Claims (5)

  1. Un four (1) comprenant un appareil de chauffage (2), un ventilateur (3) qui pousse l'air chauffé, une chambre de cuisson (4) dans laquelle le procès de cuisson est réalisé, un espace de distribution (5) dans lequel l'appareil de chauffage (2) et le ventilateur (3) sont placés, et une paroi arrière (6) qui sépare la chambre de cuisson (4) de l'espace de distribution (5) tout en permettant à l'air chaud dans l'espace de distribution (5) d'être distribué de manière homogène dans la chambre de cuisson (4) et caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de chauffage (2) est éteint à la fin du temps de cuisson total (t) choisi par l'utilisateur avant la cuisson, pour une durée de temps (t1) prédéterminé par le fabricant en fonction du temps de cuisson et/ou températures qui peuvent être sélectionnés par l'utilisateur et plus loin caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur (3) continue à être opéré dans la durée de temps (t1) tandis que l'appareil de chauffage (2) est éteint de telle sorte que la durée de temps (t1) et le temps de cuisson (t) se finissent dans le même temps, donc permettant le transfert de la chaleur sur l'appareil de chauffage (2) et ses environs de l'espace de distribution (5) vers l'intérieur de la chambre de cuisson (4).
  2. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par l'appareil de chauffage (2) qui est éteint à la fin du temps de cuisson total (t) pour une durée fixe de temps (t1) déterminée par le fabricant.
  3. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par l'appareil de chauffage (2) qui est éteint à la fin du temps de cuisson total (t) pour des durées de temps changeantes (t1) déterminées séparément par le fabricant selon les différents temps de cuisson (t) et/ou températures sélectionnés avant la cuisson.
  4. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 3, caractérisé par l'appareil de chauffage (2) qui est éteint à la fin du temps de cuisson total (t) pour une durée de temps (t1) qui est un pourcentage du temps de cuisson total (t) sélectionnée par l'utilisateur.
  5. Un four (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une ou plusieurs ouvertures auxiliaires (7) situées sur la paroi arrière (6) qui s'ouvrent pendant la durée de temps (t1) tandis que l'appareil de chauffage (2) est éteint et le ventilateur (3) fonctionne, tout en permettant l'augmentation de la quantité de l'air chaud délivré par le ventilateur (3) dans la chambre de cuisson (4) et une ou plusieurs vannes (9) qui permettent l'ouverture/fermeture des ouvertures auxiliaires (7).
