Definitions

  • the invention relates to the field of gabions, i. cavities spanned by cubic wireframe elements, which are filled with a bed, in particular a riprap.
  • each stone basket - hereinafter generally referred to as gabion - has six sides formed by grid elements perpendicular to each other.
  • the self-level grid elements for the shaping and shape retention and education planer surfaces that allow stacking to a wall as in extremely large blocks of a usual size of 1 to 2 sqm 3 volume.
  • the gabions are stacked offset to each other, so that a wall-like but mortar-free composite is formed, in which each new level has an upper side formed by grid elements on which a bottom formed by a grid element of the next overlying gabion can be placed.
  • Such gabions can be filled in situ with a riprap and closed after they are already in position, or ready-made gabions such as stone cuboids are positioned in place over hoists.
  • - Gabions tend to bulge under the pressure of the filling on the outer wall surfaces, which is accompanied by deformations on the abutment surfaces.
  • the cost of materials is relatively large, which has a particularly adverse effect on such gabions with regard to kilometer-long traffic route boundaries.
  • the logistics and installation time are also a significant factor, especially for the bordering of traffic routes, such as roads or railway lines.
  • a generic gabion protective wall is described with a plurality of superposed hollow lattice-like components, in which a bulk material can be filled. These components are formed by the fact that cut lattice pieces are bent U-shaped and then put on each other. The components are fixed for stabilization on adjusting elements, which are fastened to a pole anchored in the ground.
  • the US 2005/0286980 A1 discloses a retaining wall for a ground formation such as a slope.
  • the support wall comprises at least one, but preferably a plurality of reinforcing mats to be arranged on the bottom side, a wall end face, and wire baskets for coarse bulk material arranged in a tiered manner. It is provided that the front and back sides of the wire baskets have a narrower mesh size than the cross-linking grid elements. In this way, falling out of the bulk material is avoided on the front side and at the same time does not hinder distribution of the bulk material within the wire baskets perpendicular to the cross-linking grid elements.
  • the stabilizing function of the bottom reinforcing mats is indispensable for every wire basket floor.
  • the reinforcement mats are anchored approximately in the ground or in a bulk material between two wall sections. The floor-like arrangement with respective anchoring results in a considerable assembly and material costs.
  • the invention has for its object to improve the Eigentragêt and stability of the endless gabion wall with low assembly and material costs for gabions produced endless walls.
  • grid elements are used in which at least a portion of the horizontal bars is made double, the horizontal bars arranged on one side and on the other side of vertical bars and with this example are connected by welding at the same height level.
  • doubled horizontal relief bars are alternately shorter than are held on the opposite grid table, inter alia, in order to realize a self-level appearance at the overlapping point.
  • the invention also makes it possible, in principle without vertical joints, to realize a practically endless gabion wall which is stable in itself without any further measures and can be realized without further connecting means, the filling taking place after erecting the grid structure on site , On a maximally still manageable cuboid size no consideration must be taken, so that wall heights of eg 2 or 3 meters can be formed in one piece, since the vertical extent of the first and second grid elements that form the two outer wall surfaces, even at heights of 4 , 5 or 6 meters are easily transportable.
  • the Switzerlands In order to make optimum use of horizontal tensile forces caused by the cavity filling and the resulting outward-acting and surface-normal pressure, according to an embodiment of the invention, the Wermans institute at the outer wall-side ends of the third grid elements between closely adjacent vertical bars in an overlap region of the first and second, the outer wall surfaces forming grid elements arranged. As a result, horizontal tensile forces are transmitted from the horizontal bars of the first and second grid elements via the connecting element directly to the horizontal grid bar of the adjacent first and second grid element.
  • the Switzerlandians institute from the outer wall-side ends of the third grid elements cooperate with at least one vertical grid bar per grid element of the first or second grid elements in the joint area.
  • the tensile tie elements of each of the two adjacent first and second grid elements preferably overlapping at their edges, engage at least one horizontal grid bar each.
  • This arrangement has the further advantage that bumps or inclination changes of the footprint of the endless gabion wall evenly distributed over the wall height at the overlap edges can be compensated without further aids.
  • the adjacent grating element panels can therefore not only be set up and connected in an exactly parallel manner to each other, but also at a certain angle deviating from the perpendicular direction, and connected to one another. Furthermore, it is possible to realize a height offset at the overlapping joints of adjacent first and second grid elements in order to take account of terraced terrain forms.
  • Endless walls of the invention can also be realized in a polygonal manner as curved walls.
  • the overlap of the grid elements on one or the other outer wall surface can be correspondingly increased.
  • the widths of the first and second grid members may be selected differently or made by shortening.
  • the Switzerland Jardinharmsetti the third grid elements can be realized in various ways. Particularly simple to manufacture and assemble while still extremely suitable for the transfer of the upcoming horizontal forces have been bent by about 180 ° hook forms at the end of the horizontal bars of the third grid elements proven.
  • a high degree of design diversity and consideration of the respective expected forces on the grid elements results from specifying a freely selectable grid spacing of the horizontal and vertical grid bars of the first and second grid elements, wherein smaller horizontal distances of vertical grid bars in the region of the overlapping bump edges are particularly advantageous.
  • the lattice spacings of the third lattice elements are selected to be comparatively large in order to allow the cavity filling material in the region of these wall transverse partitions opportunity for mutual toothing with the lattice meshes and through them with the opposing Bats Swissgut.
  • the points of the two grids connected to the two outer wall surfaces are preferably both in the region of joints of the first and second grid elements and particularly preferably in a rectangular orientation to the outer wall surfaces.
  • the third grid elements are connected at their one outer wall-side edge with such a joint, while the opposite grid edge engage in a region between adjacent joints of the opposite outer wall surface.
  • FIGS. 1 to 10 show first grid elements 1. outer wall surfaces 1 'form with vertical bars 1 and double-laid horizontal bars 1B. Parallel opposite there are second grid elements 2 of vertical bars 2A and double-laid horizontal bars 2B to form a second outer wall surface 2 ', wherein the grid mesh prevent passage of a non-illustrated filling 5 forming piece goods through the outer wall surfaces.
  • Third grid elements 3 of vertical and horizontal bars 3A and 3B have a larger mesh size W than the outer wall surfaces, so that lumpy product interlocks with the lattice panels 3 and the adjacent Gregut Published Application (SIG) on the other transverse wall side.
  • fourth grid elements 4 which may be inserted outside overlapping areas 7 of the outer wall surfaces.
  • Hook-shaped tie rods 6 of the transverse walls 3 summarize the overlapping areas of adjacent outer wall grid elements 1, 2 and transmit transverse and longitudinal tensile forces of the endless gabion wall.
