Claims (11)
- Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable pour alimenter un récepteur-consommateur avec une basse tension, le bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable (100) comportant un boitier (112) dans lequel est agencé un module de convertisseur de tension pour convertir une tension de secteur en la basse tension nécessaire, et au moins une unité de fiche de raccordement au secteur (102, 104, 106, 108) interchangeable, avec au moins deux broches de fiche de raccordement au secteur (110) pour raccorder le module de conversion de tension à une prise de secteur,
bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable
dans lequel sur le boitier sont prévus au moins deux contacts à ressort (116) reliés électriquement au module de convertisseur de tension,
dans lequel sur l'unité de fiche de raccordement au secteur sont agencées au moins deux broches de contact (118), qui, pour contacter électriquement les broches de fiche de raccordement au secteur (110), interagissent avec les contacts à ressort (116), et dans lequel l'unité de fiche de raccordement au secteur peut être insérée sur le boitier dans une direction (134) transversale à une direction d'enfichage des broches de fiche de raccordement au secteur (110) dans la prise de secteur, et
dans lequel les broches de contact (118) sont agencées de manière telle, qu'elles puissent être amenées en contact frontalement avec les contacts à ressort (116), dans une direction (132), qui s'étend sensiblement le long de la direction d'enfichage des broches de fiche de raccordement au secteur (110) dans la prise de secteur,
caractérisé en ce que
pour satisfaire aux exigences de la norme internationale IEC 60884 relative à la sécurité au contact par toucher et à la résistance aux courants de fuite, chaque broche de contact (118) est agencée dans un creux séparé (140) associé, comportant un lamage d'entrée (g) en forme d'entonnoir, le creux (140) possédant une section transversale de forme rectangulaire avec des dimensions (e, f), d'une largeur (e) de moins de 1,8 mm sur une longueur (f) de moins de 4,8 mm et une profondeur (d) de plus de 5 mm entre le lamage d'entrée (g) et la broche de contact (118), et les contacts à ressort (116) contactant les broches de contact (118) à travers le creux (140) lorsque l'unité de fiche de raccordement au secteur est en place. - Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les contacts à ressort sont entourés, au moins en partie, par une collerette (120).
- Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la collerette présente une section transversale en forme de U.
- Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, dans lequel la collerette est réalisée d'un seul tenant avec le boitier.
- Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque broche de fiche de raccordement au secteur (110) est respectivement réalisée d'un seul tenant avec une broche de contact (118) associée.
- Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les broches de fiche de raccordement au secteur et les broches de contact sont assemblées en l'unité de fiche de raccordement au secteur, en étant surmoulées par injection dans une matière plastique isolante.
- Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de fiche de raccordement au secteur peut être encliquetée avec le boitier.
- Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable selon la revendication 7, dans lequel sur le boitier est formé un bras d'encliquetage (122) élastique, qui interagit avec un évidement d'encliquetage (124) correspondant sur l'unité de fiche de raccordement au secteur, pour la fixation de l'unité de fiche de raccordement au secteur.
- Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel sur le boitier est formée une coulisse (128) pour guider l'unité de fiche de raccordement au secteur lors du montage.
- Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la coulisse s'étend dans une direction (134), transversalement à une direction d'enfichage des broches de fiche de raccordement au secteur dans la prise de secteur.
- Bloc d'alimentation secteur enfichable selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel il est, en outre, prévu un adaptateur de câble de secteur (142), qui peut être relié au boitier, à la place de l'unité de fiche de raccordement au secteur (102, 104, 106, 108) interchangeable, l'adaptateur de câble de secteur (142) comprenant une liaison enfichable et un câble de secteur, souple, et les broches de fiche de raccordement au secteur étant prévues sous la forme d'une fiche de raccordement au secteur enfichable, séparée.
