  1. Childproof closure device for a screw container (1), comprising:
    (i) a neck (2) of the container (1),
    (ii) a cap which can be screwed onto the neck (2) of container (1) with which it is associated, the said cap comprising an end and a cylindrical side wall bearing a screw and a first set of catches (13) on its inner surface, referred as being childproof, and
    (iii) a ring providing evidence of first opening (16) attached to the cylindrical side wall by small cuttable bridges (22), the said ring (16) being also provided on its inside surface with a second set of catches (17), referred to as tamper-proof catches, the first and second sets of catches acting together with corresponding sets of catches (4, 7) positioned on the base of the neck of container (2),
    characterised in that the cylindrical side wall of the cap is formed of two zones, a first top zone (10), which is rigid and non-deformable, of diameter (d1), forming the body of the cap comprising the screw, and a second bottom zone (11), of diameter (d2), forming a flexible skirt which can be deformed through symmetrical double lateral centripetal pressure applied to the two diametrically opposite gripping surfaces (12), and in that the second zone comprises on its inside surface the said first set of catches (13), referred to as being childproof, and
    in that the height of the two catches (4) positioned on the neck (2) of the container (1) acting together with the two catches of the first set of catches (13) is such that the said catches are positioned downwards below the zone of the screw on the neck (2) of the container (1) and extend down to the lower peripheral zone of the ring (16) providing evidence of first opening when this is in place, all the other catches (7) being of shorter height.
  2. Childproof closure device according to claim 1, characterised in that the top zone (10) and bottom zone (11) of the cylindrical side wall are connected together through a rigid shoulder (24).
  3. Childproof closure device according to either of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the deformation applied to the gripping surfaces (12) is transmitted to the tamper-proof ring (16) in such a way that the catches of the second set of catches (17) act intimately together with the corresponding catches (4, 7) located on the neck (2) of the container (1).
  4. Childproof closure device according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the ring (16) providing evidence of first opening is attached to the skirt (11) in such a way that deformation of the skirt (11) does not bring about equivalent deformation of the ring (16).
  5. Childproof closure device according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the diameter d1 of the top zone (10) is less than the diameter d2 of the bottom zone (11).
  6. Childproof closure device according to at least one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the catches in the first set of catches (13) are two in number and are located on the inner surface of the skirt (11) of the cap, diametrically opposite to each other, on a diameter which is itself parallel to the plane of orientation of the two gripping surfaces (12) and act together with the two corresponding catches (4, 7) located on the neck (2) of the associated container (1).
  7. Childproof closure device according to at least one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the ring (16) providing evidence of first opening has a second set of two catches (17), referred to as tamper-proof catches, on its inner surface located opposite the two gripping surfaces (12) which act together with the two corresponding catches (4, 7) located on the neck (2) of the associated container (1).
  8. Childproof closure device according to at least one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the profiles of the catches in the first and second set of catches comprise when observed in a section plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation a gentle ramp (5, 8, 14) followed by a steep gradient (6, 9, 15), the profiles of the catches with which they act together being arranged in an opposing manner in such a way that for the two catches which act together the gentle slopes slide over each other during closure and the steep slopes lock on opening.
  9. Childproof closure device according to at least one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the two sets of catches are located in perpendicular planes which bound the surface of the steep surfaces and ensure quality locking of the catches in the cap with the corresponding catches in the neck of the container.
  10. Childproof closure device according to at least one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the ring (16) providing evidence of first opening is attached to the skirt (11) through four small bridges (22).
  11. Childproof closure device according to claim 10, characterised in that the small bridges (22) taken in pairs are located close to and away from the catches in the second set of catches (17) referred to as tamper-proof catches.
  12. Childproof closure device according to at least one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the said cap comprises dehydrating means (20, 21).
  13. Childproof closure device according to claim 12, characterised in that the dehydrating means (20, 21) is of the applied type, this means comprising an appropriate housing (20) located on the end of the inner cap in which a dehydrating agent is placed, the said housing being closed off by closure means which are not impervious to ambient moisture.
  14. Childproof closure device according to claim 13, characterised in that the dehydrating agent is selected from the group comprising silica gels, molecular sieves, diatomaceous earths in the form of a powder or a deposit on a powder substrate or in the form of a capsule made of polymer material which may or may not contain dehydrating fills.
  15. Childproof closure device according to at least one of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that in order to establish a seal between the inner part of the neck of the container and the cap having an internal screw, the inner cap is fitted with a coaxial cylindrical component (23) positioned within the said cap and fitting the neck (2) of the container (1) through a terminal bevel.
  16. Childproof closure device according to at least one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that it is constructed from compositions formulated from thermoplastic polymers selected from the group comprising polyethylenes, polypropylenes, ethylene/ propylene copolymers used alone or as mixtures, whether formulated or not, polyamides (PA), polystyrenes (PS), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers (ABS), styrene-acrylonitrile copolymers (SAN) polymethyl methacrylates (PMMA), polyethylene terephthalates (PET), polybutylene terephthalates (PBT), polyacetals (POM), polyvinyl chlorides (PVC) and polycarbonates (PC).
  17. Childproof closure device according to claim 16, characterised in that the compositions formulated from thermoplastic polymers contain thermoplastic elastomers.
  18. Use of a childproof closure device according to claims 1 to 17 for the closure of containers intended for the storage of products which are sensitive to moisture such as pharmaceutical or other products which have to be consumed progressively and providing security with regard to both the physical integrity of the packaging prior to first opening and the child risk.
