Claims (2)

  1. Appareil de pliage pour une machine d'impression comportant :
    - une unité de coupe pour séparer par une coupe transversale, un exemplaire d'une matière d'impression en forme de bande,
    - une unité de pliage transversal en aval de l'unité de coupe pour réaliser au moins un pli transversal sur l'exemplaire coupé, et
    - un chemin de transport essentiellement linéaire en aval de l'unité de pliage transversal pour les exemplaires pliés transversalement, pour transporter ceux-ci dans la zone d'une unité de pliage longitudinal et/ou d'une unité de pliage transversal, positionnées le long du chemin de transport,
    dans lequel
    le chemin de transport (17) essentiellement linéaire, comporte pour chaque exemplaire à transporter (16), une installation de guidage ainsi qu'un entraînement linéaire, électrique coopérant avec l'installation de guidage,
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque installation de guidage est entraînée par l'entraînement linéaire respectif de façon qu'un exemplaire à transporter, soit saisi par une installation de guidage avec une vitesse relative, sensiblement nulle.
  2. Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque installation de guidage est entraînée par l'entraînement linéaire respectif de façon qu'elle soit freinée avec l'exemplaire à transporter, guidée par celui-ci, à une vitesse adaptée à la vitesse de production de l'unité de pliage longitudinal et/ou de l'unité de pliage transversal, positionnées le long du chemin de transport essentiellement linéaire.
