Description

Ständerteil
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ständerteil, insbesondere aus Wellpappe, Vollpappe oder ähnlichem Material bestehend, mit einzelnen, einstückig miteinander verbundenen Teilflächen.
Die moderne Konsumgüterindustrie setzt heute vorrangig auf sog. Displayverpackungen, mit denen sich Produkte aller Art am Ort des Verkaufs gut plazieren und aufständern lassen. In der Regel wird die dahingehende Displayverpackung in der Art einer Displaypalette ausgebildet und dergestalt, wie bei sonstigen Palettensystemen üblich, transportiert, wobei dann am Ort der Aufstellung und des Verkaufs für die jeweilige Aufstell- oder Verkaufsmannschaft eine Vielzahl von Handhabungsschritten notwendig ist, um den Inhalt der Displaypaletten verkaufsfähig zu machen. Auch weisen die bekannten Lösungen eine Vielzahl an Wellpappen- Einzelkomponenten auf, die sowohl die Herstellung kosten intensiv machen als auch den Aufbau um die angesprochene Displaypalette verkaufsfähig zu vervollständigen.
Die Schrift DE 689 10 766 T2 offenbart zwar bereits die Herstellung der Seitenwände eines Behälters aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt aus Kartonma- terial. Ein demgemäß hergestelltes Behältnis ist jedoch aufgrund geringer Strukturfestigkeit für eine Verwendung als Ständerteil oder als Sockelteil für das Aufständern von Produktdisplays wenig geeignet.
Ausgehend von dem in der erwähnten Druckschrift aufgezeigten Stand der Technik stellt sich die Erfindung die Aufgabe ein aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt gebildetes Ständerteil zur Verfügung zu stellen, das sich durch eine hohe Standfestigkeit auszeichnet.
Erfindungsgemäß ist diese Aufgabe durch ein Ständerteil gelöst, das die Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 in seiner Gesamtheit aufweist.
Mit der Merkmalsausgestaltung gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruches 1 ist aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt ein Ständerteil generierbar, das an beiden gegenüberliegenden Endrändern, also, bezogen auf die Auf- Stellposition, am unteren Rand und am oberen Rand, jeweils nach innen umgelegte Flächen aufweist, die jeweils den inneren Aufstellraum randsei- tig begrenzen. Somit befinden sich sowohl an der Oberseite als auch an der Unterseite Stand- bzw. Auflageflächen. Das erfindungsgemäße Ständerteil ist daher besonders geeignet, um, beispielsweise als Sockelteil ausgebildet, Produktdisplays am Verkaufsort aufzuständern.
Das erfindungsgemäße Ständerteil läßt sich aus dem ebenen Zuschnitt leicht und bequem als eine Art Ständerkasten erzeugen, indem man die Randteilflächen von Hand einklappt und hochstellt und dergestalt automa- tisch den Sockel mit seinen Seitenwänden, gebildet aus den Teilflächen, generiert.
Der dahingehende Aufbau läßt sich für eine Aufstellmannschaft sowohl am Ort der Produktion als auch am Ort der Befüllung mit Produkten oder an deren Verkaufsstellen leicht erlernen und durchführen, da die angesprochene Art der Sockelbildung sich selbst erläuternd aus dem Aufbau der ebenen Zuschnitte ergibt.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen des erfindungsgemäßen Ständerteils sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Im Folgenden wird das erfindungsgemäße Ständerteil anhand verschiedener Ausführungsformen nach der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen in prinzipieller und nicht maßstäblicher Darstellung die
Fig.1 das Ständerteil zunächst als ebenen Zuschnitt, der in Einzelschritten hochgestellt am Ende den in Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 gesehen unten rechts dargestellten Sockelkasten bildet;
Fig.2 und 3 zwei weitere Ausführungsformen des Sockelteils nach der Fig.1; jedoch nur als jeweiligen Zuschnitt wiedergegeben.
