  1. Weaving mechanism for positioning the warp yarns of a Jacquard-type loom, comprising at least one shed-forming device (1), each shed-forming device comprising at least two upper moveable hooks (2, 3, 6, 7) positioned in an upper part of the device and able to be moved vertically by two knives (10, 11) driven in reciprocating movements in phase opposition, each shed-forming device further comprising a set of pulleys (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) aligned vertically in a central part of the device, the set of pulleys comprising pulleys (15, 16, 17) around which there is partially wrapped a cord (23) which is equipped at one end with a snap hook (24) adapted to be fastened to a heddle, some of the pulleys (15, 16) around which the cord (23) is wrapped being able to be moved vertically according to the positions of the upper hooks (2, 3, 6, 7), characterized in that one (17) of the pulleys around which the cord (23) is wrapped can be moved vertically by a coupling comprising at least one rope (25) which is wrapped around at least one additional pulley (19) secured in terms of translational movement to the pulley (17) rendered mobile by the coupling, the rope (25) being fixed by one of its ends to the frame of the weaving mechanism, while the other end of the rope (25) is able to be moved by a knife (31) that moves the coupling (19, 25).
  2. Weaving mechanism according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pulley (17) rendered mobile by the coupling (19, 25) is the lower pulley of the set of pulleys (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) positioned in the central part of the shed-forming device (1).
  3. Weaving mechanism according to Claim 2, characterized in that the coupling (19, 25) is positioned in a lower part of the shed-forming device (1).
  4. Weaving mechanism according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the set of pulleys (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) positioned in the central part of the shed-forming device (1) and the or each pulley (19) of the coupling (19, 25) are vertically aligned.
  5. Weaving mechanism according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the moveable end of the rope (25) is fitted with a lower moveable hook (27), this lower hook (27) being able to be moved by the knife (31) that moves the coupling (19, 25).
  6. Weaving mechanism according to Claim 5, characterized in that each shed-forming device (1) comprises a selection device able to immobilize the lower hook (27) in the proximity of the bottom dead centre position of its trajectory.
  7. Weaving mechanism according to any one of Claims 5 and 6, characterized in that, in each shed-forming device (1), the lower hook (27) and the snap hook (24) are positioned on two opposite sides of the device.
  8. Weaving mechanism according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the knife (31) that moves the coupling (19, 25) is moved according to the position of one (11) of the knives that move the upper hooks (2, 3, 6, 7).
  9. Weaving mechanism according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the knife (31) that moves the coupling (19, 25) is able to move through a travel (H) equal to the travel (H) of the knives (10, 11) that move the upper hooks (2, 3, 6, 7).

Weaving mechanism according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each shed-forming device (1) comprises four upper moveable hooks (2, 3, 6, 7) able to be moved vertically, in pairs, by the two knives (10, 11) that move the upper hooks, a first hook (6, 7) of each pair of upper hooks simply resting against the second hook (2, 3) of the pair, the set of pulleys positioned in the central part of the device comprising at least five pulleys (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) of which four pulleys (5, 9, 15, 16) can be moved vertically according to the positions of the four upper hooks (2, 3, 6, 7), while the fifth pulley (17), around which the cord (23) is partially wrapped, can be moved vertically by the coupling (19, 25), the five pulleys (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) being able to attain at least six different predetermined configurations corresponding to four different positions of the snap hook (24).
  13. Weaving mechanism according to Claim 12, characterized in that the four positions of the snap hook (24) comprise a raised position, a lowered position, and two intermediate positions between the raised and lowered positions, each intermediate position being accessible both for even pick and for odd pick.
  14. Weaving mechanism according to any one of Claims 12 and 13, characterized in that the four positions of the snap hook (24) are equally spaced.
  15. Weaving mechanism according to any one of Claims 12 to 14, characterized in that the cord (23) is positioned in such a way that it is wrapped partially around the fifth pulley (17) and around two pulleys (15, 16) of the four pulleys (5, 9, 15, 16) of the shed-forming device that are controlled by the upper hooks (2, 3, 6, 7), while the four upper hooks (2, 3, 6, 7) are connected in pairs by a funicular element (4, 8), each funicular element (4, 8) being wrapped partially around a respective one (5, 9) of the other two pulleys (5, 9) of the four pulleys (5, 9, 15, 16) that are controlled by the upper hooks.
