Definitions
- the invention relates to a wastewater lifting plant with a collecting container for liquids, especially sewage, faeces or the like, with a device for emptying the container, in particular a pump connected to a motor, which is arranged as a motor pump unit completely or partially lowered in the container, the container has at least one each inlet and outlet line for the liquids and sewage lifting plant is provided with a device for switching the pump in response to a liquid level within the container.
- Such sewage lifting systems are often used as Klakalienhebeanlagen application and are used in buildings and facilities when a wastewater to be pumped below a so-called backwater level.
- the backflow level is usually a height level of an external sewer system located outside a building under a road.
- means are needed to monitor the level of liquid within the container to ensure timely starting and stopping of the pump.
- Such a wastewater lifting plant for collecting and pumping out dirty water.
- the wastewater lifting plant has a collecting container and a motor pump unit located therein, which receives its switching signals by a pneumatic control bell.
- This is a pitot tube whose volume of air trapped as the contents of a container rise and thus creates a static pressure in the pitot tube.
- This pressure is detected by a pressure sensor and its value is converted into a filling level of the respective container.
- dynamic pressure systems which exist in a variety of forms, are susceptible to being within the container Dirty water and its components.
- the DE-A-31 13 903 discloses the features according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention is therefore based on the problem to develop a level detection, reliably detected by the level in the tank problems and can be dispensed with elaborate, exposed to the liquid additional protective devices.
- the solution to the problem provides that one or more sensors are arranged on the outside of the resilient container bottom surface and measure their deformation.
- the problem of polluting level sensors is easily avoided. Since the sensors detecting the degree of deformation of a container bottom part are mounted on the outside of the container, they are completely removed from the harmful effects of a wastewater. By arranging the container bottom part with a distance to a footprint for the sewage lifting unit, a cavity is formed therebetween. This cavity is at the same time a protective space for the external sensors in relation to external mechanical ones Influences and prevents damage to the resilient container bottom part.
- the container bottom or a partial surface thereof are designed so that at least one sensor is arranged at a container bottom measuring point, at which an evaluable deformation occurs at the maximum filled container. Likewise, it is provided that at least one sensor is arranged at a container bottom measuring point, at which an evaluable deformation occurs at minimally filled container.
- the generation of sensor signals is ensured with which reliably the necessary switch-on, shutdown or alarm points of a wastewater lifting plant or the associated pump and the dependence on the respective level in the container can be detected.
- the maximum deformation occurring at a measuring point of a loading container is within the respective permissible material values. This is achieved by a corresponding shaping of the container bottom or a part thereof.
- an elastically yielding element sealingly and flexibly held and to connect with at least one sensor.
- a sensor signal on a respective level is processed by the known evaluation of such wastewater lifting systems for a pump control.
- one or more sensors are mounted interchangeable. This can be done by means of simple snap or clamp connections and simplifies the production while easy replacement of a sensor in a possible maintenance case.
- FIG. 1 is a cross section through a building shown in the basement of a sanitary facility is shown.
- a sewage lifting plant 1 the sewage of the sanitary device and other liquids to be disposed of flow and are collected in it until a sufficiently high level for a case by case promotion is achieved.
- the sewage lifting plant consists of a liquid and odor-tight container 2 and a sealingly arranged therein pump 3 in the form of a motor pump unit, which is designed for the trouble-free promotion of such liquids.
- Via a feed line 4 a waste water is introduced into the container 2 and conveyed via a drain line 5 in the form of a pressure line via a backflow level 6, to drain from there into a sewer system 7.
- such a container 2 is provided with a - not shown - ventilation, whereby a gas removal is achieved and the emergence of a .Über horres in the container 2 is prevented.
- a ventilation connection is usually led over the roof of a building in order to avoid odor nuisance.
- the Fig. 2 shows an enlarged view of a side view of such a sewage lifting plant according to the prior art.
- the collecting the waste water tank 2 is hermetically sealed to prevent their escape and odors in a building.
- the container 2 is connected to a supply line 4 and a drain line 5, wherein in the latter a check valve 8 and a check valve 9 are arranged.
