Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour appliquer un matériau en nappe sur des éléments de charpente, le dispositif comportant des moyens en long de support (5) pour le matériau en nappe et des moyens (4, 10) pour fixer lesdits moyens de support aux éléments de charpente (3), dans lequel les moyens en long de support comportent un élément de base (11) présentant des bouts d'axe montant (39) pour s'engager dans des orifices préformés dans le matériau en nappe (54, 55) et un élément couvrant (12) à placer sur ledit élément de base pour appliquer la déformation de tension hors-plan dudit matériau en nappe, c'est-à-dire pour déformer le matériau en nappe (54, 55) hors de son propre plan et tendre ainsi le matériau en nappe (54, 55) lorsque l'élément couvrant (12) est tendu vers le bas sur l'élément de base (11), dans lequel les bouts d'axe montant (39) sont filetés (40) pour recevoir un écrou de blocage, en vue d'assembler l'élément couvrant (12) et l'élément de base (11) par la tension du textile du matériau en nappe (54, 55) qui se porte sur les bouts d'axe montant (39), caractérisé en ce que l'élément couvrant (12) présente des cannelures keder (49, 50) pour recevoir le bord d'un matériau en nappe supplémentaire (58, 59) conformé en un keder (60, 61).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de base (11) présente une zone centrale longitudinale à partir de laquelle les bouts d'axe montant (39) se prolongent, la zone centrale étant reliée par des éléments longitudinaux à gorge (32, 33) pour recevoir, en utilisation, les parties déformées hors-plan du matériau en nappe.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'élément couvrant (12) présente une zone centrale (44) à appliquer au-dessus de la zone centrale de l'élément de base (11), la zone centrale de l'élément couvrant étant pourvue d'orifices pour recevoir les bouts d'axe montant (39), et des conformations en U s'étendant vers de bas (45, 46) vers l'extérieur de la zone centrale et qui coopèrent avec les éléments à gorge (32, 33) de l'élément de base pour délimiter un espace pour la réception et la tension du matériau en nappe appliqué au-dessus des bouts d'axe montant, dans lequel la zone centrale de l'élément couvrant présente des prolongements (47, 48) de chaque côté au-dessus des gorges en U, le bord externe des prolongements délimitant un espace longitudinal avec le bord externe ou distal de l'élément en U et créant de ce fait la cannelure pour keder (49, 50).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les bouts d'axe montant (39) comportent des tiges conformées dans une partie inférieure avec un filetage fin ou standard (41) pour recevoir un écrou (43) afin de les serrer contre l'élément de base et dans une partie supérieure avec un filetage supplémentaire (40) pour recevoir un écrou de blocage afin de serrer l'élément couvrant contre l'élément de base et pour ainsi appliquer une force de tension au matériau en nappe.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le moyen de fixation des moyens de support aux éléments de charpente comporte une béquille (10) présentant des jambes s'étendant vers le bas (13, 14) pour s'engager à cheval sur l'élément de charpente (3) et des moyens supérieurs pour la fixation aux moyens de support.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la béquille de fixation (10) comporte une partie transversale supérieure (17) présentant une ouverture (26) à travers laquelle, en utilisation et une fois fixé aux moyens de support, la partie inférieure du bout d'axe montant peut faire saillie.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, dans lequel la partie transversale supérieure (17) de la béquille de fixation est conformé en épaulements incurvés (18, 19), un épaulement présentant une encoche latérale (20) qui reçoit une conformation en languette (35) formée d'un côté de la partie la plus inférieure de l'élément de base et l'autre épaulement étant conformé en butée (21) contre laquelle s'engage une autre languette (34) formée de l'autre côté de la partie la plus inférieure de l'élément de base.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, dans lequel la béquille de fixation porte une broche de verrouillage (22) à ressort en rappel élastique et disposée latéralement pour maintenir la béquille en engagement avec les moyens de support.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la broche de verrouillage est l'une des deux broches (64), disposées distantes et parallèles, reliées ensemble au niveau de leurs extrémités éloignées de leurs faces frontales avec une partie en pont ou de pontage, par laquelle les broches et la partie de pontage constituent un élément (65) conformé en V à deux broches.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant deux éléments couvrants (12), l'élément couvrant supérieur étant inversé au-dessus de l'élément couvrant inférieur.
  11. Structure comportant un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et un matériau en nappe porté par celui-ci, dans laquelle des moyens de support adjacents sont disposés de manière coaxiale ou selon un angle peu prononcé par découpe à onglet des faces d'extrémité, par lesquels les éléments à gorge et les cannelures pour keder demeurent en concordance.
  12. Procédé de construction d'une structure provisoire de toiture ou de confinement, le procédé comprenant l'assemblage de deux ensembles ou plus de structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes avec les éléments à gorge (32, 33) et les cannelures pour keder (49, 50) des ensembles adjacents en concordance et l'insertion de nappes (58, 59) à bord de type keder du matériau en nappe d'un côté de la structure.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la structure comprend un toit qui est assemblé au niveau du sol et soulevé ou hissé en position, des nappes ajourées (54, 55) étant fixées aux bouts d'axe montant (39) et tendues au moyen de l'élément couvrant (12), les espaces libres entre celles-ci étant couverts par des nappes à bord de type keder.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou la revendication 13, dans lequel, afin de fournir une isolation améliorée, une paroi interne est formée en matériau textile fixé aux bouts d'axe montant et tendu par un élément couvrant et dans lequel la paroi externe est formée par des nappes à bord de type keder qui tombent et sont logées dans les cannelures pour keder, l'espace située entre les paroi interne et externe pouvant être augmenté afin d'améliorer les propriétés d'isolation et d'appliquer la tension aux nappes de paroi externe.