Fig. 1 zeigt zunächst in Blickrichtung links oben einen ebenen, aus WeII- pappenmaterial bestehenden Zuschnitt, der dergestalt als Stanzteil erhaltbar ist. Der Zuschnitt weist einzelne, miteinander verbundene Teilflächen 10 auf, die randseitig miteinander verbunden sind, was noch näher gezeigt werden wird, und die entlang einer gemeinsamen durchgestanzten Mittellinie 12 voneinander getrennt sind. Die dahingehende Mittellinie 12 geht endseitig jeweils in eine als Falz ausgebildete Verbindungslinie 14 über, die jeweils zwei Randteilflächen 16 an ihren einander benachbarten Stoßenden begrenzt. Ferner erstrecken sich beidseits entlang der Mittellinie 12 in symmetrischer Weise die angesprochenen einzelnen Teilflächen 10, die später die Seitenwände des Ständerteils ausbilden. Die Randteilflächen 16 sind über Falzlinien 18 mit den äußeren Teilflächen 10 verbunden und um diese Falzlinien 18 lassen sich die Randteilflächen 16 in Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 gesehen nach oben aus der Bildebene her- aus hochstellen und faltet man diese weiter in Richtung des mittlerenTeils der Mittellinie 12 ein, spreizt sich die Mittellinie 12 zu einem rechteckför- migen Kastenquerschnitt als Aufstellraum 20 auf, wobei die benachbarten Randteilflächen 16 paarweise miteinander in Anlage geraten unter Bildung des kastenförmigen Sockelteils, das in Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 unten rechts dargestellt ist. Insoweit gibt die Fig.1 in der Art einer Explosionszeichnung die einzelnen Faltschritte wieder. Bei der Ausführungsform nach der Fig.1 sind die Teilflächen 10 sowie die Randteilflächen 16 zur Mittellinie 12 symmetrisch aufgebaut mit der Folge, dass beim Einstülpen der Randteilflächen 16 sich diese mittig längs den stirnseitigen Teilflächen 10, die insoweit den Aufstellraum 20 nach außen hin begrenzen, angeordnet sind.
Wie sich des weiteren aus der Fig.1 ergibt, weist die jeweilige Teilfläche 10 an ihren der Mittellinie 12 zu- und abgewandten Seite jeweils eine Begren- zungsfläche 22 auf, die zum Aufstellraum 20 hin umgeklappt diesen rand- seitig begrenzt. Werden in Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 unten rechts gesehen die dahingehenden Randteilflächen 22 nach innen hin um eine weitere Falzlinie 24 nach innen umgelegt, begrenzen sie insoweit den freien Raum des Aufstellraums 20 und ferner können sie sich insoweit an den benach- bart gegenüberliegenden freien Rändern der Randteilflächen 16 abstützen, was insoweit die spätere Lasteinleitung für den Displayaufbau verbessert und im übrigen insoweit auch dem Anbringen eines nicht näher dargestellten Fußteils in der Art eines Palettenaufbaus dienlich ist. Zum senkrecht Aufeinanderstehen der einzelnen Teilflächen 10 dient eine dritte Art an Falzlinien 26.
In Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 gesehen zeigt der Zuschnitt links oben, dass zumindest ein Teil der Begrenzungsflächen 22, insbesondere die der Mittellinie 12 benachbarten Begrenzungsflächen 22, dreieckförmig sind und die nach außen den Zuschnitt umrandenden Begrenzungsflächen 22 können schräg verlaufende Falz- oder außen liegende Begrenzungslinien 28 aufweisen, um eine hemmnisfreie Aneinanderlage der benachbarten Wellpappen- teile zu ermöglichen. Der in Fig.1 rechts unten erhaltene Ständerkasten in der Art eines Sockels dient, sofern die oberen Begrenzungsflächen 22 nach innen hin umgelegt sind, dem weiteren Aufständern von darüberliegenden Displayeinheiten (nicht dargestellt) für übliche Konsumartikelprodukte der Körperpflege oder des täglichen Lebensbedarfs. Die Darstellung nach der Fig.1 macht deutlich, dass mit nur wenigen Handhabungsschritten aus einem ebenen Zuschnitt in leicht verständlicher Weise der fertige Sockel als Ständerteil zu erhalten ist. Durch entsprechend geschickte Falztechnik lassen sich die Begrenzungsflächen 22 derart umlegen und einbördeln, dass der Sockel als solcher ohne weiteren Klebstoffeintrag zu erhalten ist; es ist aber auch denkbar, insbesondere im Bereich der einander benachbarten Randteilflächen 16, dort einen Klebstoffeintrag für den Aneinanderhalt der Teile vorzusehen.
