Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Reibkompensation in einer Wickelmaschine (1), mit der ein Material auf eine Wickeltrommel (30) aufgewickelt wird, wobei die Wickeltrommel (30) von einem Wickelantrieb angetrieben wird, der von einer Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung angesteuert wird, wobei in der Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung (10) ein Antriebsmoment des Wickelantriebes vorgegeben wird, wobei in einer Reibkompensationseinheit (14) als ein eingangsseitiger Prozessparameter eine Winkelgeschwindigkeit der Wickeltrommel (30) berücksichtigt wird, wobei zur Kompensation des Reibmomentes mindestens ein zusätzlicher Prozessparameter berücksichtigt wird.
Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Vorrichtung zur Reibkompensation in einer Wickelmaschine (1), mit der ein Material (70) auf eine Wickeltrommel (30) aufwickelbar ist, wobei die Wickeltrommel (30) mit einem Wickelantrieb angetrieben ist, der mit einer Steuer/Regeleinrichtung (10) ansteuerbar ist, wobei in der Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung ein Zugspannungsregler (11) sowie eine Durchmesser-Recheneinheit (12) und / oder eine Reib-Kompensationseinheit (14) zur Linearisierurig des Zugspannungsreglers (11) angeordnet sind, wobei in der Reibkompensationseinheit (14) als ein eingangsseitiger Prozessparameter eine Winkelgeschwindigkeit der Wickeltrommel (30) aufgeschaltet ist, wobei zur Kompensation des Reibmomentes in der Reibkompensationseinheit (14) mindestens ein zusätzlicher Prozessparameter eingangsseitig aufgeschaltet ist.
Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung ermöglichen es, die verschiedenen Reibkompensationsanteile besser zu berücksichtigen, sodass daraus eine deutlich verbesserte Regelung resultiert. Weiterhin können die verschiedenen Kompensationsparameter weitgehend automatisiert ermittelt und überwacht werden.
