bead-shaped projection.
- air channels 9 can open into the hollow chamber, which extend to the edge of the foot pad 5 (FIG. Fig. 8 ) and / or the damping part 6 extend. Additionally or alternatively, the air channels 9 may also extend into the recess 11, as is apparent Fig. 9 can be seen.
- the mouths of the air ducts 9 can be slightly cut back to a free To allow air in or out.
- the air ducts (9) can be formed in this case in the drawing not shown manner of thin tubes, the material has a relation to the damping part 6 higher hardness.
- a flat recess for receiving an anti-slip head 10 is provided in the damping part 6.

Description
- Fig. 1
- die Fußunterlage in einer Seitenansicht,
- Fig. 2
- die Fußunterlage im hinteren Bereich in Draufsicht,
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 4
- den Gegenstand nach
Fig. 3 im Querschnitt. - Fig. 5
- und 6 weitere Ausgestaltungen in der
Fig. 4 entsprechender Darstellung, - Fig. 7
Fig. 4 bis 6 , - Fig 8
Fig. 4 bis 7 in weiteren Ausgestaltungen.
