Abstract

一种可换插脚的电源插头,该插头由插头基座10与可互换插脚组件20插接而成,其中插脚组件20是由绝缘插脚座21和装在插脚座上的不同规格的导电插脚22构成的可互换插件,插脚组件插接于插头基座的一侧,在插头基座上设有与插脚组件的插脚22对应并在插接后与之接触的导电弹片12。本实用新型通过拆换电源插脚即可形成适应各国不同的电器安全标准,并可与不同的插座配合使用的电源插头,因此可大大提高产品适应性并扩大其应用范围。

可换插脚的电源插头
技术领域
本实用新型涉及连接电器与电源的插头,特别是涉及一种可以互换符合不同国家标准的插脚的可换插脚的电源插头。
背景技术
世界各国现有的各类使用交流电的电器,特别是使用中经常移动位置的家用电器都需使用电源插头,有的电器如充电器、交直流电源转换器、带有内置充电器的微型电器等插头与电器本身做成一体,有的体积重量较大的电源插头设置在从电器引出的一条电源线的末端。但不管何种形式,一种电器在出厂时只能配备一种固定的插头,而世界不同国家不同地区执行不同的电气安全标准,使用的插座各不相同,最常见的有中国CCC标准、美国UL标准、英国UK标准、德国GS标准等,几大标准体系所规定的插头插座都不能互换,随着国际交流和世界贸易的快速发展,世界经济市场一体化、电器产品的国际化成为必然趋势,这就要求电器产品的电源连接件能适应各国的需要,而目前的固定式电源插头明显不能适应这种需要。为此,有些产品在固定的插头上再附加一个变换插头来适应不同电源插座的需要,这样即增加了体积又增加了制造成本,因此无法推广应用。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决上述问题,而提供一种通过拆换电源插脚即可形成适应各种不同的电器安全标准,并可与不同的插座配合使用的可换插脚的电源插头。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种可换插脚的电源插头,该插头由插头基座10与可互换插脚组件20插接而成,其中插脚组件20是由绝缘插脚座21和装在插脚座上的不同规格的导电插脚22构成的可互换插件,插脚组件插接于插头基座的一侧,在插头基座上设有与插脚组件的插脚22对应并在插接后与之接触的导电弹片12。
插头基座10包括壳体11、导电弹片12和电源线13,其中,壳体11呈盒形,其一面外侧设有插脚组件插接槽1111,插接槽的两侧上部设有限位用的向内凸伸的内沿1112,插接槽1111另一侧设有拆装按钮14,拆装按钮的另一端设有突出于插接槽底面的定位凸起141;导电弹片12的两端连接于壳体11内,其中部凸伸于插接槽1111底面之上;电源线13与置于壳体内的电源电路相连接,并从壳体11引出。
电源电路是变压电路、整流电路、充电电路或剃须刀用电路中的一种。
插脚组件20的插脚座21边缘设有与壳体上的插接槽两侧的内沿1112卡合用的凸缘211;两脚或三脚插脚22固定在插脚座21上,其固定端端部221在插接后与插头基座10上的导电弹片12相接触。
本实用新型的积极效果在于,由于将插脚与基座设置成可以分离的可拆式连接结构,使得人们可根据需要配置不同插脚的替换件,以便在不同的国家和地区使用时可挑选一种适合当地电源插座的电源插脚与插头基座连接,从而使电源插头具有了更加广泛的适应性,以便于直接在世界各国销售和使用,不但方便了使用者,也便于生产者快速组装符合各国标准的插头产品,并降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,本实用新型的可换插脚的电源插头包括插头基座10和插脚组件20,本实用新型的要点在于,插头基座10和插脚组件20是由可分离件插接而成,所述插头基座10包括壳体11、导电弹片12和电源线13,其中,壳体11是由塑料上壳111和下壳112制成的内部中空的盒形体,其上壳111外侧设有下凹的插脚组件插接槽1111,插接槽的两侧上部设有用于限制插脚组件上下移动用的向内凸伸的内沿1112,内沿中部设有安装插脚组件用的缺口11121。插接槽1111与敞口端相对一侧设有拆装按钮14,该按钮的另一端由壳体内伸出,形成突出于插接槽底面的定位凸起141,用于在插脚组件与基座插接后限制插脚组件的前后移动。两片导电弹片12的位置与插脚组件的插脚位置相对应,其两端连接于壳体11内,其弓形的中部凸伸于插接槽1111底面之上,用于和插脚相接触。所述插脚组件20是一组符合各国标准的可互换插件,它由板状的绝缘插脚座21和装在插脚座上的不同规格的金属导电插脚22构成,在插脚座21的边缘设有与壳体上的插接槽两侧的内沿1112卡合用的凸缘211,该凸缘的高度与壳体11插接槽两侧的内沿1112与插接槽底面间的距离相对应。在插脚座内侧设有与基座上的按钮14对应的定位挡板212。两脚或三脚插脚22固定在插脚座21上,其固定端端部221外露,使得插脚在插接后与插头基座10上的导电弹片12相接触。图3A~3D中的20A、20B、20C、20D分别示出了根据中国、美国、德国及英国插脚安全标准设计的几种插脚组件的实例,各种互换插件结构形式相同,插脚的形状和尺寸按世界各国不同的安全标准制造,它们可根据需要进行互换。很显然,根据本实用新型可设计符合各国标准的插脚组件。电源线13与置于壳体内的电源电路相连接,并从壳体11引出。所述电源电路可以是变压电路、整流电路、充电电路或剃须刀用电路中的一种,它们可选用合适的常规电路。
如图2、图4所示,插脚组件20插接于插头基座的一侧,插接时,选择适合当地插座的一种插脚组件,将它插入插头基座,将插脚组件的插脚座上的前端凸缘211垂直对着基座上的插接槽两侧内沿1112中部的缺口11121(见图4A),将插脚组件压入插接槽1111内,然后再往里推(见图4B),直至基座上的拆装按钮14上的定位凸起141将插脚组件上的定位挡板212卡住为止(见图4C),即可与普通电源插头一样使用。当需要更换插脚组件时,只需向下按钮14,使定位凸起141与插脚组件的定位挡板212脱离,插脚组件便可退出拔下。

