- the housing 1.1 has a compressed air connection 15, via which compressed air DL flow into the interior of the housing can.
- the compressed air DL causes the compressed air chamber, which is located between the inside of the housing and the delivery chamber 2, expands and thus the delivery chamber 2 hose is compressed. This in turn causes the volume in the delivery chamber tube 2 decreases.
- a negative pressure can be generated in the housing 1.1 by drawing air from the compressed air chamber.
- the negative pressure Vak ensures that the delivery chamber hose 2 is repeatedly brought into the same defined starting position.
- it can be achieved with the help of the negative pressure Vak that compressed by the compressed air DL delivery hose 2 expands faster again.
- a compressed air connection 17 is provided on the housing 1.2 in order to allow compressed air to flow into the housing 1.2.
- the housing 1.2 has a connection 18 which can be connected to a vacuum source.
- the conveyor works as follows. First, the inlet valve of the first delivery unit is closed and the outlet valve of the first delivery unit is opened. Then the delivery chamber hose 2 of the first delivery unit is compressed by means of compressed air DL, so that the volume in the delivery chamber 40.1 is reduced. Subsequently, first the outlet valve of the first delivery unit is closed and then the inlet valve of the first delivery unit is opened and it is ensured that the delivery chamber hose 2 can expand again. In this way, powder is sucked into the delivery chamber 40.1. Then the inlet valve of the first conveyor unit is closed again and the outlet valve of the first conveyor unit is opened. Will now via the port 19 conveying air blown into the delivery chamber 40.1 of the delivery hose 2, the powder is conveyed out of the delivery chamber 40.1.
- the second conveyor unit works on the same principle.
- the two conveyor units are operated so that while the one feed unit sucks powder from the powder reservoir, the other conveyor unit transports the powder in the direction of Pulversprühpistole. So while one delivery hose is compressed, the other delivery hose expands.
- the two housing parts 1.1 and 1.2 may be tubes with a square or rectangular cross-section.
- the openings in the housing covers 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6 can, as in FIG. 2 shown to be oval. This ensures that the delivery hose is compressed evenly in a plane parallel and again the same deformation of the delivery hose occurs at each working cycle.
- FIG. 3 is a first possible embodiment of the delivery chamber tube, which is also referred to as a delivery hose, shown in a three-dimensional view.
- the jacket 34 of the delivery chamber tube has a taper 33. If the delivery chamber hose is pressurized with compressed air, first the part of the delivery chamber hose is compressed at which the resistance of the delivery hose is the smallest. At the in FIGS. 3 and 4 In the embodiment shown, this is the region 33 in which the taper is located. Only then is the remaining part of the delivery hose pressed together. In this way, it is thus achieved that the delivery hose is always compressed first on the inlet side 31 and only then in the middle and on the outlet side 32.
- this ensures that the powder or fluid present in the delivery hose 2 is transported out of the delivery hose first in the region of the inlet 31, then in the middle region and then in the region of the outlet 32. If, on the other hand, the conveying hose were compressed first in the middle and then at the inlet 31, this could lead to the powder not being transported completely out of the conveying hose. In addition, it might happen that the powder is pushed back to the inlet side 31.
- resistance is meant the mechanical resistance or the mechanical moment of resistance. The smaller the resistance of the material, the smaller the rigidity of the material.
- an arrow 30 may be applied to the conveying direction on the delivery hose.
- FIG. 5 a second embodiment of the delivery hose is shown in side view.
- the delivery hose according to FIG. 5 in the area of intake four tapers 35.1 to 35.4 on. This also ensures that the delivery hose in the region of the inlet 31 has the smallest resistance.
- FIG. 6 a third possible embodiment of the delivery hose is shown in side view.
- the reduction of the resistance in the region of the inlet 31 is achieved in that on the lateral surface 34 of the tube recesses 36.1 and 36.2 are arranged, which are largest in the region of the inlet 31 and in the region of the outlet 32 smallest.
- FIG. 7 a fourth embodiment of the delivery hose is shown in cross section.
- the delivery hose is constructed from two layers 34 and 37, the layer 37 having the smallest wall thickness in the region of the inlet 31 and the greatest wall thickness in the region of the outlet. This also ensures that the delivery hose in the region of the inlet 31 has a smaller resistance than in the region of the outlet 32.
- the layer 34 may have the greatest wall thickness in the region of the inlet 31 and the smallest wall thickness in the region of the outlet 32. If the material of the layer 34 has a smaller resistance than the material of the layer 37, an overall smaller resistance is again achieved in the region of the inlet 31 than in the region of the outlet 32.
- FIG. 8 a fifth embodiment of the delivery hose is shown in cross-section.
- reinforcements 38.1 and 38.2 are incorporated in the delivery hose in the middle region and in the end region. This also ensures that the delivery hose has a smaller resistance in the region of the inlet 31 than in the region of the outlet 32.
- reinforcements 38.1 and 38.2 can serve as wires or fibers. Instead, a serving as a reinforcing Mesh or mesh incorporated into the delivery hose or applied to the delivery hose.
- a sixth embodiment of the delivery hose is in FIG. 9 shown in cross section.
- the wall thickness x1 remains constant over the length of the delivery hose.
- the inner diameter d1 in the region of the inlet 31 is greater than the inner diameter d2 in the region of the outlet 32. This results in a delivery hose having a conically extending delivery chamber 40 and a reduced resistance in the region of the inlet 31.
- FIG. 10 a seventh embodiment of the delivery hose is shown in cross-section.
- the wall thickness x1 in the region of the inlet 31 is smaller than the wall thickness x2 in the region of the outlet 32.
- the inner diameter d1 of the delivery hose is constant. Due to the smaller wall thickness in the region of the inlet 31, it is achieved that the delivery hose has a smaller resistance in the region of the inlet 31 than in the region of the outlet 32 and thus is compressed first in the inlet region, then in the middle and finally in the outlet region.
- the conicity can in the in the FIGS. 9 and 10 shown embodiments, for example, at 0.5 °.

- In
- In
- In
- In
- In
- In
- In