- Partially immersed in the container 2 is an electrically driven pump 3. It delivers into the drain line 5 and is always turned on only when needed. For this purpose, it is connected to a switching device 10 for controlling and monitoring the operation of such a wastewater lifting plant.
- a float switch 11 is shown in dashed representation as prior art. With such arranged within the container 2 float switch a signal is transmitted to the switching device 10 upon reaching three tank-level container levels shown P A , P E and A and triggered by this a switching function for the wastewater lifting plant.
- the lowest line P A stands for the switching function "pump off”.
- the pivotally mounted float switch then hangs down. Moving with increasing liquid level the float upwards until it reaches a switching position at a container level P E , which corresponds to the switching function "pump on” and has a switching on of the pump by the switching device 10 result. And when the upper, third tank level A, an impermissible operating state, is reached, an alarm function is triggered.
- the alarm function prevents flooding of the basement rooms by a backflow and an exit from the inlets of the connected equipment. This condition may occur even if the pump fails. It is therefore important to ensure a constant functional readiness of such a float switch arranged inside the container.
- the Fig. 3 shows, however, as an improvement of the previous solutions an enlarged section of the container 2 in the form of a cross section through a container bottom 12.
- the bottom 12 of the container 2 has a portion 12.1, which is arranged above and at a distance to a mounting plane 13 for the sewage lifting system is characterized formed between the mounting plane 13 and the resting thereon with the bottom surface 12 container 2 a completely or partially closed cavity 16. This shields the resilient portion 12.1 of the container bottom 12 from external influences.
- the portion 12.1 of the container bottom 12 is elastically yielding and on its outer side 14, one or more sensors 15 are arranged. The distance between the sensor 15 mounted at the lowest point and the mounting plane 13 is dimensioned so large that upon complete filling of a container 2, contact with the mounting plane 13 is reliably avoided.
- the respective degree of filling of a container 2 acts in the form of a liquid column deforming on the elastically yielding part surface 12.1. Its respective degree of deformation detected at least one outer sensor 15. Its signal is converted by means of the switching device 10 in a level signal, displayed and / or used to control the pump 3.
- the container bottom surface Due to an adjusting within the container liquid level and the resulting liquid column, the container bottom surface is deformed or deflected differently. The orders of magnitude of these deformations are within the permissible values of the material used for the container 2.
- strain acting which are used as a direct measure of the level within the container 2. Since the sensor 15 is arranged in a cavity 16 which is formed between the mounting plane 13 and the container bottom part 12.1, which is raised in contrast thereto, an additional protection space for the sensor 15 results.
- the signal lines of the sensor 15, which are not shown here, are also completely outside the sewage lifting unit and are therefore easy to connect to the switching device 10.
- the usual cable bushings in the container 2 thus eliminated completely. This provides an additional safety feature for safe operation.
- the Fig. 4 shows another embodiment of the bottom surface 12.
- the resilient container bottom part 12.1 additionally designed an elastically yielding container bottom part 12.2 as a liquid-tight membrane used.
- This container bottom part 12.2 may be made of a rubber material, may be formed as a plate made of an elastic plastic, designed as a metallic membrane or as a combination of such materials.
- the respective liquid level in the container 2 deflects the container bottom part 12. 2 in the direction of the outside 14.
- Fig. 5 shows the arrangement of the sensor 15 in a replaceable designed housing 17, which may be secured by known means 18 on the container bottom part 12.1. In the embodiment shown, it also serves for fastening the container bottom part 12.2. And the sensor 15 may be designed as an inductive system for a displacement measurement or as a piezo-quartz for a pressure measurement.

Description
DE-A 3 430 527 bekannt sind.
- Fig. 1
- ein Einbauschema für eine Abwasserhebeanlage, die
- Fig. 2
- eine Ansicht der Abwasserhebeanlage, die
- Fig. 3 & 4
- Ansichten von Sensoranordnungen und die
- Fig. 5
Fig. 4 zeigt eine andere Ausbildungsform der Bodenfläche 12.