Claims (4)

1、一种可换插脚的电源插头,其特征在于,它由插头基座(10)与可互换插脚组件(20)插接而成,其中插脚组件(20)是由绝缘插脚座(21)和装在插脚座上的不同规格的导电插脚(22)构成的可互换插件,插脚组件插接于插头基座的一侧,在插头基座上设有与插脚组件的插脚(22)对应并在插接后与之接触的导电弹片(12)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可换插脚的电源插头,其特征在于,所述插头基座(10)包括壳体(11)、导电弹片(12)和电源线(13),其中,壳体(11)呈盒形,其一面外侧设有插脚组件插接槽(1111),插接槽的两侧上部设有限位用的向内凸伸的内沿(1112),插接槽(1111)另一侧设有拆装按钮(14),拆装按钮的另一端设有突出于插接槽底面的定位凸起(141);导电弹片(12)的两端连接于壳体(11)内,其中部凸伸于插接槽(1111)底面之上;电源线(13)与置于壳体内的电源电路相连接,并从壳体(11)引出。
3、根据权利要求2所述的可换插脚的电源插头,其特征在于,所述电源电路是变压电路、整流电路、充电电路或剃须刀用电路中的一种。
4、根据权利要求1所述的可换插脚的电源插头,其特征在于,所述插脚组件(20)的插脚座(21)边缘设有与壳体上的插接槽两侧的内沿(1112)卡合用的凸缘(211);两脚或三脚插脚(22)固定在插脚座(21)上,其固定端端部(221)在插接后与插头基座(10)上的导电弹片(12)相接触。