Die weiteren Ausführungsformen nach den Fig.2 und 3 werden nur inso- weit dargestellt, als sie sich wesentlich von der Ausführungsform nach der Fig.1 unterscheiden. Insbesondere werden die nachfolgenden Ausführungsbeispiele nur noch in Form ihres Zuschnitts flächig wiedergegeben. Die bisher getroffenen Ausführungen zum Aufstellen des dahingehenden Ständerteils gelten insoweit aber auch für die folgenden Ausführungslösungen. Bei der Ausführungsform nach der Fig.2 schließen sich an den Randteilflächen 16 rechteckförmige Stegwände 30 an, die nach ihrem Einfalten mit den Randteilflächen 16 diese in Richtung der Mitte des Aufstellraums 20 verlängern, um dergestalt als Abstützstege den weiteren, nicht näher dargestellten Stapelaufbau einer Displayeinheit zu stützen. Um insoweit die dahingehenden Einfaltvorgänge zu erleichtern, ist entlang der Mittellinie 12 im Zwischenübergangsbereich zwischen zwei benachbarten Teilflächen 10 eine pfeilartige Aussparung 32 angebracht.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach der Fig.3 entspricht diese wiederum von ihrem grundsätzlichen Aufbau her der Lösung nach der Fig.2; jedoch sind dort die einzelnen Teilflächen 10 entsprechender Größenausdehnung in spiegelsymmetrischer Anordnung zu der Mittellinie 12 in den Zuschnitt eingebracht. Durch die dahingehende Ausgestaltung ergibt sich dann, dass die hochgestellten, aneinanderliegenden paarweisen Randteilflächen 16 nicht gemäß den Ausführungsformen nach den Fig. 1 und 2 sich mittig zwischen zwei stirnseitigen Teilflächen 10 erstrecken, sondern in den Randbereichen, wo bei den sonstigen Ausführungsformen Falzlinien 26 der dritten Art verlaufen. Bei der dahingehenden Ausführungsform wird der freie Einstellraum 20 in seinem Querschnitt weniger beeinträchtigt, was für gewisse Displayaufbauten von Vorteil ist.
Es ist für einen Durchschnittsfachmann auf dem Gebiet der Verpackungs- technik überraschend, dass er, ausgehend von einem ebenen Zuschnitt mit einer durchgehenden Längs-Mittellinie 12, diese nach einfach vorzunehmenden Aufstellvorgängen in eine rechteckförmige Begrenzungslinie als Rand von Seitenwänden eines kastenförmigen Ständerteils „umbauen" kann.

Claims

P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e
1. Ständerteil, insbesondere aus Wellpappe, Vollpappe oder ähnlichem
Material bestehend, mit einzelnen, einstückig miteinander verbundenen Teilflächen (10), die entlang einer gemeinsamen Mittellinie (12) voneinander getrennt sind und die Seitenwände des Ständerteiles mit ausbilden, mit jenseits der beiden Enden der Mittellinie (12) befindlichen Randteilflächen (16), die, paarweise hochgestellt und aneinander gelegt in einen rechteckförmigen Aufstellraum (20) hinein ragen, und mit Be- grenzungsflächen (22) an die von der Mittellinie (12) abgewandten Seiten der Teilflächen (10), wobei die Begrenzungsflächen (22) um eine Falzlinie zum Aufstellraum (20) hin umgeklappt, eine randseitige Begrenzung desselben bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen Teilflächen (10) auch an ihrer der Mittellinie (12) zugewandten Seite jeweils eine Begrenzungsfläche (22) aufweisen, die, um eine weitere
Falzlinie (24) nach innen umgelegt, eine der ersten randseitigen Begrenzung gegenüberliegende zweite randseitige Begrenzung des Aufstellraumes (20) bilden.
2. Ständerteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gebildete Aufstellraum (20) von der Mittellinie (12) umgrenzt ist.
3. Ständerteil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mitten- oder spiegelsymmetrischem Aufbau der Teilflächen (10) entlang der Mit- tellinie (12) die paarweise zuordenbaren Randteilflächen (16) mittig bzw. an den Ecken des Aufstellraums (20) gegenüberliegend in diesen eingreifen.
4. Ständerteil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Randteilflächen (16) benachbart gegenüberliegenden Begrenzungsflächen (22) zumindest teilweise sich endseitig an den zuordenbaren freien Rändern der Randteilflächen (16) abstützen.
5. Ständerteil nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Begrenzungsflächen (22), insbesondere die der Mittellinie (12) benachbarten Begrenzungsflächen (22), dreieckförmige Teilflächen und/oder zumindest teilweise schräg verlaufende Falz- oder Begrenzungslinien (28) aufweisen.
6. Ständerteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem ebenen Zuschnitt aus Wellpappenmaterial besteht, der mit Einklappen und Hochstellen der Randteilflächen (16) in einen Ständerkasten übergeht, der vorzugsweise als Sockel ausgebildet dem
Aufständern von in Displayträgern bevorrateten Produkten dient.
