Claims (30)
- Installation d'extrusion pour la fabrication de produits extrudés à partir de morceaux végétaux pourvus d'un liant, en particulier de morceaux de bois, l'installation d'extrusion (1) présentant un dispositif d'extrusion (4), un dispositif de broyage et un dispositif de séchage pour les morceaux végétaux et un système d'acheminement des morceaux (6) étant montés en amont du dispositif d'extrusion (4), caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de broyage (53) est monté en aval du dispositif de séchage (3) réalisé sous forme de séchoir à tamis, en particulier sous forme de séchoir à bande (34), dans lequel dispositif de broyage est ajustée une taille de particule des morceaux végétaux séchés appropriée pour l'extrusion.
- Installation d'extrusion selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de séchage (3) produit un degré d'humidité à la fin du séchage d'environ 2-20 % de matière sèche absolue, en particulier de 6-14 % de matière sèche absolue.
- Installation d'extrusion selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'installation d'extrusion (1) est prévue et réalisée pour la fabrication de blocs, en particulier de blocs de palettes.
- Installation d'extrusion selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le séchoir à tamis ou le séchoir à bande (34) présente au moins un support de morceaux mobile perméable à l'air (36), en particulier une bande en circulation ainsi qu'au moins un dispositif de circulation (46) et au moins un dispositif de chauffage (44) pour un flux d'air de séchage.

- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de broyage (52) est monté en amont du dispositif de séchage (3), dans lequel dispositif de broyage les morceaux végétaux sont prébroyés grossièrement.
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le ou les dispositifs de broyage (52, 53) présentent des dispositifs de mesure pour détecter la taille de particule et pour commander et réguler le broyage.
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'extrusion (4) présente une extrudeuse (5) et une section de chauffage (12) avec un dispositif de vaporisation (21) pour le cordon (2).
- Installation d'extrusion selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'extrusion (4) présente une section de refroidissement (13) disposée en aval de la section de chauffage (12) dans la direction du pressage (9).
- Installation d'extrusion selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que la section de chauffage (12) et le dispositif de vaporisation (21) sont réalisés de telle sorte que l'énergie thermique nécessaire pour lier les morceaux dans le cordon (2) puisse être introduite essentiellement par la vapeur.
- Installation d'extrusion selon la revendication 8, 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que la section de chauffage (12) et le dispositif de vaporisation (21) sont réalisés de telle sorte que le cordon (2) ait une forme stable à l'extrémité du dispositif de vaporisation (21).

- Installation d'extrusion selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisée en ce que l'alimentation en vapeur (24) est disposée dans la région du canal donnant sa forme au cordon avec des parois de canal sensiblement rigides (18).
- Installation d'extrusion selon la revendication 12, 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce que l'alimentation en vapeur (24) est disposée dans des récipients (16) de l'extrudeuse (5) ou dans la région de canal s'y raccordant dans la direction du pressage (9).
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisée en ce que la région d'alimentation (27) de l'alimentation en vapeur (24) présente une longueur axiale inférieure ou égale à la longueur d'avance du cordon d'une à deux courses d'extrusion.
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisée en ce que la région d'alimentation (27) présente une longueur axiale allant jusqu'à environ 0,5 m.
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 17, caractérisée en ce que le canal de chauffage (17) présente une longueur inférieure ou égale à 1,5 m.
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 18, caractérisée en ce que le canal de chauffage (17) présente une paroi de canal mobile de manière limitée (19) et un dispositif de réglage commandable (20).
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 19, caractérisée en ce que la section de refroidissement (13) présente un canal de refroidissement (30) qui se raccorde au canal de chauffage (17).
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 20, caractérisée en ce que le canal de refroidissement (30) présente des parois de canal fixes et mobiles (31, 32) et au moins un dispositif de réglage commandable (33) pour les parois de canal mobiles (32).
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 21, caractérisée en ce que la section de refroidissement (13) présente une longueur axiale allant jusqu'à environ 9 m.
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 22, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de sectionnement (14), en particulier une scie, pour le cordon (2), est disposé en aval de la section de refroidissement (13).
- Installation d'extrusion selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 23, caractérisée en ce que l'extrudeuse réalisée sous forme d'extrudeuse à piston (5) présente un poste de remplissage (11), un entraînement (7) et au moins un organe de pressage (8), en particulier un poinçon de pressage.
- Procédé de fabrication de produits extrudés à partir de morceaux végétaux pourvus d'un liant, en particulier de morceaux de bois, l'installation d'extrusion (1) présentant une extrudeuse (5) et les morceaux végétaux étant broyés avant l'extrusion et étant séchés dans un dispositif de séchage, caractérisé en ce que les morceaux végétaux sont séchés dans un dispositif de séchage (3) réalisé sous forme de séchoir à tamis, en particulier sous forme de séchoir à bande (34), pendant le transport avec un flux d'air de séchage chauffé, un post-broyage se raccordant à ce séchage, avec lequel une taille de particule des morceaux végétaux appropriée pour l'extrusion est ajustée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce qu'un broyage à plusieurs étages est prévu pour les morceaux végétaux, un broyage grossier ayant lieu avant le séchage et un broyage fin ayant lieu après le séchage et avant l'extrusion.
- Procédé selon la revendication 25 ou 26, caractérisé en ce que les morceaux végétaux sont séchés à un degré d'humidité à la fin du séchage d'environ 2-20 % de matière sèche absolue, en particulier de 6-14 % de matière sèche absolue.
- Procédé selon la revendication 25, 26 ou 27, caractérisé en ce que les morceaux végétaux dans le dispositif d'extrusion (4) sont chauffés jusqu'à se lier dans le cordon (2), l'énergie thermique nécessaire pour la liaison étant introduite essentiellement par de la vapeur, de préférence de la vapeur saturée, le cordon (2) ayant une forme stable à la fin de la vaporisation.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 25 à 28, caractérisé en ce que le cordon (2) est comprimé et avancé de manière cadencée avec un organe de pressage (9), la vapeur étant acheminée en continu.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 25 à 29, caractérisé en ce que lors du post-broyage, la matière des morceaux est homogénéisée et les tailles de particule sont uniformisées.
