Assembly (1) for the storage and controlled distribution of individual products, comprising a container (2) for bulk storage of the said products, reclosable closure means (4) for the container (2), and a delivery-limiting device (3) for distribution of the products, provided with a top surface (20) and a lower surface (21), a peripheral cylindrical skirt (10), fixing means (9a, 9b) on the container (2), at least one guide surface (12) opening onto a distribution opening (15), a tearable membrane (5) which provides evidence of first opening connected to the perimeter of the distribution opening and wholly closing off the said opening and provided with means for gripping and traction (7), the distribution opening causing the lower surface (21) and the upper surface (20) to be in communication and allow the products for distribution to pass after the tearable membrane (5) has been torn, the assembly (1) comprising dehydrating means, characterised in that it is the closure means (4) which has the dehydrating means, and in that the delivery-limiting device (3) further comprises:
    a passage (11) allowing an exchange of gas between the lower surface (21) and the upper surface (20) but preventing distribution of the packed products because of its restricted dimensions, the passage (11) comprising
    a) holes, slots, windows or openings placed in any position on the lower surface or the guide surface (12) of the assembly (3) or directly on the tearable membrane (5), or
    b) free spaces between the cuttable micro-bridges connecting the tearable membrane (5) to the perimeter of the distribution orifice (15).
  2. Assembly (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the tearable membrane (5) connected to the perimeter of the distribution opening (15) is connected by an integral continuous thin connection (6) of the tearable film type, or by a multiplicity of cuttable micro-bridges (6).
  3. Assembly (1) according to either of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the gripping and pulling means (7) of one piece with the tearable membrane (5) is preferably a ring.
  4. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the entry opening to the delivery-limiting device (3) is of circular, elliptical or polygonal cross-section.
  5. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the entry opening to the delivery-limiting device (3) has a cross-section which is at the most of the same size as the internal cross-section of the neck of the container (2).
  6. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the guide surface (12, 22) of the delivery-limiting device (3) is a spherical, frustoconical, cylindrical/frustoconical, truncated parabolic, truncated hyperbolic surface, these surfaces being right or oblique concave or convex surfaces of revolution.
  7. Assembly (1) according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the guide surface (12) of the delivery-limiting device (3) is a planar surface incorporating the distribution opening (15).
  8. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the distribution opening (15) is of preferably circular, elliptical or polygonal cross-section.
  9. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the distribution opening (15) lies outside the axis of symmetry of the device (3).
  10. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the distribution opening (15) is located in a position which is substantially set back in relation to the plane of the upper annular surface of the skirt of the device (3), thus freeing a space between the said opening and the bottom of the closure means (4).
  11. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the means (9a, 9b) for attachment of the delivery-limiting device (3) is positioned on the outer peripheral surface of the skirt (10) of the device (3).
  12. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the means for attachment of the delivery-limiting device (3) is of the force-fit sleeve, snap connection with groove and rib, differential thermal shrinkage, screwed or click-on type.
  13. Assembly (1) according claim 12, characterised in that the means for attachment of the delivery-limiting device (3) comprises a rib system (9a) matching a groove (9b) located on the inner cylindrical surface of the container (2) and acting together with the rib on the external cylindrical surface of the skirt (10) of the delivery-limiting distribution device.
  14. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the attachment means for the delivery-limiting device (3) comprises a support whereby the device can be positioned vertically in relation to the neck of the associated container (2), this support being preferably a collar abutting the neck of the container (2) or placed in a circular housing of the shoulder type (8) provided in the neck of the container (2).
  15. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that the upper annular surface of the cylindrical skirt (10) of the device (3) is flush with the upper surface of the container.
  16. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the delivery-limiting device (3) comprises a recess (18b) on the inner cylindrical surface of the skirt (10) acting together with the bulge (18a) located on the outer cylindrical surface of the closure means (4).
  17. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 16, characterised in that the delivery-limiting device (3) is manufactured through the injection of thermoplastic materials.
  18. Process for the packaging of individual products in the assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 17, characterised in that the closure means (4) of the cap type and the delivery-limiter (3) are pre-assembled by the manufacturer as a sub-assembly prior to final fitting in the packaging system in order to close the container.
  19. Use of the storage and distribution assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 17 for the storage and distribution of products packed in bulk which preferably have to be distributed one by one, in particular pharmaceutical products in the form of wafers, lozenges, pills, tablets, pastilles, granulates, hard capsules or capsules.
