Claims (9)

  1. Appareil de pliage pour une presse d'impression, notamment une presse rotative à bobines comportant :
    - une unité de coupe pour séparer par des coupes transversales, des exemplaires d'une matière d'impression en forme de bande, et
    - une unité de pliage longitudinal en aval de l'unité de coupe,
    ∗ l'unité de pliage longitudinal comportant plusieurs installations de pliage longitudinal, en parallèle, et
    ∗ l'unité de pliage longitudinal est précédée d'une installation de répartition pour fournir à l'une des installations de pliage longitudinal de l'unité de pliage longitudinal, des exemplaires ou des exemplaires collectés, de manière sélective, c'est-à-dire alternativement,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de répartition (10) comporte une installation de marquage (20) pour marquer les exemplaires ou les exemplaires collectés, suivant qu'ils sont fournis aux installations de pliage longitudinal, en parallèle de l'unité de pliage longitudinal.
  2. Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par
    une unité de pliage transversal en aval de l'unité de coupe et de l'unité de pliage longitudinal et en amont de l'installation de répartition (10), pour former au moins un pli transversal sur les exemplaires, et
    - un cylindre à couteaux de pliage de l'unité de l'unité de pliage transversal est réalisé comme cylindre collecteur pour collecter ou réunir en un exemplaire de collecte, plusieurs exemplaires avant de former le pli transversal, dans une production de produit collecté.
  3. Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité de pliage longitudinal comporte deux installations de pliage longitudinal en parallèle, et
    - à l'aide de l'installation de répartition (10), les exemplaires ou exemplaires collectés, sont fournis en alternance à l'une des deux installations de pliage longitudinal, et
    - chaque exemplaire ou exemplaire de collecte est marqué à l'aide de l'installation de marquage (20).
  4. Appareil de pliage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de marquage (20) assure le marquage des exemplaires ou des exemplaires de collecte, à leur extrémité arrière dans le sens du défilement.
  5. Appareil de pliage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de répartition (10) est réalisée sous la forme d'une came rotative.
  6. Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la came rotative comporte un premier segment périphérique (15) de diamètre relativement grand et un second segment périphérique (16) de diamètre relativement petit,
    l'installation de marquage (20) étant associée à l'extrémité du premier segment périphérique (15).
  7. Appareil de pliage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de marquage (20) est réalisée sous la forme d'un couteau rotatif avec l'installation de répartition (10), et ce couteau coopère avec un contre-cylindre (21) à rainures.
  8. Appareil de pliage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité de coupe est précédée d'une unité de pliage longitudinal ou d'une structure de magasin, ayant au moins un cône de pliage.
  9. Appareil de pliage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé par
    une installation de regroupement pour réunir les exemplaires pliés ou les exemplaires de collecte, pliés dans différentes installations de pliage longitudinal, dans la direction de transport des exemplaires ou des exemplaires de collecte, en aval de l'unité de pliage longitudinal comportant plusieurs installations de pliage longitudinal.
