Abstract

Es wird eine Saugwalze zum Transportieren von Flachmaterialzuschnitten beschrieben, die eine Walzenachse und eine Mantelfläche aufweist. Diese Saugwalze soll derart weitergebildet werden, dass eine formatunabhängige und somit universell einsetzbare Saugwalze zum Transportieren von Flachmaterialzuschnitten, insbesondere Etikettenzuschnitten, geschaffen wird, die auf ihrer Mantelfläche in möglichst engem Abstand voneinander liegende, steuerbare Sauglöcher oder Saugzonen aufweist. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird vorgeschlagen, die Saugwalze mit einer Vielzahl von Saugschlitzen (1-4) zu versehen, die parallel zu der Walzenachse verlaufen und in die Mantelfläche münden, wobei zumindest benachbarte Saugschlitze unabhängig voneinander mit Saugluft beaufschlagbar sind und wobei auf der Mantelfläche eine mit Durchgangslöchern versehene Schlitzabdeckung (9) derart angeordnet ist, dass die Durchgangslöcher mit den Saugschlitzen wenigstens teilweise fluchten.
