Claims (17)

  1. Schaftmaschine für die Positionierung von Kettfäden einer Jacquard-Webmaschine, mindestens eine Fachbildungsvorrichtung (1) umfassend, wobei jede Fachbildungsvorrichtung mindestens zwei obere bewegliche Platinen (2, 3, 6, 7) aufweist, die in einem oberen Teil der Vorrichtung angeordnet sind und ausgebildet sind, vertikal von zwei Messern (10, 11) verschoben zu werden, die zu wechselnden phasenversetzten Bewegungen angeregt werden, und jede Fachbildungsvorrichtung außerdem eine Anordnung von Seilrollen (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) aufweist, die vertikal in einem Mittelteil der Vorrichtung ausgerichtet sind, wobei die Seilrollenanordnung Rollen (15, 16, 17) zur Teilaufwicklung einer Schnur (23) enthält, die an einem Ende mit einem Karabiner (24) zur Befestigung einer Litze ausgerüstet ist, wobei bestimmte Rollen (15, 16) zum Aufwickeln der Schnur (23) geeignet sind, vertikal abhängig von den Positionen der oberen Platinen (2, 3, 6, 7) verschoben zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine (17) der Rollen zum Aufwickeln der Schnur (23) geeignet ist, vertikal durch eine Kupplung verschoben zu werden, die mindestens eine Platinenschnur (25) umfasst, die sich um mindestens eine zusätzliche Seilrolle (19) wickelt, die translatorisch mit der durch die Kupplung beweglich gewordenen Rolle (17) verbunden ist, wobei die Platinenschnur (25) über eines ihrer Enden mit dem Gestell der Maschine verbunden ist, während das andere Ende der Platinenschnur (25) geeignet ist, durch ein Messer (31) zur Verschiebung der Kupplung (19, 25) verschoben zu werden.
  2. Schaftmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch die Kupplung (19, 25) beweglich angeordnete Seilrolle (17) die untere Rolle der Anordnung von Seilrollen (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) ist, die in dem Mittelteil der Fachbildungsvorrichtung (1) angeordnet sind.
  3. Schaftmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (19, 25) in einem unteren Bereich der Fachbildungsvorrichtung (1) angeordnet ist.
  4. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung der Seilrollen (5, 9, 15, 16, 17), die in dem Mittelteil der Fachbildungsvorrichtung (1) angeordnet sind, und die oder jede Seilrolle (19) der Kupplung (19, 25) vertikal ausgerichtet sind.
  5. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Ende der Platinenschnur (25) mit einer unteren beweglichen Platine (27) ausgerüstet ist, wobei diese untere Platine (27) geeignet ist, von dem Messer (31) zur Verschiebung der Kupplung (19, 25) verschoben zu werden.
  6. Schaftmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Fachbildungsvorrichtung (1) eine Auswahlvorrichtung umfasst, die geeignet ist, die untere Platine (27) in der Nähe des unteren Totpunktes ihres Weges festzulegen.
  7. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jeder Fachbildungsvorrichtung (1) die untere Platine (27) und der Karabiner (24) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Vorrichtung angeordnet sind.
  8. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (31) zur Verschiebung der Kupplung (19, 25) in Abhängigkeit von einem (11) der Messer zur Verschiebung der oberen Platinen (2, 3, 6, 7) bewegt wird.
  9. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (31) zur Verschiebung der Kupplung (19, 25) gemäß einem Weg (H) gleich dem Weg (H) der Messer (10, 11) zur Verschieben der oberen Platinen (2, 3, 6, 7) beweglich ist.
  10. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch die Kupplung (19, 25) beweglich ausgeführte Seilrolle (17) vertikal gemäß einem Weg (H/2) gleich der Hälfte des Weges (H) der Messer (10, 11) zur Verschiebung der oberen Platinen (2, 3, 6, 7) beweglich ist.
  11. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (31) zur Verschiebung der Kupplung (19, 25) ein unteres Teil eines (11) der Messer zur Verschiebung der oberen Platinen (2, 3, 6, 7) ist.
  12. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Fachbildungsvorrichtung (1) vier bewegliche obere Platinen (2, 3, 6, 7) aufweist, die geeignet sind, vertikal paarweise von den zwei Messern (10, 11) zur Verschiebung der oberen Platinen bewegt zu werden, wobei eine erste Platine (6, 7) jedes oberen Platinenpaares in Flächenabstützung auf der zweiten Platine (2, 3) des Paares ist, wobei die in dem Mittelteil der Vorrichtung angeordnete Seilrollenanordnung mindestens fünf Rollen (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) umfasst, von denen vier Rollen (5, 9, 15, 16) geeignet sind, vertikal abhängig von den Positionen der vier oberen Platinen (2, 3, 6, 7) bewegt zu werden, während die fünfte Rolle (17), um die sich teilweise die Schnur (23) wickelt, geeignet ist, vertikal durch die Kupplung (19, 25) bewegt zu werden, wobei die fünf Rollen (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) geeignet sind, mindestens sechs vorbestimmte unterschiedliche Konfigurationen zu erreichen, die vier unterschiedlichen Positionen des Karabiners (24) entsprechen.
  13. Schaftmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier Positionen des Karabiners (24) eine obere Position, eine untere Position und zwei Zwischenpositionen zwischen der oberen und der unteren Positionen umfassen, wobei jede Zwischenposition zugleich bei geradzahligem Schuss und ungeradzahligem Schuss zugänglich ist.
  14. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier Positionen des Karabiners (24) gleichabständig sind.
  15. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnur (23) so angeordnet ist, dass sie sich teilweise um die fünfte Seilrolle und die zwei Rollen (15, 16) unter den vier Rollen (5, 9, 15, 16) der Vorrichtung zur Fachbildung, die von den oberen Platinen (2, 3, 6, 7) gesteuert werden, wickelt, wobei die vier oberen Platinen (2, 3, 6, 7) jeweils paarweise über ein Seilelement (4, 8) miteinander verbunden sind, das sich jeweils teilweise um eine (5, 9) der zwei anderen Rollen unter den vier Rollen (5, 9, 15, 16) wickelt, die von den oberen Platinen gesteuert werden.
  16. Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (5, 9, 15, 16, 17, 19) jeder Fachbildungsvorrichtung koplanar sind.
  17. Jacquard-Webmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Schaftmaschine nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet ist.
